service ever. The girls were very disrespectful and rude especially the cashier who has a lack of understanding basics.

If you wanna be told to wait 10 mins and see others get their order after you then be my guest… if you want food just go to circle K across the street, it’s basically the same food for the same price

The place is filthy and it smells. Try another location because this is honestly horrifying.

Woman at counter was cold she doesnt seem to want to deal with customers and also she used her bare hands to make my burger.poor infection control

It was a hot humid day outside but refreshing compared to the stifling inside of this restaurant - bad enough for customers but workers spend hours in there.
Serviettes were dispensed from behind the counter like they were crisp new ten dollar bills.

The food was decent

Food is okay, but the fact that it is 30+ degrees and you don't have an AC for staff and customers is really unsettling.
Treat your staff and clientele better.

I left there and can still smell garbage and there stairs leading to the bathroom is so grimey and greasy my foot was sticking to the floor

Smells really bad in here fix the ventilation. Also to mention the guy at the back was reviving the bacon in water I have worked at a different location and I’d never do something like that. This brand is not being maintained. McDonald’s we’ll definitely be a better option. That is a big food safety issue.

We were on the Danforth early on a Saturday morning, looking for breakfast. The only place open was A & W. It was surprisingly satisfying. The breakfast sandwich was hit and tasty, coffee was good!

For a fast food restaurant I find A&W the best in my opinion. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious. They are open 24/7. Fresh coffee friendly service.

Worst experience. The people who work there don't understand English. I told them I wanted my fries very crispy and they gavee half cooked fries

I was the only person there yet they were super slow, two workers late at night with no efficiency. Also, the was a guy fixing an machine over the food prep area.seriously? Who know what kind of dirt was falling into people's food?

Took 10 minutes for two mama burgers and a teen burger, while the location was dead. Burgers weren't put together properly.

Had a small issue with my order, but the manager (Jamie) went above and beyond to make it right. Very impressed with the customer service. Oh, and delicious food!

Its really a nice place to go, but go when there's something you want is on the special list. I say this because the prices are pretty high. One teen burger around 8 bucks is nowhere near what it's worth.

So much for a 24 hour location. I work over night and came in on my lunch break around 330 am. The lady working told me she was out of burgers made and refused to make more. I'm sorry your 24 hours you have the stock you should be able to make it that's what the food industry is about.

I like this venue a lot.theres a romantic air. The cuisine is tasty.the service is powerful and the team is friendly. The price is fair.extremely recommend.

The place is very small with a small area to sit. The worker is moderately happy, don't converse with customer much.

The seating area is clean, though I have only been there when it is not busy.

The washroom is locked, so you will need to get access to it.

I absolutely like their dishes and customer service, great area nearby to my residence. The cashiers are always kind. Would recommend to others.

Even though u guys have been around a very long time over 50 years, I have never reheated burger from A & W. What happened? Acting like Burger king? Won't be going back unless its made fresh!

Every single time I've been to a&w on Pape and Danforth, the staff has been helpful and always friendly. Today this young lady who is new there was rude and did not want to follow my order. I asked for a double chicken buddy with no sauce. I come home and it's just plain. Just the chicken and the buns. I asked for poutine fries and she just got me plain fries. I asked to replace them with poutine. No problem paying extra. She then took the fries out of my bag, rolled her eyes and yelled to the other Lady in the kitchen to turn them into poutine. And made me pay extra for the same fries. Very rude, unfriendly and didn't even try to give me the correct order. Never going back in if I see her working. I don't have a problem waiting a bit longer as long as I get what I ordered. We've all got problems. Never take them out on a customer.

We came in this restaurant in a wednesday night and the cashier refuse to take our order so another lady from the kitchen show up to take our order.if someone from the managements is seeing this becareful u are loosing business because of her!

This place is extraordinary and roomy, the menu was enchanting and the prices were very economical.rapidly, effective service and very friendly staff members. Recommended.

Possibly one of the most disgusting washrooms I've ever been to. I dont even care about the food at this point. If they cant keep a washroom clean I cant even imagine how they are in the kitchen. Never going back!

I found this experience really satisfying. My order was taken really quickly the food arrived even quicker.it was fresh and for the first time in my life I actually tasted the cheese used. And I've been eating out for the better part of my life.
Also 20 years ago A&W was dying out from the restaurant scene in T. O.but for the last 5 years or so they've come back fighting tooth and nail.and I have to they have won me over. The upper managements vision is really working. Good job n keep it up

Decent, but as a fast food resturant chain each place is generally the same. The only differece being the location, the workers and cleanliness of the store.

I sent my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are fantastic and the team is welcoming and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we have a lovely evening.highly recommended.

Went today after my doctor's appointment and strolling from store to store thought I'd go in for a quick dine in got my order and asked where the gravy was, was told it wasn't ordered had to pay for that as my order was already ready quick service just forgot one item no big deal would still go again next time

A&W is always my fast food destination. Simple, tasty, and properly sourced options. Highly recommended for a fast food option.

The air conditioner never seems to work there. Otherwise, a normal A&W experience with their very tasty burgers and fries and divine, frosty root beer.

Very neat and convenient place. They serve large portions and for economical rates. We liked the meals a lot and the staff were very welcoming and informative. I recommend this place.

What's not too love about delicious food available 24/7? This location is very good. I was impressed by a very friendly person at cash and she was fast and efficient. What impressed me the most is the graveyard shift in fast food is not the best, people often are drunk (I wasn't for a change) but she handled herself wonderfully. The food is so delicious always and I love how eco conscious A&W is. The containers are either compostable or recyclable and the straw is all paper. I appreciate the companies effort to make delicious, hormone free food and be aware of environmental issues. This my go to place for quality fast food!

Good location, cashier informed us root beer mugs were refillable, i think she said only once but it was good of her to say.

Beside to know that I'm eaten kind of helaty, I love the sweet potatoes too but no so much on this Danforth location because it looks kind of dirty, specially the entrance. Probably they have some plans to do something in summer? Let's see.

Staff are very quick, accurate, kind and knowledgeable about there menu to a point they can suggest items that can help a unsure customer

I’ve allways loved A&W while I’m high becuase it makes me feel nice, but tonight I came to this oasis with my friend and jt came out to about $16 dollars, but I was sad to see I only had $10, the cashier offered us a coupon which would make it possible to pay with $9.34. I love this place, so good.

Sometimes I come and no one cares, barely smile and text while at the register. However today I was served by Azran and he was amazing. Great smile, brought my food over, even offered me a water since I didn’t buy a drink with my burger. He rocked.

Great place to go if you feel like being verbally abused by one of the many characters that frequents the joint. Staff member also decided to argue whether it was he, or myself, who knew what my name was. And the burger was barely cooked. Not in a "medium-rare" sense; more in the "this only just qualifies as defrosted" sense. Still.it's cheap and easy, so.

The food is over priced for what we are paying for. The best burger there is the beyond meat burger, and for some reason the burger alone is 8$. So if you get a combo it's costing you close to 15$ for a combo from A&W. I won't be eating at any A&W ever again. Not worth it.

Finally a long time wish to eat in a burger joint that's accessible for people with disabilities. Not only did this small and creative use if space fit my walker, but one other customer had his walker and there was one other customer electric wheelchair. We sat in the same area and made the area blocked. But all were friendly and respectful of the others and moved when they needed too. The most friendly staff and environment for all!

Was pretty clean inside during the time I came and staff was also kind and did not hesitate for any extra requests I made. First time coming to this location, good service!
