Yesterday, March 25 I went to drive through and I ordered poutine, chicken chipotle wrap and one apple turnover. When I received my bag they gave me a uncle burguer instead my apple turnover. Because I lived the drive through fast, I couldn't return the wrong burguer. And the worst, I don't eat red meat or even bacon.

Got the all Canadian breakfast, it was pretty good! Nothing crazy tho, it's still fast food.

This location’s quality has been going downhill in a hurry. This is the third time I’ve had issues within the past few months. We had the stale burnt bun issue the other commenter mentioned below and one time we had a burger with no patty, only to discover once we got home. This time, there was mayo and other toppings on a buddy cheese burger for my son (twice now) when we ask for only ketchup. One was right, the other was this mess. Many times they have forgotten napkins, the snack bar or lollipop in the kids pack, it’s unreal how many mistakes this place makes.

Conveniently located by the QEW but worth a further drive off the highway to any other A&W.

Food was gross.

I love A&W but the buddy burger bread was stale and fries were super soggy, unfortunately I was already back on the QEW by the time I noticed this.

I hope you guys read your reviews because seems like this is not uncommon at your location.

Mama burger was on special and tasted extra plain. Have had this issue at 2 locations so it seems to be a corporate thing. "Lower price, give poor quality. "

I just had the worst experience at this restaurant, and I need to share it with others. First of all, the staff wasn't wearing gloves while making the food! If you don't want to eat bacteria and skin flakes, avoid this place.

And they made my son late for his swimming competition. I placed an order on their app at 10: 00 AM, and it said they'd start preparing the food 7 minutes before I arrived. I got to the drive-thru around 10: 20 AM and waited patiently behind three cars for 20 minutes. When it was my turn, I thought my food would be ready, but they forgot one of my burgers.

They told me to park and wait 3 minutes for the burger to be ready. After waiting, nothing happened. I went inside and saw them still making my burger (without gloves!) while working on orders for cars behind me. They claimed they only started preparing the food 3 minutes before I arrived, not the 7 minutes the app said.

They forgot my order, made me wait 30 minutes even though I ordered early through the app, and didn't seem to think they did anything wrong. What's the point of having an app if they can't get the order right and prepare it on time?

I've used other burger place apps without issues, but this place was slow and messed up my order. I'm deleting their app and going elsewhere. There are plenty of other options, and I won't waste my time and money on a dirty and slow restaurant.

I always get the right order (which is aparently alot to ask for these days), quick and friendly. Been coming here consistently for atleast 7 yrs. Best A&W around. Burlington's A&W sucks. You never get what your order there. Thanks 369 speers you da best lol
