I was in the Lindsay location today and ordered a teen combo. This was the smallest patty I have ever got on a burger.definitely something has changed was nothing like they show on there pics.

Canadian breakfast.they had no bread. Asked for over easy got over hard. Sausages weren’t cooked just precooked and served very cold. Gross!

Went in for a teen burger and drink waited 10 min no one was in site except couple costumers, so I left

Sorry but when I went, something wrong with fries. Very bitter taste. Not sure if it was potatoes or oil. Normally no complaints but I have to be truthful.

Service was not at Lindsay location. Chicken smelled like fish. Beans and rice was a cover of old rice on an entire cup of mashed beans. My twelve piece was six legs, five thighs and a rib piece with the smallest piece of white you can call meat. Only thing me and my family enjoyed was the biscuits. No quality control. Maximum wait time for unacceptable product. Called Lindsay location to speak to manager and the staff member who identified as the manager proceeded to talk over me when I called her out on my $54.99 “ meal”. No satisfaction they should revoke this franchise and fire entire staff. Con artists should not ruin their good name. Thouroughly disgusted. Reviews are poor for the last 4 months. Coincidence?

Came from GTA this Morning. Best experience with any a&w ever. The food was freshest I’ve ever seen in any A&W

Waited 10 minutes in the drive through just to walk in. Tried to get a drink and that was too much to ask of the staff here.would leave zero stars if I could

This restaurant is really great. The food is really fresh and yummy. The people who work there are really nice and friendly and the guy at the drive-thru is always polite, really impressed with overall atmosphere.

These guys ain’t EVER heard of “extra” sauce.may it be ignorance or frugalness but I’ve never actually recieved sauce on-the-side or extra on the sand which as requested.not sure why i keep going at this point, gotta be a result of my ignorance i suppose.

The order was delivered fast and the staff were very friendly. Also the food here is always my fav if i am craving fast food.

I really like A&W's products. Organic, hormone free, cane sugar, fresh and so on but most A&W's I visit have poor and slow service. Staff are polite but just can't seem to get your order together. This recent vist found the washroom very dirty, urnal smell as it won't flush.

Went through the drive thru just over an hour ago. 50% of my order was wrong. Looked for my receipt.wasn't given one! Tried to call.got a cell phone with Rogers not activated yet! Beware customer's. Open each bag and re check your order. Also ask for a receipt. Better yet, go to Mac Donald's or Wendy's as I will be doing from now on!

#1 ORDERED Mozza burger stone cold mmm fries were hot then the employees started speaking in their native tongue I felt very offended by this as I didn't know what they were chatting about. I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

They do not have all day breakfast as advertised. If I wanted a burger or chicken strips that's what I would order.

The new menu is a lie. Didn't have anything I asked for because it's not available or broken. They got both of our order modifications wrong, super slow as well.

Drive thru is always very slow even with no one in line. The amount being charged for a burger and fries they should try paying a living wage and maybe they could staff the place adequately

The restaurant is dirty. My husband used the men's room and said it stunk of urine. The floors were dirty. Just a dirty place but the food was good.

Worst A&W meal we have ever had, burgers were tasteless. The dining area was filthy! Not a clean table to be found absolutely disgusting

I ordered a burger and Onion Rings with only ketchup and lettuce
Everyone was nice although,
when I get home I find out that my burger was made with mustard, a dry patty, and some of the worst, most soggy onion rings I have ever seen/tasted.
I hope it was just an old batch and a mistake but it was truly disappointing when I wanted to treat myself to a burger and this is what I receive.

The place needs an interior makeover. Table and chairs are worn out, bathrooms looked like a 1978 garage washroom. Rough looking. Every table top was sticky, and I had to wash ours with vinegar. Had to ask for wooden forks because the metal ones we were given had spots on them and remnants of food particles. We won't be going back. Too bad this restaurant wasn't as good as your commercials sound!
