What a pathetic staff! A&W needs to provide some good customer service lessons to their employees. Staff was so rude, you can’t even imagine. If you want to have some good burgers please stay away from this disgusting branch. PATHETIC SERVICE AND PATHETIC STAFF!

The food is good, I always get the beyond burger, I feel like the onion rings are too salty and the location could use a renovation.

I drove several kilometres seeing that your shop is open 24 hours. Your employees were sleeping inside and wouldn't wake up even after I knocked on the drive through window from my car and after a while one of them woke up and came near the window and didn't care to ask what we wanted as she was waking up the cook.

I've had better experiences at A&W. I paid $28.70 for 2 hamburger combos and it wasn't worth the money or effort. The service was mediocre at best and the food was what it was, mediocre at best. Love A&W, probably a unique one-time experience.

It's a dub Berger '. Plus, you can have a relax in the washroom round nighttime hours without staff asking why it smells like weed

The service was really slow, it took a long time for them just to take our orders and serving the food. There's too much salt in the fries and onion rings, they're not refilling the ketchup dispenser. They do not even have ice. Lastly, staff do not know how to do customer service. Overall, this place is poorly managed.

Just ordered 3 combos there. The onion rings were so loaded down with season salt we could not eat them. The were orange coloured there was so much on them. Not what we expected at all. One more fast food restaurant we will not be ordering from again.

They can't understand you thru the drive-thru and the burgers had pretty much nothing on them just the bun and paty cheese a few onions and 1 small pickle and mustered and ketchup and a little bit of mao and it is way to pricey and for the chicken strips for a kids meal you only get 2 peaces of chicken strips not cool my family and I are not happy to all! That's the last time we ate going there!

Been to many A&W's. Unfortunately, this one isn't the greatest in comparison to the rest. The food seems to be slightly under cooked, and the service is rather slow.
I wouldnt say it's a bad location, but there are alot better locations in London.

Really enjoy A&W burgers. I had a coupon, that's the only time I can afford to eat there.

CHECK YOUR FOOD!

Was given raw uncooked meat on a buddy burger. Took a bite into it without looking and instantly knew something was wrong. Opened it up to see uncooked meet. 10 minutes later I was sick to my stomach in the parking lot. Location only offered a refund and would not make order again. Only one person working at the location by themself. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointed. This is unacceptable and absolutely negligent on the team member

Depends on location. The one west of London on the 401 is a disaster. Cashier kept getting my very simple order wrong, then waited 15 minutes before realizing nobody's cooking anything at all. Young teens in the kitchen didn't see my order, apparently. Told them just to refund me, as I'm not waiting for another 15,20 or more minutes. It took 10 minutes to get my refund. I'm 66, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Plus they've got the nerve to charge you higher prices than any other A & W. Left there and went into London to the Highbury Ave.location. Perfect service and food. Finally.

Burger prepared completely wrong.it’s freezing cold and inedible.staff is useless.waste of $20

I ordered a medium mixed friut smoothie at 3.15am today and the guy gave only 3/4 filled. Not recommemded.

Beyond meat burger at A&W is so good. Definitely come back for this burger. I can’t believe it’s not meat!

If they spoke English it would be amazing! Everytime we've gone lately they have messed up the order. Three different people have come over the drive thru intercome to take the order. It's honestly ridiculous. If you wanna work make sure you can speak and understand English!

The coffee is horrible and inconsistent. They also usually forget something with your order. Good luck!

I’ve ordered chicken burger but it have only patty and bread no lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, onion. The fries are uncooked
