Please put a garbage can OUTSIDE the restaurant. It is so gross walking past piles of A&W garbage every morning. I’ve lived nearby for a year now and have noticed a significant increase in pollution every time you put out your patio seats. If you don’t care to clean up the environment then don’t offer outdoor seating, it’s not rocket science.

My go to place for burgers. The night staff, specially Karan and Siddharth are very friendly and humble, always greet customers with a smile and polite manner. The food quality is far better than other burgur chains as they use fresh condiments everytime. Follows all the Covid guidelines and cleanliness is to the mark. Quick and quality service.

I always come here for late Friday night foods, the staff, specially Nevil and Himanshu are really friendly and quick in service too.burgurs and fries are always well done with fresh ingredients.the store is always clean inspite being busy all the time.need more staff during weekends!

Why is no one wearing a glove in the resturant? From the person who is preparing the food with her bare-hands to the person taking the order and packaging it?

Haven't been to an A&W in years. Just got a root beer, double cheese burger, and fries. Food was hot and served quickly just like I remember it.

Very cozy vibes and good food. The burgers are not as good as expected, just a little fresher than McDonald's burgers.

Typical fast food. It's food. It's not exactly fast. Staff is just as disinterested to be there as you.

I love beyond meat so my opinion is biased but I’ve never had a bad experience with A&W. Add extra grilled onions and you’re in heaven. I recommend swapping the roll for lettuce wrap.

Service and food was good. I had no complaints about either. Even though it was busy I was still helped in a reasonable time. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Food was great but restaurant was a bit messy late at night, bins overflowing. Maybe they were short staffed.

The acoustics in here are terrible. I could barely hear the staff. And obviously they couldn’t hear me. I ordered Poutine and got a bacon cheeseburger.

A Haven in Markham/Stouville, somewhere to stop n chill from insane local drivers. Great staff, friendly.

Friendly staff. Worlds best onion rings. Lettuce wrapped burger option. Now they even have beyond meat burgers. What else can you expect from a fast food restaurant?

If you have the A&W app and visit this location.make sure you hit up a printer first. Apparently you have to print promo codes for "inventory". To me that makes a mobile app counter intuitive?

I don't know about you, but I don't carry a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi printer in my backpack.

Also, you got my order wrong and had to refund me then re-charge my order. I don't think that warrants you being able to say "do you have any more questions". You messed up my bill lol? That's why I had a question.

Excellent food and price. Really love the location. Did you know you can get a burger in the morning? That's fantastic! Would absolutely return and eat here again!

Food prep can be slow. But good things come to those who wait! Especially at this A&W, expect friendly service and quality fast food.

Super nice staff, very helpful. They pack the orders neatly and handle the food with care, which unfortunately isn't always the case at other fast food joints. Place was clean, and the staff were really nice and professional, even when some customers were rude to them. A&W always great

Good burgers. Made a mistake in my order and was no problem changing it while they were making my order

Food was good but the problem is the employee who served me was very hard to understand. Her accent was really thick and she messed up the order many times because she couldnt understand me either. I am in support of employing immigrants but not at the expense of efficient service. People behind me were getting frustrated my order took so long!

Popular spot even on a rainy long weekend night. Might be a good idea to order ahead. Seating is nice and clean but again popular place so order take out just in case. No self order machines and very little parking near by so hoofing it is recommended.

Nice and clean, the food was delicious. However, the family washroom doesn't have a changing surface for babies, something basic for a family washroom.

Ordered the classic bacon and egg breakfast for $7. Nicely cooked sunny side up eggs, with crispy bacon. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was calm.

I ordered the Beyond Meat, Plant-Based Burger. I threw up the same night - I saw chunks of brown pieces and a piece of tomato so no doubt it was the burger. Stay away! It's a safe bet!

This is only A&W I really like. They have the freshest ingredients and never disappoint. Breakfast or lunch, it doesn't matter their food tastes good. The only bad experience I had here was the sweet potato fries not being cooked properly. Never ordered those again but everything else is good.
