I BEEN GOING TO THIS A&W FOR MANY YEARS MIN 2 TIMES A WEEK
LAST FEW TIMES SERVICE WAS BAD/ SLOW BUT TODAY WAS THE WORST 13 MINS IN LINE
USED THE SAME COUPON EVERY SATURDAY TODAY
TOLD TODAY I NEED TO GIVE IT - ITS ON MY PHONE
THEN I SAID PRICE STILL WRONG
-I'M ALERGIC TO EGGS SO I ORDER NO EGG
THEY USUALLY TAKE IT OFF
TODAY I WAS TOLD THEY NOW CHARGE AS PER NEW OWNER
EVEN IF I DONT GET IT
THIS WAS FINAL STRAW
ITS TO BAD THE PEOPLE USE BE GOOD HERE

$ 49.00 for 2 burger combos and a single burger. What an absolute ripoff. Greedflation at its finest! Will not ever go back to A & W! See how these foreign owned ripoff experts explain it to the share holders!

Went on “free root beer day” and the cashier forgot it was free root beer day. So at first she just let me go because “it’s just a root beer” but then when my friend behind me was free too she threatened to charge him for both. Train your staff better.

The great grandpa was a little bit on the dry side from sitting in the warning trays not hot and juicy like fresh off the grill. IF IT Is that time of day they just should ask if you want it off the grill or out of the tray. I won't mind waiting for that perfect juicy A& W burger not sawdust in a bun. And any more it's not cheap!

This A&W location has been going downhill for a while. I used to like going there. I do appreciate the staff. They are great.

However.every time i go there, they are out of something I want to order. They are unable to order the goods necessary to keep the location running effectively. Whether it's main food items or condiments.they are always out of something! Apparently A&W is not concerned with quality and service. I feel bad for the staff who have to deal with customers being disappointed and dissatisfied.

I use to go there regularly for my father but have given up on this place completely after one too many disappointments. Moving onto a different QSR provider. Good luck.

This is the most convenient location when we are heading to highway 402 for our excursions. But, sadly they got our drive through order wrong twice now and we only notice after driving off so we don’t take the time to drive back to get it fixed. Our advice is to check your order before driving away. Otherwise the food is well prepared and the service is friendly.

July 2,2023 5: 30pm ordered chicken strips and mamma burger via the drive thru. Both not cooked to proper temperatures. Window server looked like working was the last place she wanted to be. Training required.

Today at 950pm multiple vehicles pulled into the parking lot.all we can see is multiple teen workers sitting in the dining area and when more customers pulled closer to the door one of the workers ran to the door and locked it and then shut all the blinds… they didn't come and speak to the multiple cars confused sitting outside.we attempted to order and they promptly told us “we closed” and said nothing when we questioned that it was 2 hours early.we followed multiple cars down southdale to a different location, maybe teach them customer service and let the customers know the reason why you must close early or even leave a sign up.

Looked like there was only one worker and she was over run so everything was backed up. She did her best but there was quite the wait
Not sure why they would have 1 staff working the counter on a Sunday afternoon
As far as food it was to be expected, pretty good

Ordered an uncle burger with bacon and cheddar. Got an uncle burger without bacon and cheddar and it was cold. Took it back and was told because I had taken a couple of bites out of it. Technically they had to charge me for a new one. But they said for this time only they would give me a fresh one with what I asked for originally Also had a free upgrade to onion rings that cost $5.39. Go figure.onion rings were cold and hard. Totally undercooked. Counter staff not very friendly. Won’t come here again!

Good food every time just consider your phones mic positioning and accuracy on orders as your new adult homework and youll be eating delicious, hard to earn but most definitely dilectable, meals that could usually only happen once in a while.

Oh snap rude, why I should well someone almost got slapped haha. Try to be nice it's not my fault you day has been bad. There is always tomorrow honey child.

I was shopping at binge bins and asked to use the washroom, the lady told me they have an agreement with A&W to use there washrooms and I thank A&W for this cause I almost didn’t make it

Really bad experience with the young man who attended me. He ignored me for a long time was I was waiting to order and even took the order from another person that was after me.then, when he was taking the order he was rude. You guys have to improve the costumer service experience.

They've added machine lattes to the menu. Coffee is weak and watery. Breakfast is good though and on real dishware.

Spent over 30 minutes in the drive through, maybe more. Had to turn the car off twice. Staff were clearly overwhelmed and confused. Please take care or your staff.
