Got a buddy burger, cashier said it would take 2-4 mins and she’ll bring it out. I waited 20 mins and walked in to find my order just sitting on the counter.

Love the all Canadian breakfast. Cooked and on a plate like normal, instead of typical sandwiches

Went there a few days ago and had a great experience. Staff was very professional and friendly towards every customer present there. Had to wait for a few minutes but that means I got the fresh food. So, I wouldn’t mind at all to wait for a few minutes when I know I get the fresh food instead of getting cold fries and expired meat. Onions rings were freshly made with perfect portions and salted. Always feel welcomed by the staff especially their manager, Kathleen. Her smile always makes my day. Overall, must visit place and always my go to, to get gas in my car from the Petro and to grab something for my kids to eat.

Spent almost $15 on a chicken sandwich combo. Got NO ICE in lemonade and asked for a sweet n sour or plum sauce and was told I would have to pay. 55 cents. I was blown back on top of that the fries tasted like there were sitting there they were not hot at all. You guys do realize the in order for chicken strips to be made they have to cut them right. I feel no matter what the form of the chicken is you should get a Complementary sauce if customer asks for one. Was not happy with the service food had no right being cold after 10 at night and not one person was in the drive through

Unequivocally the worst drive-thru service I've ever been to. Without fail, even when I ask them to repeat my order back to me and when I see it on the screen, they still end up Messing it up. Such a disappointment. When I order a Teen burger I specifically ask for no bacon due to religious reasons, and no matter how much I emphasize NO BACON, they still end up putting bacon on my order. The staff seem nice, but y'all need to do so much better with your order taking!

The mama’s, the papa’s, you can have it all at A&W. Yummy burgers made with real beef. Takes no time and it’s very good.

Great addition to Norwood! A&W burgers are one of our favourites, so to have this place on our normal route is great when needing a fast meal! We also like the breakfast and coffee at this location! Quick service in the drive though makes this an easy stop on our way along 7.

Lies.went here today March 15th at 10: 54pm.put a sign in the drive through to block anyone from driving in. Went inside the actual store. 2 ladies standing there (not sure what they were doing) just stared at me.i asked if thier open.they said no they are closed for the evening and will reopen at 7am.

But your hours say 24hrs.please change it to 11pm and stop advertising false.you get bad reviews when someone is hangry.

Such good taste and great customer service. They really know how to make a good brunch and they have really good root beer. I recommend it because they always make there chicken fresh!

Really like the burgers, rings and fries. I do find every second visit the fries/rings are not HOT.

Most already know what to expect from here.but in case you don't.its a genuine fast food restaurant with the old school appel with yet a modern setting.

I am absolutely disgusted that the girl pack my poutine cheese down without gloves. We filmed it on video. Disgusting crew. And they are all a bunch of ignorant people. They should all be fired! Threw my poutine in the garbage

I ordered their beyond meat nuggets, their burger combo, and 2 apple turnovers. The nuggets were the worst things I've ever tried before, the burger was good, and the fries were also good. They forgot to include my drink, so that was money wasted there. The desserts were good, but man, that was not worth it. I am never getting food here again.

Got several combos with Ubereats and we only got our fries. No drinks, no burgers, no onion rings. We then drove to the store and they gave us the missing bag from our order. We got home and looked at our BLT sandwiches and there was nothing but the patty in the burger. Just the chicken and buns, no lettuce or tomatoes not even any sauce. Absolutely disgusting. How can you serve such food to your customers? Even the onion rings were super salty. Will never go this A&W again. Maybe when you are open 24hrs a day and you have 10 cars in the drive through at 2: 30am, it's time to hire more staff instead of one lady doing everything. What a terrible experience to ruin our night.

Melody and her staff are super friendly and this is a great location, with a drive-thru.part of a massive Petro Canada at Westney and Taunton.
The excellent coffee is worth the stop.

I wish I remembered her name but there is a super friendly older lady in drive through and she always let's us know when they have specials even when we don't ask haha. I mean like online coupons. We end up going more often because we know of them. Thanks

Great place for fast food that retains quality ingredients through our rough economy.
My cheese on my mozza burger was a tad dry and not melted however.

I order a beyond meat burger from here every few weeks and this time I'm positive that they served me their old veggie burger. It's happened to me once before too. I know they serve a different patty for beyond meat. I have been a vegetarian all my life so this swap was obvious. Usually pretty good but this was disappointing.

Not being a frequent customer of A&W, the staff took the time to explain their menu options. Appreciated the help as the menu board circulates a little too fast to check it all out.

I’ve recently tried the burgers here. Due to my many visits of getting free coffee, I guess their marketing worked and I gave into purchasing their food. For a person who does not usually eat burgers, my A&W experience was great. I got a Papa burger and my wife got the teen burger. Both great options and we will likely be back soon. If you are in the area and you like to eat burgers and you are unsure about A&W, please come and give it a try. I’m sure you will enjoy your burger experience.

Called to notify them that they gave an extremely low amount of fries when ordered a poutine they actually over loaded it with gravy so it seemed heavy but like no fries. I believe they ran out but and did not want to hold the line up so they just gave whatever is left over double check order before you leave drive through window. I did not want anything I said to the lady just make sure you all are being fair with customers. She said don't come here if your not happy with our service and hung up.

A&W is low key delicious! Love that they have taken a more natural path to fast food as all their beef is hormone and antibiotic free!

Great tasting burg

Small gas station but it has seating. No line ups. Great food. Friendly and efficient staff work both the counter and a drive thru window at this location.

Better ingredients (no hormones, no brazillian beef) and they even serve that rootbeer in a chilled glass stein at many locations. I sometimes go at like 2am and get 3 beyond meat burgers.

The fact that they are 24hr is awesome Cause i work night shifts. Its convenient, fast and delicious.

Probably going there tomorrow

I reccomend a double mozza burger lettuce wrapped.

Lol i was in the drive thru window and seen a rat climb in the window beside me, no joke it was real at that point i just left even with paying

The ladies at the this anw location are amazing. Super pleseant & helpful and they went above and beyond by making my kids a special order. I'll never eat anywhere else.

When you ask for salt in the bag, you don't want the packets in your burger. A&W please find closed wrappers for your burgers

I actually prefer ordering food here at lunchtime over McDonald’s that’s near by. The food is served fast. I like the buddy burger and the fries are thick and nice, the onion rings are really good too. I like that you can get Petro points on your purchase.

I go here when I’m craving good burgers. I went with my family and had lunch it was all good. No complaints. The staff who served me was excellent. I always go back here. You can use petro points to pay and collect when you buy food at this location. I love it.

Cashier was rude he rushed our order and still had to wait 20mins for food. Didn’t follow instructions and kept cutting us off. If I could id give him zero stars

Great service always cooked as requested. Never swimming in grease as other locations have done. Taunton and Westney.location the best.

Did not receive proper service as other A&W location. I wanted itemized bill but got just receipt. Also when asked for ketchup she was pointing at ketchup dispenser. We wanted ketchup packets as we were not dining in.

This is an a and w inside a petro gas station. Its not the same experience as a real a and w restaurant. Dont expect frosty mugs for your root beer if you dine in. They do most of their business for drive thru. This is primarily a drive thru 24h restaurant. There is a seating room if u decide to eat inside. Customer service is good. The usual girl who i believe may be a manager is cooperative and isnt so strict with coupons i.e she lets you get more than limit 1 per customer. I find that to be very nice of her. Plus shes cute so that helps as well. Lol.

This location always has freshly made items and the drive thru is so quick! Love the Wild Caught Cod, too bad they don't keep it year around.

Good quality as expected of an A&W, just occasionally gets the ingredients mixed up, which is important when you have allergies like me.

It was ok. They were busy with another very large order but we still servings other customers timely. The chicken buddy burger that my husband had was very very dry and was missing most of its mayo. The beyond meat was ok.

I love the wild catch fish at A&W, I hope they keep it on the menu permanently, and I wish they would give more slaw on the sandwich. Mmmmm

The food is good but the service was bad. They took along time and the coffee was self serve which was cold. They also don't give receipts unless you ask.

Love the fries.had a teen burger. Was great. Better than McDonalds food. Maybe a bit more expensive but not by much. Would recommend A&W

Inside a gas station. Difficult to maneuver (no left turn leaving) and limited parking but as expected food and service. Larger seating areas than a&w's in other gas stations.

A&W beyond meat is awesome. I really liked it. You can't tell that it's not meat. Pretty good.

They wouldn't let me get frings. Honestly. The experience was okay, other than my order being given to me as to go and I didn't even get a drink at first. Then a manager stepped in and set things straight. I appreciated her efforts, she even came around and asked how our lunch was, which was really nice. I could see she was upset that I didn't get the right treatment. Would go back again.
