The crowd serving at least in the evening is not great. I saw there was also a health concern in one of the previous reviews about them serving moldy bread. Quite frankly from the behaviour I have seen, I believe it. They also randomly close depending on their mood or randomly decide not to serve certain foods. I would advise to avoid this location.

Good place for eat out with friends and family. I like their beyond meat burger chicken wrap. Nice confy place available for 24/7.

I love their Mama burger & spicy habanero chicken burger! Went for something new and trued their mozza burger - it was pretty good! I’d recommend trying it

I ordered food online from this place 2time. They sent the sweet potatoes fries instead of regular fries. Even last time, they sent the drinks with no straw. Not good service. Staff need to check the orders properly.

Extremely bad service. The take hours just to fulfill a simple order of fries. Especially bad at later hours of the night.

Decided to try the new frozen root beer drink. Unsatisfied as to how stingy they are. If I’m paying $3.66 for a small drink I would at least think you would fill the cup. Mentioned it to the employee, and her response was that’s how the machine makes it, it out of her control.

Food has been consistently good, can't say the same about the service, coupons from the store are not being honoured. Numerous times I mention prior to ordering that I have a coupon which is acknowledged and then charged full price at check out.

If you want to be rushed through your order and not get a chance to look at the menu, this is the A&W to go to. They don't converse either. Just thrust your food out of the window and say Here's your food.
That's customer service at its finest.

Food is good, but the service is slow and the people serving aren't the "friendliest", no attitude, but no happiness in their voice to be working

Terrible food. After the "reno" food went down. I bought kids meal for my son. Patty, bread fries everything was cold so cold felt like the burger was sitting in a refrigerator. Looks like the food was discarded by someone and passed back to us. I will probably not coming back to this location again. This is a disgrace for A & W.

It’s too bad that they have cheaped out like mcdonalds and don’t seem to have lettuce or tomato. I don’t get what moron thought that was a good idea. It goes from tasting fresh to tasting sour. Taste is a strong memory no wonder wendys is my first choice with fast food.

Bad service delays when took order take Almont 20 minutes to order one sandwich. Very bad not recommended any more

If you're the only 1 in the drive through great if not prepare to wait 10 to 20 minutes. These people are so slow lazy and just don't really care

People working there are so friendly and nice. Customer service is really good. Food is delicious.

Was surprised by how fresh the hamburger was. Much better then some of the new fancy burger places that have been popping up

So I work nights and the 4 times in the last 5 weeks eveeytime they have denied my onion rings I ask them this time why why is there a shortage of onion rings in Canada or something and they just don't wanna make a fresh batch that's what they told me so if there is a time limit of the day to get onion rings you guys really should put a time up or talk to you'd night shift

Slow service. Sat in drive through for 37 minutes with 4 cars ahead. Avoid this location at all costs. If I could have left the the line I would have. Unfortunate as the food is good.

Just a place in a Gas Station, but the food is amazing. Love the Habanero Chicken Combo. However, the buddy Chicken burger has a slightly sweet mayonnaise.does not go well with me.

Food is always good but the staff (group of ladies) working the afternoons always seem so depressed or unhappy. Very poor effort customer service wise.

They also sometimes just stand there in a group and look like they're always complaining about something. At least hide out of sight. It's worse when I'm just standing there and I look at them and they just frown. Maybe fake a smile if we happen to make eye contact. Thumbs down in that regard.

Burgers are delicious and the service is friendly.

The surprise find that has made me happy is the tea! They use Pureleaf real tea leaves.:) The green tea with jasmine is particularly good.

Great stop for every day or a road trip.

I mean a&w has always been pretty good, mozza is the way to go gotta have that tomato.
