The workers were beyond rude! The drive thru associate had a lot of attitude and it was very unprofessional.

Absolutely disgusting restaurant, they’re a big disgrace to A&W. Please everyone go to any other location but warning do not support Innes a&w. The workers, and the restaurant is dangerously un-sanitary. They never will cook your food correctly, or missing items. Always very rude and grumpy. Also the manager clearly refuses to retrain or hire better over night workers. Even after copious calls, and complaints from different people. Anybody who’s been there past 11pm, knows exactly which employee I’m refering to!

I stopped here for lunch with my family, and I only have good things to say about my time here. The food was great! It was quick and delicious. Lastly, the staff is incredible!

Just spent $7 on a poutine for it to look like this:) you can literally see the bottom of the box because they put so little fry’s. Kind of disappointing as someone who worked at A&W years ago, this is definitely not the standard.

We waited 15 minutes at a drive-through for the order taker and the order of Beyond the Meet combo ended in half an hour for us.

Line for drive thru is insanely long. 20 minutes and only moved two car lengths. Can't even get out because there's no exit in the drive thru. Like they only have one employee taking orders, taking payment and working the kitchen. Management should hire additional personnel to ensure smooth and short wait times for patrons.

40 minutes at a drive thru to get food is unacceptable. Will not go back here.

Just ordered a Nashville hot chicken. We've ordered there before, and had no issues. This was raw to the point of the batter being mush. Honestly, it was dead, so I had zero issues waiting for food. I wouldn't have cared if I had to wait another couple minutes. What a sad day for chicken, and a waste of 15 dollars. If you're going to go, go during the week, avoid the weekend.

My overall experience at this restaurant was great! The food was quick and delicious, and to top it all off, the customer service and the staff are exquisitely incredible!

Great burger, and the onion rings were fantastic. Love the feeling of eating a burger without feeling bloated.

Been a customer of A&W for many decades. Sorry to say the relationship is coming to an end. The burgers, which used to be so good have become tasteless. The meat is dry and has no flavour anymore. Sorry, going elsewhere now.

Ordered a BLT chicken burger. They didn’t even put a full slice of bacon on the burger.

Shame.

Used the drive through around 10pm. Staff was slow. Fries were old and chicken bun was burnt.

Good service, food was perfect and it was clean. What I've noticed is that some of the dining tables were very close to the cash/ordering counter, because other places were taken had to sit there.

Very minor set back, but! If you want to ear your friends or whoever you are talking too at those tables. You'll be frequently interrupted by; hello, can I get your orders, huuuummms il have hummms, and ouchs I've stubbed my big toe!

The food is great but the issue is with the service at this location they ALWAYS mess up order almost always forget to add the sauces or miss an item and it happens often DOUBLE CHECK your orders!

Everytime I order Uber eats they give me the wrong order. I pay extra and they keep forgetting to give me the stuff i paid for. I hate tomato’s and yet they still put tomatoes. I also asked for two hash browns and instead they gave me an extra half empty bag of fries. They didn’t give me the sauce I ordered. Forgot my straw. Like, it’s not that hard to follow simple instructions. Never again.

This was the first time I try A&W. Food was extremely tasteful! Looked so healthy and fresh even if it’s a burger I loved the sweet fried potatoes

I was going for a nice chubby meal and my girl was having the same. This kind fellow with a blue hat served me. Super friendly got my order nice and fast, apologized for the little wait we had. Food was hot and fresh. Drinks were cold and at a perfect ice level. Hats off to that guy. Tipped him handsomely

Totally disappointed. Used a coupon to get 2 meals through drive through. Got home and
1. There were no fries at all X2
2. Cheese on burgers was hard and congealed like burger had been cooked long before

The food here is always fresh and well prepared. That said, be ready to wait quite a while if you go through the drive-thru. It seems to take some time.
