I stopped in there last night, the fella working the counter touched everything, screens, money, surfaces and then I watched him put his fingers into people's burgers to check for who knows what. He did this to two seperate burgers. Fingers right inside of the burgers. Fingers he didn't wash, no gloves. Unreal. This is whoever was on Feb 22 2023 around 430/5 pm

I was served, by a man with turban, with hot and fresh food. I really loved crispy onion rings. Thank you

This store is extremely good. They have an excellent customer service and the staff is responsive as well as helpful. I have found great amounts of cleanliness and hygiene.

This isnt a bad 3 star. I havent orders much to say I like it or I dont like this location. I'm to broke to get afford any burgers but there hot apple pies are the absolute bomb here. If only they were free

I visit there twice a week because we can get excellent taste even staff is also very respectful

This is the best a&w experience i have ever had (and i have a&w frequently). The service was amazing, super friendly staff! They let me use two coupons including an expired one by 10 days, and also gave me the best burger ever! Highly recommend:)

Worst anw in whole Hamilton. Firstly the guy on night shift was very rude. And then they asked me to come to the window after 3 mins like wth dude. Every other food chain bring order to the curb if there is a wait. Very unprofessional. Such a shame.

It was quite good experience with them. Everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was so friendly and so welcoming.

Everything was incredibly delicious and piping hot when it was served. The sitting area was clean and a pleasant place to have dinner. Great work A&W team! We will be back soon:)
