A & W should introduce a "Chili Cheeseburger " on the menu using the Chili for the coney fries!

They don't know how to make onion rings
If you throw wet onions into batter they explode guys

Coney sauce! It still exists here! Only location in Kingston that still makes it. Never disappointed!

Forgot my phone there. Staff found it and kept it safe until I realised it was missing.

Food was ok. Wish they offered the frosted mug.
Oinion rings were odd, the Oinions were exposed on all of them.

Very slow service, also they almost always screw up the order or forget something like straws

Had a breakfast. Pancake was on bit harder side compared to McD’s. Other than that, pretty good. No complaints.

15 minutes for breakfast, I got a bun instead of English muffin, and no straw for my oj, will not be going back

Dirty restaurant, hair was in my burger after waiting 15 minutes. Staff refused to fix the problem or refund. Stay away.

I visit this A&W on a regular basis, several times a week. The food is always consistent and tasty, hot and made to order.

Unfortunately the morning crew is truly lacking in their customer service. This week I made my regular order which is quite simple, it was given to me missing one of the meals. Turns out they forgot to order it and didn’t charge me for it. So they do a second order and charge me for the next one. Then when it came, it was the wrong meal, so then they had to charge me a third time to make it right. There was no apology or customer service along with all of this mayhem. No consideration for extra charges on my credit card and what that means for a customer.

The morning staff could really use some training on their customer service etiquette, and setting a positive tone for helping people start their day. If you’re selling breakfast, this seems like customer service 101 but unfortunately this weekday morning crew isn’t getting it right.

There was hardly any fries in the poutine, they were soggy, swimming gravy. I ordered online and I was standing in line. And I was watching all the other customers get served and then get their food. I finally went up to the counter and Showed her my phone only then did she put the order through a very broken, stupid system.
The restaurant was not very clean and there was no soap in the bathroom. I would not recommend this A&W location. Do not check this place Out because I do think that you will be disappointed.

Ordered food here they Uber eats with pick up they processed to make us wait 10 to q15 minutes for our food for My husband to get the wrong burger

Although you can't tell from the picture, there were barely any fries in the container for 6 dollars, and W is way over priced, and food is usually cold. This particularly a&w was disgusting and very dirty inside. No open the washroom. I also did a mobile order and I stood there for 10 minutes. I didn't realize they had to accept the mobile order. And the food wasn't even ready. She had to check, and then the food got made very unprofessional and stupid. Don't check this place out, you'll probably be disappointed.

A busier location than most. The store was very busy, so cleanliness whist good, down a notch from what I usually see.

Food is always great.

Clean A&W branch right off the highway in Kingston heading in for one of the Thousand Island cruises.

I don’t know why most of the restaurant have problems with uber and skip drivers. This is one of the restaurant. Treat drivers like their servant. Seriously unprofessional!

When a McDonald’s and an A&W are beside each other, it’s 10: 15am and you want breakfast… do yourself a favour and order up one of these.

They took a bunch of walk up people at the window when we were in a car waiting our orders the food was cold

Stopped on our way to Quebec City and had the best breakfast I have ever had at an A and W. Friendly staff. Great experience.

MISSING ITEMS in Breakfast Orders

I just ordered 2 all-Canadian breakfast to go. Only one of them has a hash-brown, and they only gave me one set of utensils. Also no salt and pepper.

Food was great but not impressed at all with the level of service provided here.

Took about 15 13 year olds here this afternoon. The staff were professional and very courteous to our group. They also were very quick with our orders.

They did a great job.

So bad restaurant and disrespectful manager shame, They treat customers so bad, I’m Skip driver i came to drive thru and they want me to come inside while they have the order ready and they can just pass it out, they took my plate number to report me for not picking the order up,
