Cold burger and wrongly made. Complained they grabbed burger from me told me it's my fault and through burger in garbage.left and didn't try my coffee before hand and it's from bottom of the pot. Complained to manager and she did nothing. Told me she's been to busy!

Absolutely HORRIBLE on skip the dishes late night. I waited 1.5 hrs not once but twice now! I will NEVER order from the an and W again!

Didn't fill my drink fully, and almost forgot my mother's order on mother's day! Never coming here again.

This team consistently provides excellent service and food! I come here at least once a month and only receive great food and service! I also love that A&W's has gone more sustainable and green with its wrapping and food!

Took kids there and ordered food today. We were in a hurry paid and left. The cashier did not bother giving any receipt but overcharged us 15 dollars. I did not realize until later. Bad experience and will not go again!

Came here at night around 12am, January 13,2023. The person on the shift did not made me the beyond meat burger even though, I had a coupon for 2 teen burger and told that he cannot make a beyond meat burger for me and the funny thing is that my friend just got the beyond meat burger around 8pm, January 12,2023. So, I would advise everyone looking for a midnight snack never come to this place and the person on the shift was named divyajot. I am sorry but the service and the helpfulness of the person on the shift was 0 and looked like he just did not wanted to do the work. Go somewhere else peeps, save your money for better service.

They get 1 star because they leave all the lights on at night including the menu lights so that it looks like they're open when they're not. Please fix this so I can adjust my review.

Just ordered some Beyond Burgers and fries from this place. Burgers arrived with most of the toppings missing - lettuce, mayo, ketchup, mustard, grilled onions - and only 1 dip for two orders of fries, even though we chose 2. Ridiculous service, esp considering we're paying $9! For one burger. Tried to call to complain and they have a voicemail box that is not set up. Guess they don't want dissatisfied customers calling them. Well guess what, we also won't order from them again. Then Uber eats driver decided to ignore our delivery request, leaving our order in a lobby where anyone could steal it. The decline of customer service in this country is truly disturbing.

A bit slow on the serving side with only one clerk working and a supervisor looking at him but not helping. The food is good and they obviously use real hamburger, not reconstituted meat, for their burgers. New since are last visit is the self-serve pop dispenser that is common to other fast-food establishments. Tables are clean and the place is kept orderly.

Staff here on Victoria day were super cool. I even got an extra Cajun mayo sauce for my sweet potato fries.

When i come here I have to also order onion rings.

The baddest customer service in the drive thru, to be honest. As in the advertisement it states the spicy chicken burger is for 12.48 nd when i told that the bill was 16.02, he changed the size of rings and drink to my bill and the price was up i tried to tell and make him understand but he was like no in combo if u add ring rates will be high the guys in the drive thru give him some training otherwise he will cause you a lot of trouble, hes a great person who doesnt understand anything even though its a correct thing he shud tell me and make me understand.

Food great. Washroom disgusting. No toilet paper, no soap, no running water, hand dryer so dirty it was black.very scary.

I am a vegetarian and I could live off of A&W Beyond Meat burgers. They are so good! While maybe on the more expensive side of fast-food burgers, they are of a great quality and I think they are worth it! This is the location I usually go to and the food has always been fresh and hot, and the service fast and friendly.

This location is my go-to location. They've always gotten the order right, they always accommodate all additional requests, and they're always super friendly. I've never been refused service, unlike some of the other locations. Reasonably timed, in terms of order delivery and pickup. The manager at this location, Taranpreet Singh is so friendly, kind, and always fun to meet in-store. Thanks to the team for making this location one of the best!

Went through drive thru late at night, not too many customers there. They gave me the wrong sandwich, so I went through again. Gave me what I thought was the right sandwich which was a Chubby Chicken Burger. Get home and start taking a few bites, turns out they got my order wrong the second time too. They gave me the spicy patty from the spicy chicken sandwich I think! I have cuts all over my lips from the dry air cause of the cold weather and my lips are burning! I'm currently sitting here rubbing ice cubes on them, they're a bit swollen from the spice getting into my cuts. Oddly enough, the chubby chicken doesen't get the same toppings as the spicy sandwich, so I don't know how they would mess up putting the spicy chicken patty on it unless they did it on purpose? My lips are all red, painful and a bit swollen. It should be fine in a few hours but this was an awful mistake >: (

The lady working here on Saturday 8AM Jan 22,2022 is the most kind barista in Waterloo. Hands down! And thanks to her for the nice coffee

SO GLAD that some places still believe in round the clock service. Nothing, and I do mean NOTHING hits the spot quite like a teen burger at 430am after a half shift at work.

Only use the drive through here. Sometimes it's slow to get my order but I like the fries when they have the extra spice on them

Went here twice during the week while working in Waterloo. Both times my fries were cold and soggy and tasted terrible. I'd skip the sides going forward (I tried normal fries and sweet potato). The habanero chicken burger was okay, nothing to rave about. Wish it was bigger and more filling.

The second visit I ordered the bacon cheddar uncle burger that came with no bacon or cheddar. There was a huge line up so I sucked it up and ate it anyways. Regretfully, as I ended up with major gut rot for the next 24 hours and so did my coworker who ate at the same time as me. For $17, Ill take my money elsewhere next time.

Do yourself a favour and don't bother going here unless you want to be disappointed and have your stomach go through hell.

I have mixed feelings with the service they have here. I think if the staff was more friendly than being rude it would be acceptable

My favourite fast food resto. I love the beyond meat burger and the sustainable materials used in thie packaging. I miss the chocolate pies tho

Would not recommend. We could see our order was ready quickly but it was burnt and cold because we had to wait. Better to go some where else.

We ordered a Teen burger combo and a Beyond Meat burger combo. Teen burger was fine, the fries were stale, and worst of all the Beyond Meat patty was literally cut in HALF. I thought maybe I just misremembered the size of the patty, but then I opened up the burger and sure enough, there was a half-patty. I bet they wouldn't have done this to a drive-thru or pickup but unfortunately I had this delivered.

A&W is the freshest, best hamburger!
I never feel "heavy" after eating.
The food is always hot and service is always fast and friendly.
My order is always done correctly.
The burgers are well built and are not sloppy. My clothes stay clean!
The sweet potato fries are soooooo good and I love the chip-mayo that comes with the fries.

The Bacon and Egger is as consistently tasty a breakfast sandwich as there is. There's no rule against a Diet Root Beer before lunch either.

I used to love the Glenridge A&W, but within the last couple years, they've definitely declined in quality. Literally the worst fries I've been served in a long time. They tasted like they were a few days old. I absolutely love fries, so this was a huge dissappintment for me. I would have been happy to wait for a fresh order. I will definitely think twice before ordering from this location again. I understand it's fast food, but at $16 per combo, I expected fresher fries.

We ordered burger and we saw that they just took the burger bun with their BARE HANDS DURING PANDEMIC. DURING PANDEMIC!? ! When we notified them about our issue, they told us that they don't really use gloves. Like hello? Food handling? They don't even address the issue. Gloves is always necessary. I worked in a fast food restaurant so I know this. Customer service is bad as well. They didn't even try to assure us that their food is clean. I love their burger but so disappointed.

We ordered apple juice to drink and it was just water. She said they were out. Then nothing happened. Eventually we had to ask again and another person got her a different drink after standing there 19 minutes waiting while the food got cold.

Speed was quick but it seems like the staff is cutting burger patties with scissors into half and just putting those Half patties on burgers. Burger patty was so small as compared to other A and W restaurants. Patty was not even covering half the bunn. Felt they rip off people to increase profit. Not a good way to do sir.

Ordered Uber eats here have had no problems before took an hour and 20 mins to make the food and everything is cold once it got here

Went three times this week for lunch while working down the street. Each time something was wrong. Even after double and triple checking that the orders were right.

A good place to eat. Drive thru is kind of slow, service is mediocre. But I really love the food, theyve always done a good job with my food.

I like their coffee. Full flavor. Btw you can get a burger at 7am ifn you don't like the best hashbrowns ever. Ps put a tomato on your egger

The staff have only ever been kind and helpful, no complaints with staff. Although, the drive-thru wait time can be awful, even when you're the only one in the drive-thru, which can be very frustrating at times. 24 hours which is a bonus.

Our family enjoys eating here. We love the cold mugs of root beer. I appreciate their attempt to reduce waste.

Received very good service and product today at 4: 45AM. This is my new late night snack spot. Perfect fuel for gaming all night on my days off from work, double buddy burgers FTW.

Such rude staff. We're not willing to change the parties the beyond parties even though we were willing to pay extra. Said they can't do that even though I get done here all the time on the weekends. Would give it no stars of I could cause the food was could when it was served. Horrible experience

20 minutes for a burger combo and chicken fingers combo is way too long. Felt sorry for the family that were waiting 30 minutes. It was busy, but that's a little too long.

Parents came from Nova Scotia for a visit, so we decided to come here. Great food but very expensive can't see us coming back while they are here. Simply can't afford it.

I Ordered a buddy burger with just cheese bacon and lettuce. Man doing my order heard me and understood then look at the burger and check and handed me it. Then I got home to eat it and they had put mayo ketchup and pickles. The man EVEN Looked at it and knowingly gave me it. Service at these fast food restaurants is garbage and it’s so tireing to see people not care about anything and get paid to mess others orders up. Thanks Man great service!

Went to this A&W after hockey and did drive thru. It was fast and good service. Ordered two beyond meat burgers, two double teen burgers and four hash browns. Yes I know such a random order. Lol. This location looks nice and clean. Will be going back after hockey another time as well. It's a bit on the expensive side but worth it all the way. It was also not busy which I thought was weird but it was 7, so I guess after the dinner rush.
