Showed up this morning, no line.lady asked to take my order and then when I started talking she cut me off and told me to wait. Cut me off multiple times while I tried to order. There was literally nobody else in line. 2 sausage and egg breakfast sandwich combos with coffee. Not a hard order. Charged us for sausage and gave us bacon. Disappointing! Not to mention expensive!

Worst place ever seen.chicken left in warmer for longer periods of time and it is dried. Night shirt always yelling and shouting.unprofessional people just talking in their language and don't even understand English properly.really poor hygiene cross contamination of raw and cook.delivery always missing items and staff don't care since the new management.really disappointed with the service.toilet broken, dirty and smelly.poor hygiene. Friendly staff and very quick services but I've now ordered and double teen or mozzarella couple of times. And they only got it right once, I know I can go back and get the right thing but it's just annoying

I’m a regular at this location and never have any issues other than consistency.today i ordered an iced tea and was asked to pull forward for my food, the iced tea tasted like water and obviously the syrup needed to be changed.i let thé employee know and asked for a new one, she asked me to pull thru again for another one.she gave me the new one (wouldn’t take the old one back) and it was the exact same thing, watered down iced tea, which was obviously annoying.she came back to the window and just seemed annoyed that i was still there.i let her know that AGAIN the syrup needs to be changed as it just tastes like water.i asked for a different drink this time as she obviously wasn’t going to change the syrup, i was polite and said thank you and she just closed the window and said nothing.no apology or anything, just very rude and not good customer service at all.usually i’m happy with my visits here but this put a very bad taste in my mouth

I went here 1 am and I paid for combo but the person gave me no drink and he said I never said it was combo when I clearly paid for it, also the mama burger tasted disgusting. Total waste of money. Do not come to this location! Save ur money!

Feb-2-2023 A buddy of mine and myself went to the A&W in Georgetown South (on Mountainview Rd South) and we both thought the staff here went above and beyond their typical food service duties. Bravo wish more people were as nice and polite as this team.

Food is great just not juicy enough, usually get the fries but they have been pretty. Bad lately, not exactly stale but they used to have better frying oil and it used to be softer inside, now it's sometimes hard to chew without needing a drink to clear your throat.
