Drive Thru experience was pleasant. Everything was fresh and no wait time. Prabh and Simranjot served with a smile and serviced oriented.

Food is great (as with all A&Ws). Unfortunately the service was not up to par - far from it. Waited close to 30 min for breakfast. Worst of all, it seemed very casual and business as usual for the staff there.

What kind of fast food takes as long (if not longer) usual breakfast diners. Will still continue to eat at A&W, just not at this location.

Always torn on A&W, I love that it's Canada owned, but the prices are way too high for what you get. The food is good, but is it worth the cost is the question

They don't accept coupons by scanning the image on your phone? Its 2021 but okay. Hope it was worth saving the 2 dollars I won't be back to this location.

Fairly quick service and order is always done correctly. Find messing up orders is becoming common at a lot of places so I am thankful for that.

I have come many times. Never after today. Got poutine and a mozzarella burger. Burger was okay, however the fries were so undercooked it was not edible. Highly DON'T reccomend. Clearly can't be consistent.

Okay, once in a blue moon. I have cravings for a burger. Maybe all those A&W commercials on TV are starting to brainwash me into something like a " Manchurian Candidate". But for Burgers!

There is not much that I can add. The food is a tad and I do mean just a tad above Mickey D's and BK for sure. The service is adequate (I order through the Mobile App) and I just pick up via drive thru. So that is a plus.

Unless I'm wrong, I think I got jipped with my drive through today. I ordered an Uncle burger combo with cheese on lettuce - no bun - with onion rings and root beer as well as two 56 Buddy burgers. With tax, it came to $24.36!
That why I hate drive thru.you can't scrutinize the bill until you get home as there are cars behind you.

The beef patties were extremely stale. Quality has gone way done, perhaps they're using older inventory which explains the extreme staleness of the beef patties.

The meals and service were above our expectations. We truly loved the vibes of this place. Fantastic spot to take the family out for dinner.

Ordered food and the lady was extremely rude to me as I had a long black hair in my burger and she refused to give me a new meal as my head is shaven is clearly came from someone behind the counter.

Wouldn’t visit this location again it certainly looks like the need health and safety to visit them.

The price is the same at all locations. Very tasty burgers and the service was great. Worth a visit.

Great food but a bit pricey. Still the best gluten-free option with great lettuce wrap option. Bring the price down a bit and it would be five stars.

Manager on duty (Indian fellow) seemed to not like his job or not even want to be there.

This was a great experience for me ever, I tried this first time, I have ordered Byond meat burger as combo and they made it really well. Beside food team members were really coopreative and have good Customer service atiquates, thier superviser had really rich customer satisfaction experience as he guide me and my family through meal, as we were looking for veggie options around all over the most thier hygien is really appreciated so overall really rich experience

Drive-thru is super frustrating. Hard to fit a wide car without scraping the fender or rim. Although food is great

I like that it has kept its "70s" styling and identity, chilled mugs and rootbeer. Do like thier beyond burgers (best tasting of all the entrants I beleive) but I don't like that there's an up charge for cheese in it!

Poor experience. We went to get food and no one told us that there debit machine was not working so the guy didn't give food because there machine was not working. Bad customer service

Nice treat for someone visiting from the US. It's impossible to find these anymore in my area. Tastes as great as I remember.

Food is almost always hot and fresh.although last time it wasn't so hot.fries a bit cool and chicken was just warm.but it's not common. Food taste great, drinks never water down with time. Sometimes the cook can really screw up the onion rings though.they sometimes just fall apart. Overall good place to visit.

Very good spicy chicken burger. Felt the combo as expensive. Fries was very less too. The burger was outstanding. Would really recommend. Good customer service too

Really good food. We had the beyond breakfast sandwich and it is a must try. The root bear is the best hands down especially in the frozen mug with NO ice.

Chicken burgers are not good in the evening. I was big fan of location but not anymore. Sorry guys but chicken burgers are not good anymore.

A&W is the best far good according to me since it's organic. This place was clean and the people were accommodative to the changes my kids made

Can be the 3rd A&W I review but everytime been the exact same amazing expereince. They definitely have it down on how to franchise properly. This time I changed things around and went through the drive thru. Was a very fast experience. Mentioned to the server I wanted to modify my egg and sausage sandwich and was able to do it.at no extra cost! They even gave me free sauce. Definitely my number one fast food burger chain.

Best place for a quick meal any time of the day. The cleanliness is at its best and the washrooms are well maintained too. The staff is helping and overall, a pleasant experience to share!

Absolutely love their chicken sandwiches and ice cold root beer. I hate this place up at least once every two weeks, gotta have my fix. Staff is hard-working, fries are always piping hot, can’t get enough of the habanero chicken burger. Frosted mugs with their signature root beer? Doesn’t get better. I find this location to be better than the ones that are attached to gas stations. Those ones are garbage for some reason, this is the way it supposed to be eaten.

Worst service.crew girl (Manjeet) talk very rudely. I was in drive thru and there were just one car in front of me.but I have to wait around 5 mins to give my order.and when I reached the window I saw they chatting with each other. I told them I should serve us first than u can whatever u wanna do.they reply very badly. I request to manager pls teach your staff to behave well with the customer.

Best Burger, well balanced and quality topping and well portioned and benchmark quality is the MEAT! Which no other Burger can match.

Staff was great, told me about better price meal. Eat in means less garbage with frosted glass mug, fries in reusable mini fry frier.

As far as fast food goes A&W has some decent quality options. Make no mistake, this is not health food, but it's nice to have healthier options when you feel like treating yourself or the kids.

Our favorite burger joint - try out the Beyond meat burger or my favorite - uncle burger. Love their fries, extremely fresh and perfectly fried. Their signature frozen mugs are also very cool, pun intended. Placed conveniently near Home Depot where we can walk around and burn off the calories.

Have been to this particular location twice now (located in the Home Depot parking lot off Argentia) - I noticed recently the Kawhi eats here free sticker in the Drive-thru window which is cool.

Good tasting food (a Papa combo will set you back almost $14 (I got onion rings though).

They offer a beyond meat burger option, which I have heard is very good.

Ever since they started selling beyond burger, I've been going once every 2-3 weekish. I am a meat person, but this burger is still very delicious.

We accept orders on motorized vehicles only. What is a point of working 24 hours if you can't just hand in food in hands. Our policy is that only if you have a car you can get food. Dumbest thing I ever heard she is there to take order and give food. How does it mater if you are on a car or not. Stupidest policy I ever heard

LOVE LOVE LOVE A&W! Burgers perfectly seasoned with the most delicious seasoning (which I am EXTREMELY happy you can buy the special spice now!), Everything is always crisp, your food is ALWAYS quick and it is well worth your money! My family was almost planning on buying an A&W as it is our favourite go-to fast-food chain! Definitely recommend!:) :) :)

This place is so cute and kitschy! I especially enjoy ordering the root beer when dining in. Nothing better than a tall cold glass of a&w root beer.

Horrible service. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to figure out how to enter a coupon and even then they got it wrong in the end.
Food is ok for what it is.

I ordered a mama burger and said I had a coupon for $2.49. She charged me full price.

I also ordered a "new banquet buddy Burger. " I received a regular old buddy burger.

Two simple items. Both messed up. And it was extremely busy to boot.

I love A&W buddy burgers and trust the brand for the fact that quality of chicken is really good. I have so far tried almost everything chicken and absolutely loved it!
