Overall good, but they don't fill the frozen root beer to the rim- or close to it! There's a good finger space from the drink to the rim. Kinda of feel scammed out of money

The cashier working this lunch is disgusting! She touched the food with her hand without gloves and did not even apologize. I was the one who apologized for the remake. Sanitation

This A&W location was very clean. The staff are very friendly! The food was hot and fresh. They had a great promotion on a Mama Burger combo. Would highly recommend for fast food.

Hamburgers are very fat, too many calories per any peice.
Root beer is tasty.

Poor service. They wont even greet you or reply your hello. It took more than 10 minutes for a americano. Do not go if you want to ruin your day

This is a nice place for Burgers and drinks. They are open 24/7 and great food delivery workers. Quality of meats are 9/10 and they have takeout, and Dine in as well.

Really good food and clean place. The staff are really wonderful and do a good job 24 a day.

We were looking to have lunch that would satisfy our hunger in the heat. Got burger and fries with my aunt. Food was great. Service excellent - food was brought to our table. Drinks were served on these huge A&W glasses (I'd call them beer glasses). Portion-wise, they're on point. Tummy filled and we left happily.

Place is well air-conditioned.
Could've done more with cleanliness. Used trays and garbages should be emptied.

Overall, it was a good experience for us.
Would come back for more burger

I had an issue with my uber order i placed a burger combo i only got the fries and drink i immediately called the branch and the person who took the phone was arrogant and rude was like whatever we put the burger may be you come see the manager two days after. Guys what am i supposed to do now you don’t even care about customers problem. Was so rude right on my face never ordering from this place again. Management if you are reading this make sure you train your employees properly and not only be focused on your business also consider customer satisfaction too.

Burgers were warm. Fries were cold. Disappointing when you pay 30 bucks for 2 meals and this happens. Unacceptable.

What's inside? The parcel is pasted with a tape which says (GRASS FED BEEF) however I ordered Beyond Meat, you can't promote simply meat if someone orders pure veg, such practices may lead to legal action. Now i'm curious whether A&W uses different grill to heatup the veg patty or using the same for all stuff. A big question to you guys.

My order wasn't correct when I called to speak to the manager very rudely and dismissive

It was uncomfortable when there was a man who was in and out the restaurant to come around to ask customers for money. The family washroom had a strong urine smell. This A&W does not provide coffee refill which does not happen in other A&Ws that I go to. There was a customer who accidentally spilled his coffee all over himself and asked if he could be given another coffee and was refused. He had to buy another one. Thought the server should offer him a new coffee as courtesy. Maybe it is company's policy not allowing the server to do so. One server was very polite when he brought us one of our All Canadian breakfasts and letting us know that the second one would come very soon.

Always good and tasty, and always friendly. Plus the new organic coffee is pretty awesome (edit) The new Brew Bar is fantastic!

My favt location and restaurant.store staff is good and really helpful. I often order food from this store. Excellent service

I ordered one beyond meat combo, the service was super fast and everything was super fresh. I liked the service given by the night shift on 6th may 2023. I also work in A&W, I was missing my food so I went to the location near my house. Overall, the all three girls were super fast working during night. Had a wonderful experience.

I was served by Talja today (hope I spelled it right). She made my day by perfecting my drink just the way I wanted. Thanks!

We use to go to this location once in a while, it was ok in the past but the quality of the food and services is not the same now. We had bitter experience and may not go to the store again.

The last few visits iv had here have been below par, the service is a bit slow and the quality of the food is not like other anw restaurants

The usual fast food joint. I did like the idea of having a hand wash next to the tray table return area and where you can get condiments. Hats off to the person who thought about it. I don't need to go to inside the washroom if I need to clean ketchup.
