The better of the two a&w's in town - always fast, tasty, and generous with the condiments.

The drive thru experience was fast. While It was mostly accurate, we got an extra fry! Thanks guys. Solid 5 star on the regular burger and fries. The onion rings were to die for and never went soggy - they are cooked properly so that the whole onion doesn't fall out when you bite it. That said, I wish my plant based burger had been cooked a tad longer. It was pretty cold by the time I had gotten it home, and didn't taste cooked to me. I get how it's a challenge to cook a veggie burger like that in the time that you want to get a meal out the door, but I'd be happy to wait and have someone run my order out as opposed to the raunchy burps I had all afternoon. So that's why I took a star off. Thanks for having plant based items.

They close walk ins ~7 - 8. During Covid they didn't allow any walk ins. I walked across PTBO to get A&W, just for them to be open, but not have walk ins. Made me incredibly angry.

I don't order fast food often, nor do I have much money, so delivery is often not an option, and not having to make dinner is a treat, so when I make the trek just to be turned away, it's not great.

Always good food, but beware if you don't have a car, you won't be allowed to order.

Charged individual for each item, not as a combo price.
Food not hot for not being busy.

Great food -beyond burger and root beer - but service is spotty and dining room often very dirty (no clean tables either).

Used to love this place, now everything seems slammed together and they constantly just lock the doors and hangout because the sun's down and everyone gets along good on that particular shift.

8pm lights on, doors locked, place is a mess but everyone's sitting at the same table having a bite.

Wish I could have one.

Mcdondalds dine in was closed I got more at A&W for my buck.the coffee was better than expected and way cheaper!

Delicious burgers and fries. Habanero Crispy Chicken has a good amount of spice, beef burgers are nice and juicy. And the fries ate fresh out of the frier, piping hot and crispy, and come in a handled metal basket. The topper is, the fountain pop comes in a large chilled glass mug!

Good staff. Dining area and washrooms were nice and clean, with ample parking.

Don't know if it's the Finnish in the newer tables, but they felt like they were kinda sticky
I'm glad they changed the lighting, was tired of sitting down and having the light fixture bonk the head (as I've seen many people do)

This is the absolute best a&w I've ever had. I've tried it all over and the best service and food at this location. Even the fries were better. Thanks guys for the great experience. I will be back.

I was visiting with some vegan friends and they suggested A&W. The meatless “burger” was delicious and the service was great. There were 5 of us dining and lots of special ordering to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions. They got it all right the first time and did it all with a smile.

Stopped here after our trip to the cottage. Hxxxxer was our cashier and he was one of the best customer service experiences we've had in a while.

He came by and checked to see if everything was good, and remade a sandwich that we realized didnt have what we wanted without any hassles.

There was someone before us that had issues with their card, and never once did make him feel awkward or uncomfortable during the experience.

Restaurant was clean eventhough it was filled from the lunch hour. Great experience overall!

Kid at the cash was friendly, buddy in the kitchen refuses to serve us 20 minutes before closing. Not going back to this location again.
