The food isn't bad but a while ago staff started yelling at my dad cause he wanted to order the chicken strips and when he left the manager followed him to his car and asked my dad to apologize for upsetting the staff member.

It says on the neon sign all day burgers and breakfast, and a friend and I went in and it was only 2 minutes after 11 am and said sorry breakfast is over?

Knocked down to 3 stars since they only give you access to coupons of you install their app.used to go at least once every 2 weeks, havent been to one in over a year.i guess i should thank them they are saving me a few bucks and a few calories ;)

The friendliest and most efficient A&W I have been to. We had a large order and everything was perfect. The order was fresh and fast. At one point while dining in, we had a staff member, maybe even the manager, ask us how everything was. The whole table was shocked as we never get this kind of customer service elsewhere especially at a fast food place.

The restaurant was clean. The washrooms were well maintained.

Lots of parking available in this plaza. Drive thru line seem to be moving quick as well.

We will definitely come back to this A&W the next time we’re in town. Thank you!

I ordered a 56 Buddy burger, which is actually a mini burger $3.99, the meat is very thin and small, but a sweet potato fries costs $4.59, plus a drink for $1, the whole meal is only 10 yuan. Meals are more economical if you order uncle or papa.

I love the Full breakfast!
They have the new root beer slushie, but they give it to you in a ice coffee cup not in the glass mugs that they advertising on their posters for dinning in.you end up getting half of what you would have gotten.

I haven't eaten here in well over 4 years, today i decided "what the hell, why not go grab some food". I got 2 mozza burgers and 1 onion ring and oh my god, it was delicious, the burgers where hot and fresh and perfectly made and im not even exaggerating, the onion rings where SOOOOO GOOOOOD! And they were actually hot and seemed fresh. Im extremely happy, with my visit today, everything was on point.

Normally excellent egg bacon English Muffin but this time a bit tough Muffin and egg. I must have been Microwaved. Never microwave bread or eggs.

I don't enjoy a&w but the times I've went there the food was fresh and exactly like it should be. Great staff and quick service and rootbeer was obv good

This is the best A&W we have been to. Burgers taste fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean and the staff are always friendly. It is our favourite restaurant to go to every time we visit Owen Sound

Last 3 visits to the restaurant has been extremely dirty. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after today I won't be back. They were not busy at all (inside or drivethru/skip the dishes) and 3 different staff member came out and wondered around but didn't clean a thing. I seen the dirty bucket of water with a cloth in it in the dinning area that I assume is for wiping tables.are we supposed to do it ourselves. Every table, seat and wall and window was filthy and the floors haven't been cleaned properly is a very long time. Imagine what the kitchen is like.
Side note.they serve iced coffee but have no ice.but you can have some cold water to put in it they said

Good food like always. Don’t get me wrong. But has the dinning experience really changed? Got food to eat in and my drink was not put in a mug my onion rings were put in a bag and poutine in a box? Like really Are the workers getting lazy to wash dishes? As a former worker I am very unimpressed with the services provided for dine in.

Never have enough staff and there is always this one dude screaming in the back when I'm there serious anger issues its no wonder the staff always seem miserable when I've seen them treated so badly by their own mangers

Drive through was quick, food was hot and fresh. Associate at the window was not very friendly, no eye contact, no effort to communicate. Did not ask if I need condiments for fries. Otherwise food was good.

under cooked burger, fries tasted like bottom of barrel grease, got wrong rootbeer float, it doesnt feel right paying 30$ for the worst food ive had in a long time.brutal night crew

Always enjoy the welcoming and friendly staff as well as their breakfast combo especially when their coffee is $ 1 any size.

I was here with my parents on 12/02/22. We went through the drive-thru. All of that went fine, service was good. We ordered two chubby chicken burger combos and realized when we got home that one pack of fries was missing. Please be more careful packing the food in the future.

Longest wait time in owensound, but at least I get what I order everytime and the food is always good

I had a teen burgercombo with sweet potato fries and a frozen Root beer.
It was fantastic! To be honest this is the best meal I have had from A&W and I will return
