Food is great as usual. I like A&W more than McDonald's just because the quality and the taste. Service is not the best as the manager was working on some other stuff while our food was waiting to be served. Also they don't offer ice for the drink which is very weird.

Good food when it’s right. Service is very long and not the most accommodating. They do mess up on orders sometimes. Maybe it’s their policy or management. But ya not the greatest location

Teen burger and fries was decent
Buddy chicken burger was terrible as were the onion rings
Best part was the frosted mug of root beer
We were given a number for our table but still had to go up to the counter to get our food. What's the point of the table number?

Not only does the food here keep getting more expensive while quality and portions get worse, but now you can pay $5 for a literal cup of ice.

I was excited to try the new lemonade after seeing an ad and we paid $10 for two. Both were more than 3/4s chunks of ice. Definitely won't be splurging again.

This is the second time we’ve come to this location on our way home from the cottage. Last year, they put mayo on my plant based burger when i specified no mayo or cheese, and this year they gave my partner a chicken sandwich when he ordered a burger. Neither time were they apologetic about making mistakes to our orders or offer to correct it - we had to ask them to do so. Just plan incompetence and poor customer service.

Went to drive thru and the customer service i got was terrible. And the way she handed the food was like opening the window and throwing at my face and slammed the window…. I was not in a mood of getting into a fight. It will be much better if someone can ask to the employees to be polite with the customers … not expecting excellent service but a minimal decent service

Worst service ever the drive thru worker was rude and my onion rings were not even cooked fully

Usually A&W hits the spot, but for some reason food from this location doesn’t taste fresh.

Waited at the speaker in the drive thru for 10 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me before I could even order. And then waited another 15 minutes after that.

Poor customer service, very unfriendly staff. Super long wait to order and to receive food

No power doors to get inside, needed assistance from a fellow customer to enter. Long wait as it seemed very understaffed. Rude response when I requested mayo/mayonnaise for my onion rings. "We don't have it. " But isn't that what you put on your chubby chicken sandwiches? Ignored me and went to service drive-thru. I just left, but needed another customers assistance to leave aswell, no power doors. When I got home to eat it with my family, the burgers were made very poorly, messy and no effert made. Disappointed with my experience this time here!

This A&W seems to be going downhill in terms of service. From getting orders wrong to being very slow. Today we ordered 2 cherry turnovers and got apple. Someone had even written cherry on the bags.

Just as good as any other A&W food is quick, good, and packaged well when taking out. Staff have all been friendly and helpful. No complains

A&W’s hamburgers are probably the best of the large chains. Their onion rings are THE BEST I’ve ever had anywhere. Mainly due because they’re breaded instead of being battered. I’d give a higher rating but the Orangeville location closest to me hasn’t always been the cleanest compared to other locations.

This place only cares about those in cars. In-restaurant service is so poor even ordering is next to impossible. I left in frustration.
