Completely incompetent. Drive thru takes 20+ minutes every time. Staff forget you’re there, food is wrong. They’ll make you pull slightly up in the drive thru where you’re still blocking the person behind you. The food comes cold in the parking lot so it won’t impact their numbers. Gross place

They messed up every single order you would almost think it’s on purpose and the burger patties were crusty and hard

I ordered on Skip and they missed an entire combo. It's clearly on the skip order but not on the A&W receipt?

This has to be the most consistently horrible fast food places I’ve been too. The mornings for breakfast aren’t bad but if you’re going through the drive through in the afternoon Do yourself a favour and drive to Belleville

Not very friendly at the drive thru window fries only Luke warm no Root Beer of all things for A&W

Took the guy 6 tries to comprehend what i was saying at the drive thru.we were told they don’t have onion rings which is the soul purpose people even go there to begin with.was told we needed to wait in the parking lot for 5 minutes for them to cook our food.waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for cold fries, no chipotle sauce for the sweet potato fries, and messy cold burgers.our order clearly just sat under the heat lamp for 15 minutes before the guy remembered he parked us.didn’t even apologize for the long wait, we got a simple “here” and he ran back inside before we could say anything to him.

Hands down it was the worst service I've ever experienced at any fast food restaurant, ever. The food wasnt bad, but the employees should be absolutely embarrassed by their behaviour.

Do not go here. I know I won’t be returning.
It all started about three weeks ago when I order two combos with the fries well-done.
As I’m placing the order, I see two fries being placed in the waiting receptacle.
As the very rude girl with the metal all over her face puts my food in the bag she grabbed those two fries. I said those aren’t well-done like I asked for.
She looks at me, rolls her eyes and asks “is it really necessary? ” I said I wouldn’t have asked if it wasn’t.
Then I ask if her manager is there and she says “I don’t know” I said you better find out.
She brings up the shift manager who only apologized and didn’t offer to make things right.
A couple days later I request a phone call with the store manager who just made excuses for the employee but then told me she put my name in the book for replacement meals.
Fast forward to last night when we decided to give them another chance.
We walk in and guess who’s still working there.
She looks at us and doesn’t greet us and continues to stand with her back to us.
Finally she comes to take the order and when I tell her to check the book with my name on it, she has no idea what book I mean.
She then goes to get the guy from the kitchen who is equally as stunned and he tells me I have to wait for the shift manager who is on the roof (!) fixing the HVAC system. She’ll be 10-15 minutes he says.
We go outside and yell up to the shift manager who appeared to be on a personal call and she says we have to wait for 15 minutes.
We left after that and went to Burger King.
The management is ruining what was once a great place to go.

Long wait for meal burger was ok. My issue was I am the only person inside eating. Two staff were arguing or talking extremely loud in their first language. I found it very unprofessional

I don't know what happened to this location in the past 2-3 months, but it's horrendous.

They never get your order correct, never give you a receipt, and then when you say you didn't get what you ordered, act like its an inconvenience.

Drive through is slower than butchering my own cow, and thursday night, I stood inside waiting to be served for 10 minutes with no one in sight.

Will not be back again. Better off driving to the 401 a/w.

No one works here, waited 5 minutes no one showed, went across the street to McD’s got served right away

Terrible service. Save yourself the aggravation there's a new one North Trenton much better.

Terrible service, came to the drive through at night and got completely ignored by the worker.

First review I have ever done and unfortunately a bad one. Slow service at the drive thru even tho no one else in line and got back home to find we were missing an order of papa burger and onion rings. Called them and were told to come back to get the missing food, a 15 minute drive each way. Not going there again, should have read all the other reviews first.

When you end up spending 30 dollars on food and not one thing is correct about your order! Unacceptable especially since they weren't even busy! Last time eating there.

Best thing about this location was the 24hrs! No no more, right when summer hits! Stupid management decision! For that reason and you just parking me again for 2 mama burgers…. Won’t be back to this location! Also will be complaining with corporate!

Absolutely horrible experience. Missing half our order, had to wait and still didnt get all of it, server was rude and so was manager when we called. Food was thrown together cold and not very good. Will never go back

Super slow service, food looks like it was thrown at a wall by a toddler and then thrown into a bag. Forgot my forks for the poutines, and the people working were rude and couldn't even tell me my total and just expected me to know how much it was.
