Asked for no my mustard for my friend specifically stated food allergies are the reason the only thing on the burger was mustard he went in to shock I had to take him to the hospital

Food was definitely sitting out for quite a while before I got it. Chicken burger was soggy, Burger was not even warm, french fries or drier than anything and way too quick for them to give it to me at an a&w restaurant, root beer was watered down.

Short staffed, workers there moving in almost slow motion, waited at the counter as the only people in line for almost 5 mins straight with only 2 orders on the board. When served, very monotone. Showed up around 9: 37 and got food around 9: 57. Not "fast" food. Also asked for over easy and my yolk was a solid block.

Great customer service. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 is because of the location. Parking lot can be difficult to get in and out of.

Should have gone through the drive-thru and then gone in to eat it. We were the only people inside the restaurant and the food took FOREVER to get.
None of the tables looked like they had been wiped and the floors were dirty. You would think for a place that was completely dead inside, it would at least be clean.

Not only did my bf have to wait 45 minutes for his food, they gave him a burnt bun. Not a dark brown…it was burnt black! He couldn’t finish his burger, what a waste of money. Either pay attention to what you’re doing there, or have respect enough to know the bun is not in any condition to be served to the public! Smarten up!

Terrible experience. Staff are rude and food was terrible and expensive. Don't waste your time or money. $25 for a teen combo with rings plus a root beer and rings!

The single worst A&W franchise I have ever set foot in. This restaurant is empty most hours of the day, have incompetent and miserable staff at the counter and in the kitchen, making it an all-around poor experience.
Last time I came here, I waited 40 minutes for a single order of sweet potato fries, and they were soggy when they finally did arrive. This time, my girlfriend and I used coupons and ordered separately, but after handing my my order 15 minutes later, they came over and told us that they had forgotten to make my girlfriends entire order, so we would have to wait another 15 minutes. After leaving the restaurant, and getting into my car, I realized that my fries were already cold, and my burger was topped incorrectly.
After this experience, I will not be returning. This franchise should be closed, or put under new management immediately.

The spicy dill pickle burger was really good. I wish they offered it with beyond meat though instead of beef.

Every time I came here, it was a very mediocre experience to begin with every time. Floors sticky, or even the washrooms are very nasty. The cashiers are always looking miserable and always get your order wrong no matter what! I've had to come back many times because it was close but also because they kept forgetting an order not to mention because it's hella expensive. I ordered a double buddy burger combo and the burger did not taste like it usually did. It tasted icky and it was missing a lot of its components. The sweet potato fries I ordered were soggy as always and when I dug into one, I instantly gagged and threw up on the spot. It was a rotten sweet potato fry. Not to mention that they always underfill the fries or anything like onion rings. They added a self serve drink machine but I was finally excited because every time I ordered a root beer or drink, they only filled it 3 quarters or less even! WHAT A SCAM! As I took my root beer from the machine, I noticed that it didn't taste sweet and at the same time, THERE WAS NO CARBONATION! It was the flattest watered down root beer ever! Don't come here as your first choice, just come here if you're desperate and just check your food!

Bad intercom, our order was taken twice after certain items were sold out, got home the order was incorrect. Extra drink, missing a burger, one burger made incorrectly. They would not take a call for us to compain.phone kept hanging up immediately.

Terrible! The burgers tasted very strange.we ended up throwing it in the garbage half eaten. Not the first disappointment there but certainly the last.

Worst A&W location i have been to. 2 staff working the entire store and my cheese burger and fries took 40 minutes from the drive thru.

Staff is very rude. They don’t know about customer service. Guy working on the window did punched ordered correctly.

Spectacular service! The employees were so kind, the food was glorious! Probably the best restaurant of A&W in Barrie.

Horrible customer service, very rude staff. Chicken fingers tasted unusual. Onion rings were alright but that's probably because they were the temperature of hell. I probably wouldn't waste my time to come back to this location

Hate to say this about an eatery but not the cleanest. I’m sure drive through is great but fine in, ill advised.

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from this restaurant and I must say it was a complete disaster. My food items went missing, leading to an infuriating and unsatisfying experience. There was nothing other than a chicken patty and bun. Very bad service.

The worst chicken burger ive ever had from a and w. Undercooked underseasoned onion rings. How hard is it to cook? Go to the one on cundles this place is GARBAGE.

Have never had such amazing customer service from Chad the general manager, extremely fast and welcoming, will definitely be returning
