I recently dined at A&W and I'm disappointed to say it was a stark departure from my previous experiences when the previous manager was in charge.

During my recent lunch visit, chaos reigned. Tables were neglected, the restaurant seemed disorganized, and the atmosphere was far from welcoming. When I approached the manager Gagan, for assistance with the unruly scene, their indifference was palpable. They made no effort to address the chaos, leaving patrons frustrated. This disrespectful attitude was disheartening. AH

Even more concerning was the overall disrespectful and rude demeanor of the management. It seemed customer satisfaction was no longer a priority under Gagan's management. I, as a loyal customer, had expected a pleasant lunch experience, but sadly, this visit was far from it. I believe I deserve a refund due to the disappointing atmosphere, which led me to discard and leave.

Under the previous manager, lunch at A&W was delightful. The ambiance was inviting, service was attentive

Good fresh good and courteous staff. Always provide extra service. They serve a surprisingly good breakfast!

I ordered breakfast takeout here, the service was very slow (15 minutes) and I was the only one there, the coffee I ordered was luke warm which I didn't realize until I was on the road. Fortunately the food was ok.

They're the best fast food burger place. Wish I could get a bigger rootbeer! Maybe getting a little salty on the onion rings.

DO NOT EAT NASHVILLE CHICKEN SANDWICH!

I tried new Nashville chicken sandwich, don't know what was in it but I had severe stomach ache at night, next day couldn't eat anything accept liquids. And worst part, my sister had same issue since we both tried it together.

Sign on tables say Sanitized. EVERY table filthy. Food items under all tables, garbage bags left in front of an entrance door. Garbage left on floor after staff emptied garbage pails. I saddens me, I like A&W.

I was here for the first time, we ordered four burgers, few Onion rings and fries. Burgers were good, rings were oily and salty and we didn’t get fries and also one onion rings. Service was so bad as well. Sorry for this but that wasn’t acceptable!

Paid for the advertised double bacon combo twice and got 2 single momma burgers instead, everything was OK but 30 for rings and ice tea was ridiculous. Driving back from Thorold to get it fixed wasn't a option. Not impressed with the service

Loving their burgers especially Spicy Habanero Chicken partnered with Sweet Potato Fries or Onion Rings! The beeeeeeest! <3

Conveniently located just off the QEW en route to Niagara Falls. Great food and prices. Fast and friendly.

Zero Stars today, November 10,2021, if I could! Ordered Uncle Burger Combo with coupon. Coupon is for the burger, fries and a drink. Attendant asks me if I want fries or onion rings, so I ordered the onion rings. At the pay window I'm informed that the onion rings was an upcharge. Who knew? Not me.

In the future, you MUST declare there is an additional charge, don't just casually ask if you want fries or onion rings without the added verbiage. It's not about how much the difference was, it's about transparency during any business transaction! This is either a poor example of training, or it's just a deceitful business tactic by this franchise owner. Choose buddy boy, choose!
I own a business too. That is just unethical business practice and alarming given the competition for fast food dollars. Perhaps a career in dry cleaning is in your future.
I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Went through this morning to get my mother breakfast platter. I didn't want the coffee/a combo then decided at the window I would like a diet root beer. The women was so rude she says with attitude I already asked you if you wanted a coffee. After I explained I had changed my mind and now want a root beer and asked her not to be rude to me because I'm not rude to her and she slammed the window.
I really hope this isn't how this place trains their staff to behave. Customer service needs work

Amazing customer service here. I have a complex order (thanks to oldest child and wife), and they got everything on it correctly. We went to eat, and the manager saw us and asked how everything was. My oldest, so excited, screamed, "AWESOME! ". The manager said that his day was made with that reaction, and gave both our kids a free prize. Thank you!

Love the platter style breakfast at A&W. It's much like a sit down restaurant not fast food. It comes with two eggs of your choice, bacon, sausage, hash browns and toast. Delicious and all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it if you don't have a lot of time.

I love a and w. In regards to their Nashville hot chicken sandwich, as someone who has been to Nashville and has eaten plenty of them over there, this sandwich doesn't come close to it unfortunately. It needs way way way more sauce and the sauce isn't right either. The teen burger is great though.

We ordered and the order was repeated back to us with the poutine. It was a large order and didn't get it. Was not happy at all about this

A bit pricey but delicious. Had 2 special requests as far as toppings (out of 4 combos) and our order was perfect.

This location is always on point. Food is fresh, everything is spotless, staff is friendly. The burgers are all fantastic. The Nashville chicken is horrible! The worst chicken sandwich I have ever had! The sauce seems to be french dressing full of cayenne. Just gross. Don't bother. Stick with the burgers!

Very bad and pathetic food. I have order food through SkipTheDishes on 12 th Jan at20: 00 first of all send me wrong order. When I requested for replacement. They refused and was was forced to have things which I didn’t.very very bad service.never order from this crappie people’s

Great fast service. Amazing food. Only difference I would suggest is different drink options. I've never had a hotdog. I live in Canada. Are they good?

Great food.manager is a little cold, but he is like that to everyone. If he was more polite and less abrupt with people.and less of a jerk to his staff. 5 stars.

Great location and noticeably faster than some others. The lanes are also extra wide for vehicles so if you're someone who's afraid of scraping the side of your car, it's the location for you.
The food is consistent and good. They have only "messed" up once by forgetting to remove something off my burger but I have been here many times. So it isn't a big deal.

Not terrible. Love the brand but the execution on the service is not there. Longer than wanted wait lines in drive-thru especially in the evenings. But amazing that open 24/7

I'm not sure who the older lady was working on this shift but I was there maybe 30 mins ago, and she was so sweet! I've never gotten this amazing customer service ever, please give her some props she was so friendly and kind! Definitely knows how to give customers a good welcome:)

Cheeseburger in paradise chicken sandwiches past nirvana and service better than any other fast food joint.

I am.not lying about this.and have witness and put in formal.complaint.as a frontline worker me and some staff members went through for lunch I opened my order and there was chewed gum stuck between the pap of of er sleeve and my burger! Are you f serious during covid let alone anytime.sickened distraught. We have not even left parking lot
Needless to.say they did nothing accused us.didnt comp my meal.which i would not have took.didnt look at cameras and didnt clean kitchen.be careful.if you eat here.especially during this tough time.you could become very I'll.or make.someone else I'll.distgusted!

Good food. It prices have gone up. Over $8 for a burger. Costs my wife and I over $20 to eat fast food. A little too costly. Use the app for coupons. Much better deals.

Well ordered double teen burger needs less to say it’s missing one burger and order sweet potato fries missing the sauce it’s supposed to come with.

We ordered 2 moza burger combo with one of the fries changed to onion rings. A&W is always good and their onion rings are so crispy and tasty. We always care about what our kids eat and usually we are careful about antibiotics because we had problems with antibiotics killing all the good probiotics causing weak immune system. My wife loves the food here too so whenever we want a hamburger we come here. We always had mac before but ever since our friends recommened A&W to us we only come here.

Excellent service at 3AM. Got in and out fast. Food was great. Drive thru staff was terrific. Will be back.

Always an old guy there with terrible service. I asked for extra butter on the side with my breakfast order t go with toast and he didn’t want to give it to me and told me it was unusual to get butter on the side. I’ve been eating breakfast for 20+ years and have never heard of getting extra butter with toast is unusual. /:

I absolutely love A & W, they have so many choices! I’m allergic to wheat and gluten, so the lettuce wrapped burger is perfect (especially when I ring my own bun lol)

The Thorold Stone location in Niagara Falls is one of the best! All day breakfast and prompt service.

The customer service here is the worst and the staff is mannerless as they talk to you with ego and attitude.

They were close to closing inside but let us stay past the dining room hours. Got my order wrong but very quickly got me the correct thing.

A place with a long standing reputation for great service and excellent food. The best root beer ever.

Love me some A&W. Has been my favourite burger joint for quite some time. I still hit the other places but their burgers are very good!

At 2am, I ordered through the app. The app said my food would be ready in 3 min. The vehicle in front of me was just over 7 minutes, then when I got to the window, they told me it would be a few more minutes. After an additional 3 minutes, I recieved my food, which was warm, but not hot. I frequent this location, because it is close to home, but service always seems to be slower here than other locations. However, as always, the order was perfect, and the food quality was great.

Love this place, always has a 5 star class service there. Great staff, helpfull and customer focused. Food always fresh, hot, tasty and worthy.

Great restaurant. Malik and Robert were extremely friendly. The entire staff was great, even the young lady who was finished her shift and getting ready to leave. Personable and talkative while I waited for my food but still able to be productive and service the others customers.

The food was wonderful. We tried the Beyond Meat burgers, sweet potato fries, and poutine. Extremely flavourful and filing.

Again, I want to touch on the staff. I've been here about half a dozen times and every time a great experience.

Staff can be more friendly. Beyond burger is bomb. Prices are way too high for thwir products so basically only go if you have a coupon or grab a sale item.

It was alright. The little girl cleaning and helping people was very nice. She was helping alot in the dining room.great girl rest of staff not so much. The guy at the counter that was bossing her around got our order wrong

Service is friendly and fast. They hardly ever get my order incorrect unlike McDonalds that get it wrong the majority of the time

Buns not toasted, asked no pickles or onions, there were none but I still tasted it. Not the best A&W I've been to by far.

A&W has really hit their marketing niche with the "Our beef was raised without steroids or hormones" slogan among other health conscious claims. The TV commercials are fantastic and the brand has really made a comeback in Canada. I still remember when A&W was only a drive-in, LOL. The food is tasty, the locations are clean, and the people are friendly. Also, when you eat in you get a large frosty mug of root beer. That is certainly one of those tasty treats that make A&W unique. Enjoy!

The Beyond Meat burger is really good. I wish they didn't specifically ask if you want cheese on it, or that they put mayo on it. The burger itself is really good

Very clean location. Staff were quick and efficient. The food was fresh and delicious. I also liked the feel of being at a legitimate 'sit-in' restaurant with my root beer served in a pint glass and my fries delivered in a wire basket. Hot and fresh.

Employees talking about there night, stood there for 10 mins before any one even started my order that i placed.my buddy ordered the same thing right before me and was out in 5 mins mine took about 20 mins out of my half hour lunch
