Inside customers in line to order completly ignored for 10 mins, 3 people plus me left without ordering. Drive thru seemed to be all that mattered

I forgot my wallet at home today, between the card I had and the change I found in my truck I was about $. 50 short for the lunch I wanted. I offered to pay them back the next day, the manager told me they cannot do that.
They did not suggest a smaller sandwich which I did not think of either. So I left her a $10 tip on those french fries. I hope this manager feels good about her choices and is able to help the next 10 people who are short a few cents with my donation.

Probably my last visit to A&W. $9.00 for a spicy chicken burger, not the combo, just the burger, is just too much.

Food is always cold. Get home and the cheese isnt even melted. Zero f's given at this a&w. Used to be good but gone waaaay downhill the last few years. So ya, if you want expensive cold fast food this place is for you

Something has changed. I go here 2 or 3 times a month. Onion rings are undercooked today. Last Saturday the English muffin was not toasted. And please check the Rootbeer mix.it's off.
I would have gone to the A&w website and let them know.but no receipt given. What a coincidence.

This is how you lose customers guys.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown They did not really have a lot of flavor the service was not that great and the two people that were working there were speaking in their own language and arguing about something I'm not very happy with my food or my experience very disappointing they do make good hamburgers and root beer though.

Nice service. Friendly people.burger is as good as any.i usually go there once a week.
