I visited this store over a year ago and I don't think I will visit again, especially after reading the other reviews.

I don't remember much of my interactions with the workers or the store itself but I do remember the burger being the worst burger I've ever had.

I got a Beyond Meat burger, which is the only product I ever buy from A&W. I have had this burger countless of times at other locations across Ontario and it's been consistently delicious. From my understanding, A&W is a little more pricey because they use high quality ingredients and they value consistency and so I'm confused as to how they managed to serve such a horrible item. It's even possible that they served me a non Beyond Meat patty— I don't know I've never had those ones before. I was in a rush that day so I couldn't go back but I would've definitely asked for a refund.

If I could give them a 0, I would. My wife got food from there around 9pm last night, and she has been throwing up ever since. She's gone to the doctors and they determined it was food poisoning. When I called the store to discuss the matter with them, I got absolutely no apologies or sympathy, not that I need it from them, but what do I know about customer service, I've only worked and managed in that field for over 10 years! Eat at your own risk! The food was either not cooked correctly, or contaminated due to poor health and safety measures!

One of the best A&W in town…. Top notch service, food and amazing atmosphere to have food.

Everything was normal and good accept for the hygiene. There were flies all over the ketchup counter.

. I don’t like to post negative reviews that might harm a business but I’m not impressed.
Weds October 18th I came through drive through in the early morning and ordered 2 burger combos with fries and onion rings and pancakes with chocolate milk. I had to wait for the order which is fine but when she brought the order to my car she brought hot chocolate. This is fine, things happen she apologized and was nice and I gave her the hot chocolate and she brought me chocolate milk. I drove all the way home to realize the pancakes were not there. I called and the lady on the phone said they were never rung in. I ordered them because she asked “large or small” on the intercom. I returned thinking that I would be compensated for the trouble and she charged me! I couldn’t believe it. I told her that that is unfair and she didn’t care, didn’t apologize nothing. I can understand if I was at the establishment still and they forgot but I drove all the way home. When I brought the pancakes home, the other food was already cold too and the onion rings were frozen in the inside. I’m really not impressed with this service. I’m an honest person and very kind and I would never do that. I don’t mind paying for things but to have to drive all the way back and to have to pay then return home to spoiled food? I used to love this location but I’ve been rubbed the wrong way now and I won’t be returning.

False advertising, drove a longer route on the way home for "24hr service" to arrive with it closed in drive-thru and eat in, no one answering phone. Second time this has happened at locations and is such an inconvenience for a company that relies on being convenient

Horrendous service overall. Forget condiments, change your order on a whim, I could go on and on

Worst location ever don’t even want to give one star I specially mentioned for fresh food but rather than being fresh it was a old and white color meat from inside…. When I asked the boy at front while giving the order to make everything fresh he gave very different look… took hours to take an order it was not at all busy but still they behave like they have so much to do…. Girl standing with him didn’t took the order three of them just talking and then girl went for break they behave like they don’t want to take the order… weird

Nice restaurant at prime locations and friendly staff. The Washroom is really in worse condition, Hope they will make sure it's clean for customers

Says online that the store is open but drive through and in store dining is closed.
I would give no stars if I could because of the waste of my time and gas coming out to this store.

If everything cost $1 or $2 less I'd be here every week. The food is genuinely delicious, and the location/service is pretty good too. It's just hard to justify $20 on fast food all the time.but while you're in the plaza and looking for a breakfast it's certainly better than Symposium.

Drive thru taking and serving orders one at a time.that's not how the system works.multiple orders in with window serving, if I wanted one at a time I would go in the store.oh wait. I had to. THIS HAS TO STOP!

Horrible service, missing multiple items on menu. Brutal location. What the heck has happened to good service?

I'm not a huge fast food eater but find A&W to be decent and typically consistent. We get coupons in the mail with deals so that's the real driver.

Been to this location many times. Usually the service and quality are excellent compared to many other fast food outlets. Went from a 5 rating to a 4 from me after a bad breakfast on june 28th at 7am. The A/C left the dining room so cold I had to eat outside. The hashbrown was cold and a long dark hair was on my toast. Overall the location has got me enjoying a&w whereas I never really went there before but they really dropped the ball on my last visit. Hopefully no more experiences like that one in the future. This is a new A&W. Very organized and clean. Friendly staff. Excellent quality of food. Nice atmosphere to bring your family.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS A AND W. I order beyond meat burger combo 2 times and both time i got cold and stale food. I am surprised how any place can serve cold fries. This was the worst food i had ever got from any A and w.

Burger was fresh. When asked for sweet potato fries. They were cold and very stale. The sweet potato fries were definitely not fresh. Disappointed at the fact that this isnt the first encounter.

Burgers are always consistent. But 90% of the time, we received old fries and cold onion rings. Even when requested onion rings with "extra seasoning" they just dump a bunch on top, so they are extra salty and the ones on the bottom has next to no seasoning.

Terrible customer service and worse food. Burgers were dry and cold. Buns were burnt and dry to the point of having to rip them, since biting was ineffective. Ordering was a mess and when our food was ready it was thrust to us without a "thank you" or "have a good night". I will not be returning.

A&W is as always my preferred fastfood place. Only down point atm is those paper straws.
I prefer eating in, where you get the "frozen" glass etc. Of course that is not allowed right now. I really applaud A&W for not using plastic straws any more, but the paper straws just get soggy after max 10 minutes. I hope they will look for a better solution.

I ordered fries with seasonal fries with Chipotle dip and that didn't come with the order which I paid for it. Funny A&W stuffs.

On a Friday night 9PM, took them more than 30 mins to get through ordering for 3 cars at the drive thru. I'm hoping this is a one off case.
Food is OK, good burger, consistent with other A&W. Docked another star off because the poutine was bad, either they forgot to add cheese curds first or their gravy is no hot enough. Cheese curd were cold and did not melt at all.

Horrible services.more racism than in a KKK meeting.can't even get 1 mayo for 1 burger.only 2 mayo for 8 burgers just because you are not brown like them.talking with manager is useless like talking with a wall.
