Last Friday, it was 11: 26 am when I paid for my order at the drive thru. I was told to wait about 4 to 5 minutes for my order and proceeded to the parking lot. Other guests were also waiting for their orders. 20 minutes later I had a server come ask me what I ordered and then go back in. I got my order after waiting 27 minutes. The onion rings were cold and the batter was overcooked and crumbled off of them, I didn't get any bacon on my double mozzarella burger, the patties were unseasoned and oily, the lettuce was mostly the thick white part and my tomato wasn't ripe. I was hungry and couldn't eat this. The root beer was the only enjoyable part of this $17 disappointment.

Terrible location. Every time I’ve come it take 15-20 mins for one burger. The people are really rude and they’ve got my order wrong more than once.
