Came in at the end of the night, did not realize they just closed. The employee let me use the washroom and let us know of any places still open in the area to get food.

Fantastic breakfast, we had the Canadian and it was delicious. Service was friendly and fast

The interiors feels a bit outdated and more room would be nice.other then that the food was good the drink was cold and the staff friendly and even helped my husband with a cokd drink for his diabetes

I work nearby this location and I go here almost every day to grab some tea. I usually order a Chai tea or a Red Rose tea. This morning, I requested to have two tea bags added to my medium Chai tea and the employee told me she would have to charge me for two medium teas then. $2.10 extra for just a tea bag? You gotta be kidding me. I am okay paying for the extra tea bag but you charge me $2.10 extra just for a tea bag? I am not even asking for an extra cup. I am not sure if this is the policy or she didn't know what she was doing but I'd rather go to Tim Hortons then and pay $0.25 extra for an extra tea bag and enjoy my tea in peace rather than paying $4 for hot water.

We ordered on Uber eats two burgers and two poutines, our burgers had onions on them which I asked to not have in them we also asked for there to be lettuce on our burgers which there is not. On our poutines there is basically no cheese and no gravy the only good thing about my order was the frozen root beer which came only a 3rd like a slushy and was mostly water

Very unorganized couldn’t order a meal had to order everything separately. Had a 2 for 1 offer.but ended up having to pay full price for both. The wraps were also too small and bland. As well as ripped. Bad experience all in all

The food is really nice and the ingredients taste fresh. The "beyond meat" is something else.

I appreciate how they continue to combine the nostalgia of days gone by with the current updated atmosphere. Sweet potato fries, onion rings.the Family Burgers

Ordered the Mama burger fries and pop. Burger had no taste to it. Fries were cooked in frier twice or something. Weird taste no salt.

Things have changed here in the last few months. Twice now I've been there and they tell me they only have 3 burger pattys left and no eggs. On the second visit I learned this is due to staff cleaning equipmemt early and not wanting to cook anymore. Missing order items have become a regular occurrence as well. It appears lack of management is the cause. Hope the owner reads this and acts so we can get back to the good food and service we are accustomed to from A&W!

I stopped at 9pm for a chicken burger, fries and onion rings. My order was ready too fast, and I said to my husband the bag feels cold. Arrived home min after to all cold, stale gross food. I called and the young man who served me said they don’t serve hot fresh food to every customer. When I told him I worked in the food industry for over 20 years and that is unacceptable he yelled loudly that I had no idea what I was talking about there’s no way every customer could get hot fresh food. This young man was rude, ignorant, yelled over me. I went back to get my money and will be speaking with management about their disgusting policies. Save your $$ do not eat here!

First time eating in a A and W. Got confused with the ordering and ended up ordering a small burger. It was still very nice. The meal I had was Buddy Buger, fries and regular cream shake

Maybe it's just me, but the uncle burger seems smaller.maybe it's just because the one I had today was sitting around a little longer than usual. It was a little dry. Otherwise the meal was as expected. Actually, the onion rings weren't nearly as salty as they had been.

Nourriture était un peu fade, nous n'avions même pas de sel sur nos frites (qu'on a dû retourner au drive thru pour obtenir puisqu'elles avaient été oubliées)

Ordered 2 chubby chicken combos and an onion ring. I had a coupon for two chubby chicken combos for $15.99. With the rings and combos it should have been about $24, it was $34. She put;
2 chubby chickens
2 fries
2 root beers
1 onion ring

Not as combos so I didn't get the discount. Didn't realise till I got home. She was really friendly but did not know how to properly input the order.

Just ordered onion rings which are typically good but it seemed they floated in oil as they were beyond soggy with grease and had been overly salted with seasoning salt. What a disappointment and disgusting.
