I was there for breakfast trying to kill time while I waited for my car to be repaired. The customer service lady that helped me both times was excellent. Place is clean and friendly. Thank you.

Thanks to the amazing receptionist at the front, she made me know the reality of how Beyond Meat Burgers are prepared. They, along with fries are placed on/in the same places as meat and pork items. She had the kitchen make me a fresh clean burger. My last best burger from A&W. I still remember her smile.

I’ve been going to A&W at Centre Mall for some time now. The food is top-notch every time I go. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Cheers!

Went there for a quick bite and oh boy I loved everything I got. Burgers are juicy and fresh. The staff is nice and courteous. The location is downtown so there are homeless people sometimes other than that everything was great. Will try again for sure

The onion rings and chicken were grey, the fries were undercooked and soggy, the teen burgers were sad, very little effort was put in, went right in the trash.

Went here for mama burger with extra cheese and no sauce and got sauce no extra cheese took back in they literally wiped off sauce and threw a a peice of cheese didn't even get fresh burger had music blasting had to eat I car cause I had my 71 mother with me

Definitely don’t order for delivery. They accept orders and then cancel saying that they don’t have the items an hour or more later. Seems like something they’d know right away? Complete waste of time. This has happened three times now.

Bun not toasted & way too much I threw half the bun out. Burger was dah no moisture. Disappointed as I was a fan since teen years (60yrs). Only upside I didn't have to cook on a hot night.

Looks like this location is under new management as things have improved since my last visit around 6 months back.keep up the good work.

I love to grab some burgers whenever I am passing Barton Street. Their new Nashville chicken burger is a must try.

This place has changed in a good way since I visited last time. The staff is friendly and the food is good.

This time I had a burger which tasted delicious. I will definitely give this place a try in the future. The only thing is this place is in downtown and all sorts of people come here and management is working hard to cope up.

The prices are very high especially for someone like me who is on low income. There have also been times when I found a hair in the eggs

Worst store that you can ever visit. Waited for one item for literally ten minutes. If you cannot give the fried in 10 minutes, i dont get the point of having 3 staff.

-Bacon burnt 2 Saturdays in a row
-Brown toast (more like bread) 2 Saturdays in a row when I ask for white
- today I order and extra egg OVER EASY and I get sunny side up. (Can’t eat S. S. Slime So what a waste of $)
- I call multiple times and they don’t answer the phone. The other location close to me doesn’t open till 8. I guess I starve.

I was in the drive thru a few minutes ago…There was nobody at the restaurant after paying and getting my drink I was asked to move ahead to wait…I waited 13 minutes, not a big deal but the food was cold! The fries were hard and tasted stale! The burger was COLD! Why did I wait for cold food if nobody was there? !? Terrible experience I will never this food again! This franchise use to be a favourite of mine and now they don’t seem to care about kind of products they push out the window! Barton and Ferguson. 3: 30 pm July 27. No receipt provided and garnish for the terrible side order of grossness.

I would have given 6 stars but that is not possible! Amazing staff and amazing service. The food was hot and was made very fast. I was really surprised. Right when i finished paying and the cashier handed me my receipt, my name was called! It was really really fast. The smoothies and shakes are to die for. I strongly recommend this location. Me and my family come to this location regularly and also order it from UberEats. Just amazing! This location is better management wise compared to other locations, but being on Barton St.the people that come in are not that pleasant, props to the staff for holding it down.

This location is soo bad and disrespectful it's insane. I understand not all A+W's are bad in fact I kinda like the brand overall but this location.wow. Deserves zero stars, from the food to the service it's almost like it's an experimental location for horribleness or part of some reality show where people are watching and laughing at every sorry person that ends up TRYING to bring them their business. I stress TRYING cause the last time was the final straw. I walked out after they try to make me move back in line after already waiting 3 mins for them to notice I was there.saying that their employee was in front of me (which he wasn't) as this guy emerges from the back and places his order as if his employee meal has priority over waiting customers.

Almost $17 for a teen burger combo only to have the burger ice cold and onion rings all busted up an mangled into the bag complete waste of money

Beware of their fake 5 ratings made by the owner and his family (which are 95% of the employees)
I stood inline for 15 minutes watching some Indian/Pakistani girl ignore me while on her cell phone, couldn't even order because of the disgusting attitude and lack of knowledge of what goes on the food, the menu items and coupons. Store is gross and locks its doors at 9PM and rarely lets drivers come through the drive-thru after that time.
If you order on the app past 9PM they tell you too bad contact corporate and then corporate tells you that you need to contact the store, leaving you without food or the money spent on it.

One this particular day 06/29/2023 A&W had a special on their Mama Burgers (with drink & fries) for $5.99 + HST. Went thru the Drive-Thru, gave them my order and paid at wicket. Food was excellent the russet fries were cooked and fried to perfection with a pinch of salt. The Mama Burger was hot and fresh also, with condiments. Nice staff-Better then other A&W’s I’ve frequented before.
Bring back the “Whistle Dog” and “Chubby Chicken”.

A&w is always a great place to grab some burgers and sides. I went there while I was dropping someone at the go station. I grabbed a few burgers and fries and everything tasted amazing. I recommend visiting if you are nearby. You will love the food for sure.

Very bad service no washroom one lady on drive thru is very rude and very bad by nature i never visit this place again please if manager see my comment ask this lady to debin is very rude

Skip A&W. $5.87 for a frozen Root beer at "regular size". Check attached photo.

They don't fill it up, and considering it is frozen if it melts it wouldn't even be half a cup of root beer.

This is the rip-off of the summer. What an insult to customers!

*** To their credit, they made a 2nd one for me for free, proving it is the machine setting that fails to fill the cup properly. Note the 2nd photo. But until the reset the machine, I think I should keep this review up.
