Great hardworking staff. Manager is amazing and friendly and I always receive great service no matter the time of day

Four people behind the counter but only one was actually working. The others' jobs apparently involved standing around and discussing matters of galactic import.

Never been to this location because difficult to park for free. Visited for first time Saturday evening 7pm. Nobody inside. Attitude of woman cashier seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but here. Robotic monotone, no emotion, barely audible. Well, that puts you off even before anything else happens. My combo came with room temp flies and 2/3 cup of pop. Took the pop back for a fill up, choked down the warm-ish flies. (sic) Asked for a tray.nope! Can't get those here. Spread a couple of napkins on my table and upon leaving, left the whole mess right there. Which l have never done before.anywhere.l was surprised that in such a fancy location, this A W's standards are so low. No glass mugs, no chip baskets, cold food. At least the burger was fine. - only fine.: (I realize that my experience reflects on the actions and attitude of only one employee and at other times, this place could be a great experience. (I hope)

Online app is really handy to go pickup my order. Nice that they are open 24hrs with all day breakfast now.

My order came out pretty fast and was very hot, It was pretty good in terms of taste. It could've been better without the long lineups.

Ordered poutine. It had fungus in it. I’ve tried various a and w locations never such complain except here.

This is a 24-hour location that has fairly quick service in a convenient location -just steps from the bloor- Islington subway station.

24 hrs A&W, what more can I say. A good burger or breakfast anytime of the day. Just off the subway or blue night. Parking is a little difficult.

I came here with my wife's son and my food was not only too disgusting for me to eat, but inflicted food poisoning on my wife's four-year-old son. A&W, especially this location has gone downhill with respect to safety standards, I will never be eating at A&W again.

Now if you do not eat here often I recommend the Teen Burger it has always been my favourite and I make jokes about how I feel like a teen. ️

They have delicious onion ring list and french fries coffee and all day breakfast. Honestly better than McDonald's in most people's opinion and they have improved the quality of meat making sure it's free for four months and they have great natural root beer even if you don't like pop it's actually healthy and natural?

The manager and staff are very sweet and nice at this location like the food. ‍️

Located on the north east corner in the food court of the Islington East Plaza. They have done a great job of sprucing up the environment so the food is nice and the staff and I always end up wanting to work in food service now. Thinking how I miss retail. So be nice to each other and the order some yummy food but please don't litter.

The food was not pre cooked as I saw them cooking my meal in front of me. A lot more tasty and hot meal

Open 24 hours. Food is always fresh. Fast and efficient staff. But don't forget to check if you get Ketchup packets in your order. Seating now in the food court is great. Best A&W in the area.

I been going to a&w at 3300 bloor during the pandemic and they serve breakfast after 6 am service was good and efficient I called in to make my order which I usually do for me to pick up my food easily but today when I called in a new guy said they don’t entertain phone calls and have to go to the store personally to order when I got there last 6: 15 am to be exact the new guy told me they don’t start to serve breakfast till 7 am. They just lose a loyal customer not going back there anymore and telling my friends too disgusting place

A and w was good. The food court was full of rude and loud kids. Not a good place if you want quiet

Last night around midnight the girl working here served me a burnt to a crisp patty in my Mama burger, stomach still hurts today (I was starving so I still ate it when I got home and it gave me food poisoning.)

Usually like this place and have been eating here daily for the last 2 months if not longer. Today the male cashier MICHAEL allowed a group of 4 people and 1 other individual to cut the line after me and a girl had been waiting 15min already to order our food. I only have a 30min lunch. When we both looked at MICHAEL he simply shrugged as if there was nothing he could do. Sucks that despite this being my favorite lunch spot, I think this spells the end of my multi-month streak. Will I ever return, doubtful. Thanks Michael.

Easy entrance from either the mall or from the street, friendly staff and harmony & antibiotics free meat. Cone here often.

Service can be a bit slow at times but it's usually pretty quick in my experience. The employees are usually nice and friendly.

Covid dining in so Uber food delivery is way to tonight we doing A&W from Bloor & islington fantastic don’t feel like cooking after long day at work. Yummy

During busy times the service can grind to a halt. Order ahead or have a back up during peak hours.

The younger employees were spotted using NO gloves taking out frozen fries barehanded and throwing them into the frier. I don’t know where those hands have been nor should any food be handled with bare hands. During these times, I’d expect gloves to be worn to handle food, let alone masks.

Came to order two days ago for my lunch and surprised by the asian lady (forgot her name) who worked at the front counter whom remembered my name after months of no work because of lockdown. I am so impressed! Good memory.

I arrive at this marvelous place every couple of days because I love the special atmosphere that is part of this restaurant. The crew is awfuly attentive and well trained. The service is deeply rapid. Needless to say, the food you eat is highly distinguished. I ate there often and I was never disappointed. The rate is reasobable. I suggest this place to to all.

Both french fries and onion rings we ordered today tasted like the fat was rancid. Vey disappointed for this order.

Worst customer service, today I have been at 1: 00 pm, the lady in the front was not interested in working. Bad communication skills, Zero stars and the food was also cold. Bad service. Won’t come back for sure.

A & W in general is great. Sometimes they take a while to fill orders here and a few times have gotten my order wrong or missed something.

Went to buy lunch there today and in the small kitchen there where 5 or 6 employees milling about around the food, but 3 of them were not wearing masks. I inquired as to why they were not following the mask law in effect and why they were not concerned with spreading air born droplets to the food or to the rest of the staff? I just got a blank look
I recommend you look elsewhere for fresh and safe prepared food.
Stop the employees spreading the virus through their exhalation of droplets to the food staff or customers

They clearly need more education on safety and the law

The dark girl working cash was very friendly and welcoming. Even looked cute behind the mask. I will choose this A&W from now on for my delicious mozza burger, sweet potato fries and root beer float!

Always incredible customer service, and the food comes out just how you want it every time. Very clean location.
Employees are very respectful, and smiling, which keeps me coming back to this location. Wether it be the burgers or the breakfast, it's always fresh and done properly. I think it's really cool that you can go to A&W, sit down and have a diner style breakfast. Keep up the good work!

5 stars for a fast food burger joint, lol! A&W has the best quality ingredients I find in fast food. I don't feel guilty eating there or leave with a weird lump in my stomach. Fast friendly service at this location.

This is one of the worst a&w locations I have ever been too the service is terrible and have no knowledge for customer service. My food was put together like it was thrown in falling apart.

Although this location is attached to the mall, it is still accessible after mall closing hours from outside.

Stopped by to get a snack along with my baby. I loved how there was so much room to fit in with a stroller (there was actually a few more strollers at the moment) and how they had couple of high chairs available. Also, they have a kid-friendly sink. I would definitely recommend to stop by with your family if you need to grab a bite.

Went in at 845pm on a Tuesday and was told despite having 5 people working behind the counter that "they were closed for the next 30 minutes and not taking anyone. " So, big fail on that 24 hour thing.

I always love A&W. Their veggie burgers are great. They have the burger/fry seasoning is easily accessible. The e late night cashier is pretty bad at taking orders accurately, needing to have the order repeated and corrected. One of the cooks doesn't allow people to add anything extra to the burgers, while every other location has let me.

I love that this is so close to Islington Station. The food is great and the atmosphere is just as good. I would love to sit and eat here again.

Great Fresh Burgers and Poutine, is very yummy, inside condo. No frozen mugs at this location though, only downfall.

Food was good, service was slow 4 employees were working on a single uber/skip dishes order and stopped serving walk in customers. No greeting.

Bad service here, messed up a simple 2 meal order as they were short a medium fries. A&W is way over priced and the cardboard straws taste nasty. Thumbs down to A&W and this location.

Great.offer one if the best tasting plant based/vegan burgers (The Beyond Burger) and then market it to meat eaters exclusively.meaning, limited toppings and no sides and if you’re Vegan, you have to request that they clean off the grill (unless they have a dedicated non-meat grill). Oh and did I mention they don’t use gloves and almost always have the greasiest mf’r handling the burger!? Gloves should be mandatory across every single food service provider.

Best A&W in Toronto! The staff is always super nice and they always go above and beyond. They're attentive, kind, and we keep going back every week to the same amazing service and food. The fries and onion rings are always super fresh too.

24 hour location that is clean, friendly and fast? What's not to love! The staff there were incredibly nice and funny - also ended up having the coffee lid on my root beer instead of the regular lid and straw, and it turned out to be a great hack! I'm all for banning plastic straws, but the paper ones do get a little soggy after awhile, so this worked GREAT, although still doesn't quite help the plastics/garbage situation

Mike is the best a&w employee I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. Someone please give him a raise!

Good food great customer service and professional. Very polite with customers. Tables were not as clean though
