Bathrooms are never open and there are always some shenanigans going on there. Lovely staff though!

By far at the Bloor and Bathurst location is the worse fast food corp. I have ever had to use in my 43 years of living in Toronto. Order a coffee and sandwich. Only one person ahead of me. They had to wait 15 min for their coffee. I had to wait 10 min added on to my 15 min wait for mine. 25 min for a coffee. They were completely clueless on what they were even doing. Needless to say I was late getting back to work. Hire competent workers!

Nobody at the front desk to take my order. Looked down and both employees (females) hiding in the back. Once I got their attention i was able to put in my order. I’ve seen more life at a cemetery then behind the counter at this location.

Waited so long for my burger an it was the wrong order and when they made my correct order it was so soggy and mushie couldnt eat it

Always seems a step too slow here. Just like every spot in the area the washroom is "out of order". That's what happens when the city is overrun by bums.

Charge extra for each hamburger item. Don't enjoy the large buns with a child size pattie.

Ordered take-out. Realized when I got home, there was a burger and fries missing and errors on 2 burgers that we had, including missing grilled onions for which we paid extra. Called the store and was told I had to go back. I requested that since there were so many errors and food missing and I couldn't go back, to please deliver. They didn't. Not happy.

I dont understand why it got so cold in here all of a sudden. It's 6: 30 in the morning, and the temperature is-7, I've been in here before and in colder weather conditions, it wasn't this cold
Although, when I did walk in, I noticed two homeless people sitting quietly at tables. As soon as I felt the cold the woman left, looking in impressed and muttering curse words under her breath.

5/5 for service they let me commit diarrhea in the washroom even though I didn't buy anything

The same guy handles the cash, then makes your the burger, with no gloves - that’s just not sanitary! They should be made to wear gloves when handling food, if they also deal with the cash register

This store is very Dangerous due to Extremely Slippery Entrance floor just outside and inside of store, Feb 23 and 24 we had snow and I was going to fall that I was lucky not But after me few students came and one of them fall and hit the ground badly I am sure he can sue this store And manager is very rude and don't care put a sign inside that the floor is wet

I've 9nly been to this particular location of this fast food burger restaurant for coffee. This particular location usually has a line up and sometimes some shady patrons inside. Staff is cordial. But I always have to wait for my coffee order here. The staff does not regularly check/refill coffee so be prepared to wait around 5+ min for them to brew a fresh pot. Glad it's usually fresh but dislike the wait time, wish they would just have it ready. I guess I will still return here for coffee when I am in the area and would probably recommend to those who would like some coffee amd are nearby.

Doesn’t wash hands- was charged for something I didn’t order and the employee kept the change.

The food is well prepared for an A&W but sometimes the food preparations can be a bit slow. Friendly service as well.

Waited patiently for 20 minutes. I asked for an update on my order just to be told they forgot to make it and will start now. I will definitely not be back. There are other A&W locations that are much better managed.

Dirty. Food seemed off. Had to hot wire the bathroom door to get it locked. Would not come back.

Tonight I experienced the worst "Fast Food" Experience I've ever had in my life. I waited 27 minutes for a mama burger and onion rings. Which I had to ask the lady working where my order was before she gave it to me. And it might have been the coldest burger I've ever ate when I finally got to eat it. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go here.
