We often visit this location for the breakfast! Decently priced, fast service and fresh food. Not many places left where you can get a decent breakfast for a good price!

Up selling at the Take out window -
You order a combo.they ask fries or onion rings.you order onion rings.they ask what kind of drink.you order rootbear.
When the bills comes they charge extra for the onion rings separate out the bill into 3 items at regular price. It is not a combo now on the bill and the cost has gone up.
They should not offer onion rings as part of the combo and get more money with asking if you want to pay more for the whole combo.
When I asked the Manager said they upsell and don't need to tell you. So watch your bill next time before you pay!

I was the only one needing to place my order. After standing 15 minutes being ignored by all staff I was told hold on someone will be with you. Guess they were more focus on closing the store in half hour instead of taking my order. So I sat down while I waited and I have a table of guest at Swiss Chalet. 1 guest wanted a burger to go. This took 29 minutes before I could join my table again. Just ridiculous to make the ONLY CLIENT wait so long for service. This should have been finished in 10 minutes top but the wait. Geeeez prioritize Clients as they pay all you bills instead of how fast can I get out of here tonight!

Very surprised that they make an excellent breakfast, staff are very sweet and a very family oriented business

Waited more than 5 minutes to get our orders after paying. Fries were hot, drinks were cold, burgers were room temperature and finally onion rings weren't seasoned and was at room temperature.

Food was sitting and cold burger (ordered a Teen and recieved a Mama instead) Fries are always cold and onion rings as well! Food is not the same as the old A&W.

Omg the wait in the drive thru was longer than the wait at a restaurant. The reason i drove to a fast food drive thru is because its suppost to be fast. Wow

I went to drive thu at 2210 thus evening. Waited 5 minutes and got no service. When i looked in. Sll staff we sitting at table talking. Nice way to lose customers. Will never go again

We ordered and they doubled the order and the women gave are money back when we told her. Then through are meal the boys in the back were so loud it was bad. I spoke to the male manger telling him that it was very noisy and he said he was on break. I told him I have been a nanger before and this was not right. If they can play they can work to told him. I also told him that I was going to talk to the owner. The food was cooked. Just be careful your not double charged.

Got the teen burger and was not disappointed the burger was surprisingly huge for a fast food chain and was actually quite filling

I am a night shifter so we go in the morning and sometimes have hamburgers and they are fresh and tasty and the women in the morning is really fast and efficient.
