The drive through curve is tricky but employees are way too nice and go beyond. I ordered a beyond meat burger and she said. It might take 5 minutes and told me to park and delivered to my car and appreciated waiting. Nowadays, it's rare.

My coffee seemed very diluted and when I mentioned to the gentleman on site, he did everything he could to make it better, with a smile. Food is always great here. I’ll be e back for sure!

Seems to be chronically understaffed. Orders take longer than expected from my experience at other locations. Never had any real problems though so just expect to wait a bit longer. Food is good and what you expect (better than most other fast food options)

I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want to enjoy delicious burgers and root beer. The staff is extremely friendly. One more thing is that they provide both drive thru as well as eat in options with great service.

I went through the drive thru. Food was only a minute or two before it was delivered. Staff that I spoke with were all very friendly and helpful.

The latte that's currently on promotion is not available. The coffee that's also on promotion is available but terribly watered down. It would appear that cost-cutting is afoot.

The food wasn’t hot so I would probably ask before ordering but the service was absolutely amazing, everyone I had an with there was so friendly. Place was also clean!

Visited A&W Whitby and tried their Beyond Meat burger – I was pleasantly surprised! The patty had a great meaty texture and tasted deliciously close to real beef. The toppings were fresh and the bun was soft. Overall, a fantastic option for vegans or those looking to reduce meat consumption. Would definitely recommend giving it a try! And even there employees are so polite and friendly.

I had an incredible experience at A&W Whitby Dundas Street's Brew Bar! The variety of drinks they offer is truly impressive, and the quality is unmatched. From refreshing frozen root beer to rich and flavorful smoothies and shakes, every sip was a delightful journey. The staff's knowledge and passion for their brews added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. The cozy atmosphere and impeccable service make this place a must-visit for any beverage enthusiast. I can't wait to go back and explore more of their innovative and delicious offerings!

Bad atmo. No music, nothing happening. Attendants running like wild turkeys to make food. The manager guides an amateur team of people that are sluggish and have no sense what to do. Takes a minimum of 15 mins to get a burger. The food quality is however good thanks to the manager who makes half of it.

Worst place you can go if I didn't work next door I wouldn't go it's about 10 too 15 minutes before they even take your order and that's when no on is there and your the only one in line. GO TO TIM HORTONS next door if anything you'll be seen in less then 5 minutes

A&W has the best beyond meat burger lettuce wrap. I love the unique way they present this product. I can always satisfy my burger cravings as someone living with dietary restrictions.

The staff is always friendly. We just need to double check the order. They're quick to correct any errors, though.
