We sat in dining room and froze since there was no heat and I told staff but they don't care that it's winter, my wife will not go back!

Spent the day at the hospital, stopped to get an uncle burger on the way home, it was cold, the fries were cold, will not go back to this location

I went with my order. My order was taken very politely. The food was really very good and hygienic. I really loved the Enivornment and I wish to visit it again.

Greats customer service, Friendly staff members and food are very delicious and food stafety is exellent i recommend all to go this A&w

A little confused about subbing frozen root beer with regular was gonna charge over $5 extra that's a little much

Ordered a frozen root beer and the cups weren't even filled to the top.fries and hashbrowns are good though

The worst service ever. Waited at the order board for 10 minutes before anyone served me. I ordered a Papa combo. The person at the window had to be reminded that the combo comes with a drink. The burger wasn't cooked properly and subsequently l spent the very early hours of the morning on the toilet suffering from diarrhea.

So disappointed by the whole ordeal that l probably won't ever go back!

Have been to this location twice in about a week and a half for my husband, who has recently sustained an injury and cannot get out himself and he's really really craving onion rings. I keep trying to get him some as a treat but they were out both times! The onion rings are quite popular you'd think they'd keep well stocked. Sooooo disappointed!

Went here at 6: 00 AM on Monday September 12th I ordered 2 teen beyond burgers with no bacon, the Indian girl taking my order was very rude to me for ordering what I ordered because they would have to do work to make it, she didn’t seem very happy taking my order and seemed rather annoyed, I was informed the grill was being cleaned so it would take half an hour for them to cook my meal, she was hoping I’d leave after hearing that but I had time to wait, she seemed annoyed and said YOU STILL WANNA ORDER? So we ordered our 2 combos with well done fries with seasoning and chipotle sauce in our burgers, after waiting 30 mins in the parking lot we went back into the line while witnessing them make orders for around 5-7 cars, when we pulled up to the window no one knew about our order, until the same girl started being rude again over the mic, we were then handed COLD FRIES WITH NO SEASONING, COLD BURGERS WITH NO CHIPOTLE SAUCE after waiting 30 mins, I thought our food was being cooked fresh, but it seems like they gave us old food which was sitting there, also they never followed our instructions after giving us bad customer service. This always happens at this location for me, the girls in the drive thru really have an attitude problem, if you can’t be nice don’t work at a 24 hour customer facing business, I as a customer shouldn’t be made to feel that I’m annoying the staff for providing you business, please hire new staff this is Canada, and I expect a certain level of food quality and customer service standers

Mon 7 nov 2022. I was here at near 1: 30 am for chicken burger combo and chicken buddy on side. The guy at the window was so so unprofessional. He didn't greet me with hello or hey. Directly say wait 2 mintues in punjabi and then came with food. When i paid i ask for ketchup. He look like very rude. Then when i opened the food. Burger buns of both burgers were burnt. And it tastes so bad. We went to a&w for there food quality and services and taste. But honestly i felt like i waste my $17 bucks for unprofessional service and burnt tasteless food.

All 3 burgers were cold! Along with the fries and the onion rings…wouldn’t replace it!
Never will eat there again!

Ordered 6 burgers through UberEats, all 6 came with no condiments whatsover. 32 dollars and change, bun and patty only. Tried to reaolve by talking to manager and she said to call back tomorrow and hung up on my ear. Horrible customer service.

Been in the drive-thru 15 minutes and the line hasn't even moved. I think this is the slowest A&w I've ever been to in my life

Insanely long wait times at the drive-thru. Almost 10 minutes per car. I've never seen a fast food place take this long in my life

Nice place to order sauce with some bun and meat on the side.

It feels as if the patties are half the weight of the portion of sauce they use. You cannot even taste anything other than mayo.

Remind them to go easy in the sauce everytime if you are not a fan of mayo with ketchup for lunch.

Food was OK but this was a dirty location like many of the A&W's in this area. Also the service is very slow I eat out alot all over different places not to many times I will go to these fast food places, this A&W was 2 out of 10 for me not going back anytime soon.

I will let you know about all the great places to eat, here's a good one greasy spoon called Diamonds in East York check it out very good you'll be happy you did.

Apparently buddy burgers and chicken burgers do not come with ANY condiments and they do not want to deal with customers on the phone.
