Food was cheaped out on, ripped piece of cheese and one shred of onion?

2 tiny ripped pickle pieces on the spicy pickle burger?

Burger meat didn’t taste fresh either. Seemed like it had been sitting.

Also they didn’t have onion rings at 830pm on a Friday night? Unlikely.

Pretty disappointed.

SLOW AF. I waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter as they packed orders. The restaurant wasn't full. The drive-thru had a couple of cars waiting, but the employees were only filling 1 order at a time.

When I was finally allowed to order, my food was served up quickly, and it was scorching hot (that's a good thing!) My poutine's gravy was so hot it was still steaming 5 minutes after I opened the container. I'm not a fan of the wooden cutlery. It's got a horrible mouthfeel, and food sticks to it. Not to mention, there are tons of other natural options that aren't plastic and that do not require killing trees.

Thank you for the fresh, hot food. Please work on your staff's front counter presence and look into corn cutlery or another eco-friendly option.

Nice place to have breakfast and also a burger (tried both). They touted their burgers and eggs as perfectly organic and they tasted super.

Over $11.00 for 2 bacon and eggers and you can't get a full slice of bacon between the 2! Overpriced and greedy. Used to be my favorite fast food place.done! This is the 2nd time this location has done this, there won't be a 3rd.

Pancakes worse food to order there. Ordered 3 orders of pancakes but got only two at drive through and top of that they were old no butter at all. Oh very worse service
I would not recommend this place Honestly

Vey slow staff can't get things ready on time long wait times. Manager had to jump in and do all the pending work. Serving cold foods to delivery guys coming from skip, uber, etc. Dtaff is not very well organized. Big orders from drive through have to wait longer. And lost of flies and insects crwling and flying around in store. I had to wait for my order to be ready for 1 and half hour during lunch time. And during that tome so many customers asked them to refund money and cancel their orders.

Always good. Try the uncle burger with bacon and cheese and a root beer served in a frosted mug.

One of the best fast food restaurants, the service is great, the food as such is very good but I feel like it could have a little more variety, the bathrooms are quite clean and the atmosphere is quite good considering that it is a fast food restaurant.

New sauce only at this location. A&W is one my absolute favourites, but this location fails me a lot

I went to this A&W with my husband for lunch, the place was so dirty and the tables were not clean at all, not even one table. So we ended up doing a take out as it was not clean to dine in. I have never seen any A&W like this before, so disappointed. I shared a video with this review so you everyone can see what I mean.

A&W route beer, what can be better. Only negative thing I'd that the drive through was closed, but the front sign stating the drive thru window is open, was lit up. I was told that they have no way to turn it off. Bad planning

The worst customer service. The girl at drive-thru today was giving me attitude because they gave me the wrong order and then when I pushed back I was told I would be escorted from the property without my food or money? Then they gave me the food and it was wrong again but I refuse to go back, ever. I'll never return. If you hate your job, find a new one.

Been coming along in the mornings lately and I cant believe how nice and quiet it is in comparison to the usual morning craziness. The breakfasts are always on point and the hashbrowns are soo nice. Crispy n fresh every time. The Coffee has been a consistent win in my books as well, not once have I had a cup of burnt coffee from this establishment. I can't believe how much this place is missed by ppl in the am. Quick service, great food and coffees and a quiet atmosphere. Perfect to start your day.

Food is good but pricey (most places are these days). You can use the online coupons in the drive thru despite what they say.

This place has the worst set up. No room to form a line. A large fry is more like a small. Tasty but too small

Food was barely warm, the cheese didn't melt to the burger one little bit. Ending up throwing out the windows. Not sure how hygienic the place is when employees got their underwear hanging out of their pants. Belts can't be that expensive. Also, get this same order at other A&W's, and costs less. The place seems to be a joke and a disgrace to the franchise. The order taker was arguing with the guy in front of me who was asking why the menu prices didn't match what was in their app.
