Very disappointed. My order was wrong, got home and realized they forgot to include one of the burger I ordered and I was charged for it

Went through the drive thru. Person told us to park our car and wait. Took a long time for our order to come and then they forgot our drink.
The place wasn't even busy.

Waited 20min for a burger combo and the restaurant was completely empty. I was the only customer. They need more knowledgeable staff working.

Went to this location last night and ordered a "Teen Burger" and "Mozza Burger". And fries.
They asked us to pull around front while they made our food so I expected they'd be FRESH to order.
I could NOT have been more wrong.
The "Teen Burger" I received was thoroughly disgusting.
Looked like it was cooked LAST May 2-4 Weekend.
I asked specifically for JUST mustard and ketchup (not a difficult request IMHO) and received NEITHER but DID get MAYO which I hate.
They had obviously just plucked a Burger that had been cooked hours prior and tossed into my bag with zero consideration for what I ordered.
The French Fries were ice cold.
VERY disappointed as MOST of my other visits to A&W's were incredible.
I've NEVER written a negative review before as I'm NOT usually this picky but this was simply pure laziness.
Not cool people.

Very unprofessional place with absolutely no respect and very disrespectful customer service. Went out with family here last week and absolutely the ladies did not know what was happening there. Ordered our food which was hard for them to get right even going inside. It looks like the chitchat more than working getting the orders incorrect. The store manger himself did not look like he cared about what was happening there. The young gentleman looked like he was never had experience in management before. Attitude was given by him and others. Wish I can give 0 stars if I can since this was the worst experience. Please do not hesitate to go get your service elsewhere, these people clearly do not have customer service experience including their manger.

Drive through order. No Onion Rings available so server offered a complimentary order of Fries. Nice touch.

First of all I do not know where to start, the employees or the store location itself. The employees are very unprofessional and disorganized. I went on the weekend and they are not acknowledging the customer I was waiting there for a while. Next I see that these people working their are talking in their own language other than English. How is this seen professional with customers there anyway? SPEAK ENGLISH. I wanted to speak to the manger about the location being very gross and disgusting, not clean at all. Walking in the tables, floors, counters all NASTY. I wanted to make a complain there and one of girls told me the store manager name is Adish or whatever, if I’m not wrong and this guy also was not very professional in handling the matter. I was watching them and they very talking in their own language laughing gossiping, which make me feel really uncomfortable. Him being the manager was also showing lack of customer service and management skills, who hired him. If a customer has a concern it’s the store manger who has to take care if the employees don’t. The manger Adhish and the employees working there when I went in very unproductive, seem like they don’t want to be there and show no sense of responsibility, or knowledge of the customers time and money. The owner should either fix this up because I am very unhappy with my service on the weekend and I feel like others would be. THE PLACE IS A MESS. Take your business elsewhere and not where it looks like a zoo.

On April 8th 2023 at 6: 15pm. It took almost 30 minutes for them to attend to our order and the vehicles ahead of us. So not very good.

Vidhi is the best! She's always so kind and great at her job. Makes my late night visits more welcoming

Nice location with great foods! Wonderful services and helpful staffs! Must try sweet potato fries and must order root beer! Quality beef and freshly prepared! Restaurant experience for a fast food price!

Update:
I just had lunch here and received exceptional service. The wait time was only around 4-5 minutes and nothing was lacking. All of the custom orders were completed perfectly. This experience was much more satisfying.
