I ordered my regular teen burger. It didn't taste right at all. Had to get extra seasoning for my onion rings. Will not eat here again.

Spent 35$ and didn’t get drinks until half way through food. Food took 15 mins after payment to receive
Asked for a mayo after waiting an additionally 5 minutes and was told had to pay 1$ for the sauce.
Could work on customer service

The food was really good, didn't have everything needed for the Poutine that we wanted but it was still an enjoyable meal

Please don't go here! Everything is a ripp off! Super small portions of food and misleading ads such as all day breakfast! Hopefully they close soon so it can become a Mennonite restaurant! Yes I said it!

I'm not sure wether this review will be seen at all or not, but I wanted to share this so future employees will be treated better.
I used to be an employee here at this A&W. I've had no experience prior to getting the job (this is important).
I started in the middle of October and just got let go recently. I would like to share my feelings as well as what happened.
• I would get into trouble for things that I was not taught. Example, I ended up getting reprimanded for not checking the bathrooms every 30mins, and the tampon box when I haven't been told by my trainer that was expected of me. (I was only told to clean it at a set time, and then check it again before closing) (even when I stated something along the lines of, "Sorry I didn't know that. " I would get reprimanded anyways.)
• Favoritism within the workplace. You can tell that when you are new within the workplace, and you aren't/weren't friends/related with anyone before getting hired, people have less patience with you. Example, if I would do something the same way another, more known coworker would (Like chatting for abit during a slow period), I would be the only one in trouble.
• I was used as a fill in. I'm not able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday due to schooling, but I had rest of the week off for work. The way they had scheduled me was a fill in for the "regulars"/"full-timers". I wish they would have given me a set schedule, because with the all over the place shifts it's very difficult to have plans with friends or family members.
• I would get nagged when I didn't need too. Due to my poor training, I wasn't aware of what was within priority. So I would end up standing still for a second to figure out what I should do. (This is during slow periods too were noone is in the drive thru of the dining hall.) I would then end up being reprimanded for standing around, as well as being told to do something.
There's is a few more points I could make, but I don't want this to be super long. So I just noted down what seemed like the most relevant.

I was not thrilled with the food, l really enjoy bacon egger but this was the worst ever. It was saturated in grease, 3 napkins wrapped around it and the grease soaked though. Never again at this spot.

Sadly, the service continues to go down hill. Noticed a price discrepancy on the menus board in the drive through, alerted the server at the window and the snide remark of "so what" from the servers supervisor at the drive Thu will surely ensure that I will not return. I wasn't expecting anyoney back even though the listed price of the food I ordered was a full dollar less than what I paid. I just wanted to alert the server before someone with less patience and understanding came through the drive thru.after two years of being attacked by anti maskers at this location one would think a kind alert of a potential issue would be greater with at least a thank you.nope.so cold fries, incorrectly made burgers and a long wait for the food was not enough had to add in a you don't matter to us to it too.

They are never open, it's 10 am on a Friday and no one is in there, no signage to tell otherwise

Went out for breakfast with family. Only place open on family day and we were pleasantly surprised. Kind service, quick, cleanly. Food was fresh.
