According to @MrBC1858 they have to refill the drink for me but they can’t

As per @MrBC1858 A & W have free refilling of coffee and drink if the customer do dine in. I place a order of combo. Including one chicken burger, onion rings and one drink. First they gave me old kind of sweet disgusting Onion rings, I think they didn't made fresh one which they replace when I asked them to change it. After that I ask them to please refill my drink the girl on counter told me $1.50 for refilling. Like what is this. Very poor service. I never recommend this place to any of my friends. Please guys invest your money Wisely. It's November 8,2023 and the Time was 7.37. Please teach your staff how to do customer service.

Literally the worst service across all the store locations.
The staff is rude and never listens the customers patiently.
I could have given 0 star to the service but unfortunately no options for that.
Although the food is good, staff should learn to respect their customers.

We placed our order 3 mama cheese burger combos with no problem. The guy after us placed an order of a papa combo. I came back and placed another order of a chubby chicken kids meal. I got my kids pack meal first. I overheard the woman say to the guy who ordered the papa say that he's waiting on fries. She had a bag infront of him. I figured that's a big bag for a papa combo, but trusting that they know what theyre doing unsaid nothing. The woman came back and called the papa order, she gave him a small bag and he walked away with the big bag as well. Annoyed, we asked for our order, and were first ignored, then told we had already recieved it, then ignored again.after saying don't ignore me, and called for someone in the back she proceeded to tell us that we were waiting for fries. Lo and behold they have our order to the other guy. Now we're made to wait again. She apologized and gave us a small onion rings for our troubles. That's just the service. The food was barely warm, the cheese wasn't melted on the burger, the fries not salted, the onion rings cold.appetite gone. The waiting area had straw wrappers and soda spilled on the countertop. Never again from this location!

I went yesterday and could see the girl making my burger in the back, she didn't wear gloves. Her hands found the right lettuce piece, were in everything.

Harman and her team deliver exceptional customer service, never disappointed with these guys. The food as usual is A&W superb. Everytime!

Don’t order breakfast at this location.
They took 18 minutes to prepare a muffin sausage sandwich…
I asked why it was taking so long… nobody care enough to answer…

Worst experience at this location. This is what I got in $6 and also not made fresh. Bad quality food. I do not recommend this location.

Don't eat here go to any other location disgusting careless workers ordered 2 mama burgers for $8.99 and served it to me within 10 minutes definitely not right old meat not clean idk but reported to health board as stomach ill for 2 days now.

This girl made me feel so special on my birthday and was so so sweet amazing customer service, so kind, so quick, great food! Just amazing. Thank u so much:) u know who u are lovely

Most a&w locations are great. This one was bad. Had to wait a long time at first cause nobody was at the counter. Second the beyond meat burger I got was cold. Almost every other locations grills it up fresh.

They need to improve their service I went 4 times to get correct order they charge extra for cheese on plant based burger but she forget to put cheese I strictly said I am Higly allergic to Musturd but she did not listen and added even before taking a bite I tell her to replace it and she said I can wipe it off and remove it when I said sorry can you make again as I can not eat something like that she started cursing in their own language while she not aware that I do understand their local language

Customer service is the worse. No courtesy. No customer care experience. Your product just feeds. But no repeat business. Please train your staff and recruit better.

I got the Mushroom Mama Burger combo with onion rings today at 5: 43pm (Thursday, October 20).
I immediately felt the horrible taste after the first bite. Then I smelled the burger itself and it reeked of a weird chemical odour it was so overwhelming i had to throw it out. The taste and smell was something i’ve never experienced with a burger. $15 wasted.
I definitely would’ve taken it back for a refund but I went straight home after i got the food without tasting it.
