I ordered for hash brown it was so delicious that i usually visit them daily nowadays to eat that moreover staff was also very good they handle order very carefully and calmly I think its the best place to visit when you go for outing.

The ambiance, food and customer service of this place is amazing. Especially, Aman Khairaa who work at the front was very good with the customer service.

I love A&W burgers and I have no negative thing to say about it. Root beer Diet was my favorite drink.

I haven't had A&W root beer for 35+ years, and it brought back some amazing memories! Burger was pretty good too

Around 8: 30pm in the evening, girl working behind the counter was extremely rude. She is clueless about what customer service is. She used her phone in front of me and offered me that food without washing her hands. Even she failed to smile or make a friendly gesture. I think management should gave her training again.

Ordered Uncle Burger combo with fries and drink. They messed up my order and gave me the ingredient I mentioned not to. It took them 15 minutes to fix my order which is an inconvenience. Food itelf was ok. This location is inside Erin Mills Town Centre on the 2nd floor.

Uber Eats - placed my first order, which was unfulfilled by our driver. I reordered the meals and to my surprise, a list of items were either missing or defective. I don’t understand why someone would package this to feed someone. Our buns were burnt and buttered? Sauces and apple turnovers were missing. I tried to call the number but without surprise, I received no response. Do better or pack it up because that wasn’t edible.

One of the women employees rolled her eyes just because I asked for a cup of water, then she proceeded to give me a cup of water with a bug in it. When I told that it had a bug in it she rolled her eyes once again then turned around and ignored me completely.

I ordered my favorite burger, their famous "Uncle burger" and they said that they have to "check if they have it and it will take some time", they didn't so I had to order something else.

Disappointing.

Tasted great although bun was over toasted burnt on one side shame as it would have been even better also the onion rings they serve are really tasty better than their competitors
