A&W Canada

Ankit was amazing and strongest customer focus I have seen in years. He is someone I respect for his nice demeanor and care for the customer. He is an amazing team player and my personal thanks for such a nice visit. I will definitely return.

The slowest restaurant ever. Waited jn drive-thru for 20 minutes today. Then they said it would be a wait on my food.

Manager yelled at new employee in front of customer so bad that 2 people left that where behind me. Would have left but got food already. I will never go back to that store

My wife and I went to the cottage for the weekend. On our way up we stopped for lunch at the A&W in Bracebridge. Two uncle burger combos = $30.57. The exact same order on our way home at Barrie location = $37.04. Feels like we were ripped off.

My wife and I decided to try the new frozen root beer. We ordered a small and a regular. It came to $9.35. Ridiculous price although they were good.

Never again!
Ordered the chicken habanero and onions rings, both of items were messed up!
The chicken patty was dry, it was not cooked properly and that’s why flavour was missing tooo. Way to much lettuce and less sauces. It was made in rush and even the store was not busy at all, don’t know why they did that.
Onion rings were salty, way too much garnish.
You could do better seriously!

It looks like the store has gone under renovations recently and that brings a nice atmosphere.

And the service was phenomenal

Waited in car almost 20 minutes while 9 cars were served, food was ok napkins were in a ball on top

Regan is an awesome asset to A&W, always goes out of her way to be sweet and funny with my grandson

Food was great and on point but the reason for my post is to comment on the manager.
Very seldom do I find a service oriented individual in the service industry.

Lush and the staff should and probably do feel a bit of luck has fallen upon them.

I’m not sure what his name is but I finally felt welcomed and got even hungrier after my order.

I feel at peace here and I wish more individuals under the management here could have the management from Chad. Maybe goods getting cold so I need to sign off but Chad and his staff should get get some recognition for their extraordinary efforts.

Think owner must be too greedy. Good food. Nice staff. But very dirty. All the tables, the walls and windows, garbage receptacles, carpets, and floors. This is likely due to the fact that they never have enough people working. Staff is always way too busy, they can't keep up. Feels like the owner is sabotaging this location. Love A&W Canada, but this location has been a disappointment for a while now.

They were extremely busy and the teen burger I received was ice cold.in their effort to get my order done quickly they sacrificed quality. I would have preferred to wait so they could cook my burger properly.very disappointed

The food came out exceptionally quick, we had barely sat down at the table to wait and it was brought to us. Everything tasted its usual goodness.

Went here twice the first time i backed out of the drive threw after waiting for 18 minutes the 2nd time i couldnt back out because someone was behind me lol but from the time i pulled in till the time i got my food was 27 minutes always takes forever here the food was good though dont get me wrong but your gonna wait forever for it.

Finished work late tried here again and sure enough took 45 minutes to get my meal, showed up at 445 on March 22 2023 didn't get the food till 534pm the food tastes fine and all but it shouldn't take this long defeats the point of fast food lol I won't ever be back.
