So I went to A and W Tuesday at about 6 pm

Im a professional and had just come from work and was dressed professionally

I planned to go in use the john and buy dinner which runs me around 25 bucks

The resteraunt had a sign about bathrooms for customers and was locked

I came to the counter of the totally empty resteraunt and told the cashier (who wore no nametag and refused to give his name later) and told him hey i just need to use the john and wash my hands and im coming out to order dinner can you open the door

He sat grinning and said sorry nope
I then asked him do i look transient and opened my wallet to show him i had plenty of cash for dinner
He sat there bemused
and refused

I then asked for his name nope

I asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the supervisor which i doubt

I eat at A and W all the time (but not this location again) and am shocked that a well dressed customer who intended to buy 25 bucks but wanted to pee and wash his hands first cant do that

And the smarmy "supervisor" was just infuriating

I left and went to McDonald's down the road and left a message with A&W head office which they didnt respond to

Considering the website lists 3 A and W values and ones community i think this was a failure

Front counter staff very friendly and clean tables and bathroom. Food is always good there. I go once a week. Big thanks to Jeff for always smiling and a welcome greeting.

I really like what the company has done over the last few years. In my opinion they rank above both Wendy's and McDonald's. This location though is in desperate need of some groundskeeping! From the outside of can't tell whether it's closed open or abandoned.

They served food to our tables. Chatted with manager about Root beer floats. Wish they bring it back. Good memories having that. He agreed.

The fries were good, the pies are great, but the burger was all crooked and not made with care at all. It wasn't busy at all.

Food was served hot and fresh. I love their Beyond Burger- great alternative to regular burgers. You can also serve your drinks on tap yourself! I had 2 mugs of rootbeer for the price of 1.pigwigi

Very disappointed!
Had a great experience in the drive through and because i ordered a Beyond Meat burger I had to wait - which is normal but when it was brought out to me and I drove back to work looking forward to eating - first bite and I realize it was not even cooked! Even though I waited 5 min.working so can't go back. I am used to checking the bag to make sure i have what i ordered but this makes me think i need to have a bite and make sure its cooked.

I have Quit going to A& W on Wharncliffe Road S because the Food is Terrible, The Hamburger Buns are Wet, The Meat is Cold. I Now go to the Wonderland Road A & W, What a Big Difference. They Should either Get Someone that Knows how to Handle & Cook the Food, or just Close it Down!

Ordered the Habenero burger by itself in the drive thru, I saw on the screen habenero burger and when I got home I found out I was given a regular chicken burger, caked with regular mayo, a bunch of onions and pickles? Are those ingredients even on the regular chicken burger? What a joke. With inflation I don't like eating out super often without coupons, so the one time I decide to get something they get it wrong and I don't even want to eat it. Gas is too expensive to drive back just for a burger. It's really a shame that you can't trust people to do their simple jobs, I guess I have to pull over and check my order every time just to see if the workers know how to do their jobs properly.

Amazing service! Came at 4am, everything was hot and fresh, exceptional customer service. Special mention to Scott, an absolute pleasure to deal with, great attitude, will definitely be back.

I arrived 7: 20 AM and purchased two chicken buddies and an Uncle Burger. There was only one employee behind the counter but Penny still made me a fantastic meal. Very friendly service and while she assured me that it would take a little longer, she was working on it while the fryers were heating up very efficiently.

Went thru the drive thru for breakfast.staff was polite and courteous food was good.decent price.

Been here quite a few times and ordered delivery, never had an issue with them. Great experience. And they usually have great BOGO deals via UberEATS!

Breakfast as expected. Very good. Customer service, excellent. Young man at drivethrough window very courteous and pleasant as he delivered my order.

Customer service drive thru bad. Not friendly. Swearing to their coworkers. Ignores customer
