A&W Canada

I ordered from uber eats yesterday.it was absolutely disgusting how dry and cold the beef in my burger was and the fries as well. I only live 3 minute drive from this a&w location and my food is more fresh when I order from burger king at mississauga rd and they are 10 to 15 min away from me.

Visit A& W normally but today stumbled in for breakfast and wow, served in a platter were perfectly cooked two over easy eggs and properly toasted toasts with slight butter spread on them.

The organic coffee topped it all up.
So a fast quick, properly cooked, delicious, sweet and simple breakfast with great service and an efficient staff.

They have quite a few healthy options in meals but no sugar free juices are on the menu.

The price is quite reasonable.

As usual a great place for food
Best part if you don’t mind a 7 min wait they would serve freshly made patty for burger, my kids love them
I don’t dine in so I am sure it would be great to try as well
The quantity is very good specially the onions rings yumm

Food is a little bit pricey for a fastfood chain but the taste makes up for it. We usually eat here in the morning and order the breakfast combo.

Please spend some money to train Heartland location staff or at least have some qualifying criteria for fanchisees. Ordered All Canadian Special without bacon and she said we have no hash brown but the only substitution allowed is fries. Other locations offer 3rd egg for bacon but she was quite arrogant in commenting, "That's not what we do". It was like take it or leave it, your call. So I paid for All Canadian Special without bacon and hash brown and she refused to add a tea or coffee as a substitution for two. The worst location in terms of customer service

Employees should have respect a simple your welcome is good Canadian culture. Staff speaking loud in another language is really rude.

First time at this joint and we were totally impressed with everything, absolutely no complaints, from start to finish. Customer service was on point.

Such a confusing menu. Why would you call as chicken burger? A burger is always made with beef. The menu should have said as chicken sandwich.

I came into the store to order 2 teen burgers and 1 mama combo. When I came home I got 1 teen burger and 2 mama burgers with a drink and sweet potatoes fries. I called and the associate who answered had such a lot of noise in the background, she could not hear me… she disconnected the call. When I tried to call back it went to voicemail that had not been set up. I called multiple times and same thing, the Voice Mail is not set up. Very disappointed as I paid for 2 teen burgers and 1 mama combo. Was so looking forward to enjoy my teen burger
