"Visited A&W Huron Church recently and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were welcoming and the service was quick. Enjoyed a tasty burger. The place was clean, but a bit busy during peak hours. Good for a quick bite if you're in the area. "

Food and service are excellent. My only complaint is, it is way too hot in the restaurant. Management won't let them close the blinds. The sun beats in and the employees sweat their butts off. We were melting.

One thing I really like about this store is their ambiance and the service. Super friendly staff and great atmosphere. Food is decent. Not something that could look forward to having over and over again, but definitely helps when you're hungry.

Quick service, good food, clean establishment, sink not found in washroom. All in all, hit the spot.

Good location for an a&w.since opened I have been here many time.food is always good, I just have to make sure I have 30-40 minutes available to sit in wait for my food.also, if you wanted a rootbeer and sweetheart shake, their machine is probably broken, or at least when ever I ask for one.so overall good food, terrible service.

Locations is great. Staff members are nice. I went to the washroom after ordering food and they brought my food to my table. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The hand wash station is outside of bathroom so it’s more convenient. And mama burger is on sale for 3.99.

This 1 star is for the service not for the food the one on the turban was absolute rubbish I didn’t seen his name but March 20th 2023 around 7: 30 he was on the drive through window. He was so rude and that might I’ve asked to redeem 2 coupons I’m not taking anything forcefully I got the coupons I was using it’s non of his business he has to provide service and he was soooooo rude I’ll never recommend anyone at this place……

Ordered a mama burger combo with cheese. The fries were fresh and hot as always. The mama burger with cheese was the biggest disappointment. The bun was hard, the burger patty was over cooked and very dry. The burger must have been made ahead of time and kept in a warming bin. This is the meal I've had at A&W. The manager on duty didn't ensure to protect the A&W brand. A friend that ordered the same meal combo felt the same way.

Horrible food, asked for tomatoes and onions on my chicken burger. They gave me 2 pieces of onion and the smallest tomato. For a 8$ burger thats disgusting. Then on top of that is the taste, the workers were acting extremely strange as if the were messing with my food. My poutine had literally 29 fry s. Once again my burgers tasted plain, with very little condiments. Not impressed and I definitely wont be returning after this 3 rd failed trip.

Unclean restaurant, mediocre food. Tons of fruit flies flew out of pop machine when we went to use it area was nasty.

First timer
Wow. First the service was excellent. We were just past breakfast but they made it for us anyway. And surprise it came on an actual plate with cutlery! My coffee came in a huge glass mug. I was expecting cardboard and plastic. Now the price. Again wow! What we paid for 2 breakfast would have cost us triple anywhere else. And the breakfast taste great. I will definitely return.

We visited this location a few days ago, towards the end of our Canadian road trip. To our initial disappointment, they didn’t offer any Root Beer floats, like all the A&Ws in the US. Upon receiving our food, the drive-thru operator explained that another type of drink (sweet cream) replaced the float and as a courtesy, still made us a proper float with vanilla ice cream. We’ll be repeat customers here upon our next visit!

I looked forward to having a Whistle Dog all day and I'm REALLY DISAPPOINTED! SUPPOSED TO BE FRIED! I asked for my food to be hot and fresh. Weiner was BARELY warm! DEFINITELY was NOT made properly. The Whistle Dog was terrible. Big WASTE of money! Not difficult to FRY a weiner! AVOID this A&W. SLOW service is forgivable but NOT when the food is undercooked garbage. NEVER AGAIN!

Locked the doors on me at 9: 35 pm amd the sign said open 24 hrs wouldnt recomend this location

They messed up my order, called them when I got home, they refused to fix it, said "once you leave the property theres nothing we can do". HORRIBLE customer service with language barrier.

Stopped by on my way into work to order dinner.

I ordered a double mozza burger with no condiments. What I got was cheddar on the burger and the burger paddies were small, cold, and dried out. Clearly they had been sitting there for quiet a while.

Won't be returning

Went inside stood and wait for the workers to notice me. And someone was sitting waiting for there order for 15 mins. New location but staff needs to pay attention!

I have had a&w many times.the food here was horrid. Too salty, undercooked soggy and expensive!

Teen burger combo…fries taste like they were sitting in the oil. Open the hamburger and the package was full of grease. Was absolutely disgusting!
Ordered apple pie…. It wasn’t apple!

Very very hit and miss, sometimes you literally get 10 fries. Lol you open the fry bag properly and its not even half full. And a few times its been really good!

Super slow service in a 'fast food' restaurant both times when nobody was ahead of me

Will never go back. Went in and ordered to go. Got home and saw that they had screwed up the order. Called and the guy says sorry, once you leave there's nothing we can do. I ask for a credit for next time and he refuses. Terrible customer service. If you've thought about going there, don't. Not worth it.

Bought some burgers here today. One was fine, the other was dripping oily blood with a soggy discoloured bun, and the patties were soft squishy grey mush. It was like biting into porridge between wet sponges. Someone in the kitchen needs to learn how to cook.

Don’t waste people time here

This place is great! Burger was delicious and they were really great hosts.
Value for money.
