All the staff is very polite and friendly especially girl at front prabjot. The food was tasty, welcoming atmosphere, and amazing service in general. Totally recommend it!

My review of this location went from 5, to 3 and now 1 star. The food smelt weird. As soon as I picked up my food from the driver-thru something in my car was smelling off. The fries had no salt and the food was absolutely awful, my stomach has been feeling strange every since I finished.

Also really disappointed in the staff. The ladies on night shift before we very nice and polite, the one that severed me was rude - never said any words in response to what I was saying and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Really sucks what's become of this location - wasn't to bad before. Certainly won't ever be going back here.

Very nice A&W Branch. Staff are really nice and cooperative. Very kind and generous towards kids. Superb cleanliness maintained. On time food delivery. Restrooms are maintained so hygienic. Overall extremely satisfied.

Went to 120 Brickyard Way Brampton today. The food was really great. The burgers and the onion rings were really fresh. The restaurant was Immaculate and the workers were very friendly.

Great place for a hormone-free burger. Clean and bright place for a meal. Best of all…courteous and pleasant staff, especially Harleen. Keep up the great job!

This A&W location is clean and well maintained stand-alone restaurant. The food is fresh and very well prepared. Unfortunately, they don't give the traditional glass mugs for the A&W Root Beer. That was rather disappointing. Overall I rate this location 4.5 out of 5 mustaches. They have to have the glass mugs for the A&W Root Beer, otherwise it's just not the same.

Loved the burger, it was freshly prepared and the waitress was kind enough to give me free pop. Will definitely keep coming back

Worst experience at drive thru. They do not achieve basic food standards for A and W franchisee.

This gurdeeep is the slowest worker.most horrendous drive thru. I came at 3.05 pm and the car in front of me was there for over 12 minutes. I kept honking my horn and they did not move any faster.and on top he is laughing thinking its a joke. Indian guy with a turban on sat August 19 2023. Thursday nov. 23. I dont know why I came back. 10.45 pm. I get a teen burger combo.the guy in the drive tru gave me like 6 fries in the pouch.not even a quarter full.and the combo was 17 dollars with gravy on the side. I paid 4 bucks for like 6 fries.when I asked for ketchup he said it was already in the bag. I looked.no ketchup. I told him.and then he gave me ketchup that was sticky.why are these students coming here.taking jobs from real Canadians and disrespecting people? Send them home

Somehow it will take them 1 hour and 8 minutes (not including delivery time) to make 2 chicken burgers. Next time I will save my money and die of starvation — update I will be dying of starvation or bacterial poisoning as the food arrived (after a 6 minute drive) it was cold (not even room temperature and some of the fries mixed in were hot indicating they tried to mix or cover up the stale fries) anyway spend your money anywhere but here

Horrible service. Lady got my order wrong trying to give me onion rings instead of fries and my fries were cold and dry I don’t want food poisoning, very disappointed

No words freken flawless supplied me with an amazing burger after my long hard shift at work…it’s 3: 55am and they gave me excellent food…McDonald’s is the worst food chain ever don’t ever go to the one on bovaird and Torbram…you might as well eat rocks cause they won’t serve you… ANW for the win

The place needs to be cleaner. That’s one area they certainly need to fix, there were small flies hovering over the tables and the ketchup dispensers.
The tables also were not the cleanest.
Other than that, it is a big facility, lots of seating, drive through and friendly staff.
Plenty of parking in the front and right on Queen and Torbram intersection, transit right outside, many other eateries nearby.
Try the double buddy burger, simple cheap and fulfilling.

Busy location especially on Sunday morning. Outstanding customer care. The food attendent Prabhjot goes above and beyond for customers. I visit this location often and I’m always treated with respect and care.

Bad reputation to the owner of this location, i had an experience with one othe crew i was ordering and doesn’t understand my order she yelling and her voice so high and i talked to one of thier crew they just laughing at me. The owner maybe doesn’t know what their doing behind the scene that’s how they treat the customer?

Very unprofessional that even in day time they dont have enough staff. Drive through makes no sense at a&w queen location they make u wait and eat your break.

It's an a&w
clean with their great menu and quick service moderator sized area to sit down and eat and has a drive thru.

I had ordered sweet potatoes fries and the chipotle sauce was half full when I asked for another one I was told there’s a charge but yet few seconds before a white man had asked and she gave him one for free. Some racist ppl. Best location to go is bramela the chipotle sauce is full to the top. Won’t be spending my money here. Avoid this location.
