Everything is awesome at this A&W. Food was fresh, fast, and well presented. The staff was helpful, the trash station could use some TLC, but the rest of the restaurant was well maintained. It has a 24hr drive through which works in a pinch.

Two Indian girls working in this location with a attitude showing like they’re forced to work there, i ordered two chicken wraps the chicken was cold and not fresh
I threw both of the wraps in the garbage, i will never come to this location again

5$ coupon becomes 7.60$ because they lie about adding drink for free and add additional charge for replacing bacon and egg for sausage and egg. Also don't give burger buns when you ask instead of muffin. CHEAP GROSS FOOD WILL NEVER COME TO THIE LOCATION AGAIN. I want A REFUND! Edit: food made me sick too

Really good A&W. Nice and clean on the inside, had a nice atmosphere. Best one I've been to!

Staff lie and cheat to save their drive through times, subpar food, and they will make it how ever they feel. I love a+w, but this location is atrocious. Avoid if you know what you want to order from there, because if they don't feel like making it, they willyell a lazy lie to your face and smile doing it.

The slowest and worst service ever for an A&W. Only taking one order at a time fully completed, then just to start another one. Instead of taking multiple orders at a time.
Waited almost 20mins just to get fries.

I've had good experiences previously with A&W but something is not right on the kitchen side at this outlet. Served cold fries and a Papa burger with 2 boiled patties (not flame grilled). Pretty disappointing meal.

Got extreme food poisoning after eating the food would not recommend, service is also slow, and they forget your order by the time they make it

Knew something was off the moment I saw the color alone. Literally tasted like water with a drop of coffee flavour. Would not ever recommend.

Visited this locations drive on April 21st at around 7: 40pm. The employee Rhupinder was speaking about us, making rude comments about us in her language that I guess she didn’t know I was fluent in. She was muttering to her co worker about us not having our card out before getting to the window and being very impatient. Very unprofessional.

Nice place to eat. Wish they had the spice shaker for the fries and coke zero for the fountain drinks. Service was great. Like the old style diner decor.

We used to dine-in fast food restaurants for our food safety research papers and for blogs during different times to check food quality and crew members behaviour for customers, for this restaurant, we found many flaws for day shift staff first of all there behaviours were not pleasant even there manager behaviour was rude for customers and favourable for only few staff members, she only listen to some staff rather than customers, while at night I visited the store many time, surely nights are overcrowded as compared to morning. And surprisingly two girls in night vs day staff, but nights staff are friendly and our orders are fresh but in day food was cold, they make them in bulk like fries and chicken.
However in night only two girls manage the restaurant, atleast in night they need 3 people, but from last couple of weeks sometimes i saw only one girl in the morning even her voice feels like she was scared & tired. I am predicting this food chain manager and higher management gona ruine the A&W name.
I am giving one star due to day time crew members behaviour, not fresh food and most importantly current Mangers. She needs to improve her behaviour and needs to ensure high standards of customer service rather than favouring there crew. Or may be manger need to put staff members in shift rotation so day and night staff can learn each others work conditions.

Amazing burgers Every time i was a little concerned choosing the drive thru as it was very busy inside i was very impressed and expected good fast service and thats what i got. The Ringer Burger was one of the best burgers i have had in a long time reminds me of the Western Bacon Burger at Carls Jr but better. I will always support A&W no matter what they got the best tasting Beef Burgers in Canada.

VERY long wait in line @ drive thru, there was only 1 car ahead of me. Had to repeat my order several times. Worker explained there were only 2 people working. I spent $18 for a cold, tasteless chicken combo. Apple pie was cold. This was a very disappointing experience.

The service was alright, could have been quicker but it was adequate.

Food was good no problems there at all.

Might be a good idea for A&W Head office personal to visit this location and have a major cleaning done as well as repair a lot of broken trim pieces the place looks pretty run down and does not seem to be up to the standards we expect to see from A&W

One of the worst service. I am sitting in the drive through since last 20mins at 1 am with just two cars ahead of me. Making fresh is not an acceptable excuse for incompetence. The staff at this location is ruining the A&W brand name. Never coming back.
Update - found out there were just two girls serving. This franchise should be taken back.

Good food, hot and fresh. Terrible corner to drive into the parking lot. Have to come from north or going east.

Waited 30 minutes to get my order in drive thru only 5 cars infront of me. They did 1 order at a time and took forever

I used to frequently stop by this location at night during my work break. When I visited the store last night, it was overcrowded and it took too long to receive my item. I told the girl who brought me my dinner what was going on and why it was taking you guys so long, but she said there were only two girls working there. It was a New Year's Eve, and all of the food stores were busy. Please explain to me how two girls, one accepting orders and the other producing them, can manage the entire workload. The girls who were working on new year eve was awesome. How are you two able to achieve that? What are your managers doing at the moment? You guys should be aware that these days you need more employees. Even on busy days, it is not a smart idea to cut labour costs. Please let me know if your two managers can operate independently on these hectic days. I am giving you guys 1 star just because of your management not for your night staff.

This is the closest fast food place to my work and I always pass by and get breakfast here. The new smoothies are really good too.

It is nice place. We always go here for good hamburgers.
Last time there was a bunch of teenagers but they were ok and didn't do much mess or noise.
