Mushroom uncle burger with non melted mozzarella. And only 1 mushroom on burger. The pop was 2 fingers down from full and no receipt in the bag. THE Worst place to go.drive-thru cliente. Was too far to bother on complaining.

It's fast food, had breakfast and another time burgers, it's okay, for the value you get

Ate here multiple times, food is good but pricy. When ordering I’ve encountered some employees being rude and not greeting a customer the right way. I’ve also noticed a couple times when coming in employees sitting around talking with friends instead of working. It ruins the atmosphere when eating there.

Don't really hate the place, just the "unbreakable rules" for customers. Ordered from the drive thru, tried to pay cash, the money had a small tear, I was told they won't accept it. No money, no food, they seemed surprised when I cancelled. Good luck with this.

Food is good, atmosphere is nice but sometimes have to wait a bit but that’s worth it. Staff is friendly.

First & last time I'll visit this location. Ordered a Papa Burger combo. Fries were hot & dried out. Burger patties were completely dried out and tasteless. 1 skimpy slice of tomato, 1 slice of cheese, no pickles, no lettuce, no anything else.

The guy was so respective and the food was so elegant, he even brought our meal, but thry didn't have all what we needed.
But definitely best Vannela Chay I ever had, delicious breakfast, just a little pricey

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the management at this location but this is probably the worst run business in town.

The location is right next to a Tim Hortons which is probably one of the busiest locations in town because until A&W arrived it was the only fast food in town. The A&W menu has tried to copy TH in many ways so if the food or service was any good they would be sure to have a lot of business. It’s been about a year since they opened and they never have and still don’t.

Best place to park for Timmies when the Timmies lot is full.

If you want to pay money for a waste of time this is the place to come. I purchased fries and a drink with my wallet app, they said my card was declined despite being able to show them the transaction was approved on the wallet app and in my baking app I was able to show them the money got taken out. They refused to give me what I paid for even after confirming with my bank on the phone that the transaction had gone through.

Posted a photo of the onion rings I just got! Not impressed! You will not be getting my business again!

GREAT FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!
We like how spacious the restaurant is and the seating is comfortable for everyone. Love the kids washing station and the eating area is always clean. We prefer coming to A&W Tottenham for the delicious coffee - its 10x more delicious than Tim Hortons. Yummy coffee, larger size and no line up, what else can you ask for! I don't go to Tim Hortons anymore. The $1.00 deal in November is a super deal too! The food is pretty good. We are not big fast food eaters but once in a while we treat ourselves to A&W as the food doesn't make us sick like McDonalds, Burger King and Wendy's food. The staff are friendly, efficient and were nice to my kids on several occasions. The last time we ate there the lady gave my kids lollypops. Pleased to know that we have a somewhat healthier fast food option in Tottenham. Thank you for opening and we hope you stay!

The absolute worst A and W out there. Been trying to give them the benefit of doubt since it’s a new location but it’s been months since they have been open and it seems like the food quality standards is not a thing at this location. This is the third time I’ve gone around 1am via drive thru dead as it can be to needing to wait 10 or more minutes on the food only to get a very soggy burger bun and some cold fries.
