First time that we had breakfast at A&W and it didn't disappoint. I for the All Canadian Breakfast and my son got the bacon and egger.

The kindest thing I can is aweful. Not sure what their definition of a chocolate milkshake is but definitely not the same as mine

Very poorly managed. I come here often and they've forgotten my order at least 3 times and left me waiting 30 minutes. Today, I waited 30 minutes only to be told they didn't have what I ordered and then getting a refund took way longer than it should have. Great food, but management needs to do better.

One of the worst experience with A&W, ordered chicken burger and 5 strips both chicken patty and strips were over cooked and so much oil inside of them. Never going to A&W anymore.

They are amazing, and have excellent multiple vegetarian options. It is cooked properly every time, and they never make an mistakes or forget things!

Ordered bacon and eggs.
Eggs were runny, bread was basically not toasted and almost no butter on the bread. Coffee was great.

Really disappointed. I went here around midnight, I was the only one in the drive-thru. Just wanted a pop. The lady at the window didn't smile, no hello, just handed me the pop. I could tell from the weight that it wasn't full, I asked if it was, she said nothing and closed the window. I took the lid off and it was barely filled above half. It's not like they were in a rush, I was the only one in the drive-thru.

Fast fresh and served hot. Newly decorated as modern and nostalgic. Fries and rings the best. Great root beer and new self serve soda fountain. Coupons offer good deals

I like the burgers but of all the fast food restaurants I think A & W is by far the saltiest food. I like how the chicken and beef comes from sources where antibiotics and growth hormones aren't used. They are listening to their base.

$31 for 2 teen burger combos with onion rings? Why is location so much more expensive than any other A & W? Also I could not believe how filthy the windows are in this store, it literally looks like they used greasy wrags.definitely won't be returning to this location!

One of my favorite a and w restaurant always makes the order right and taste fresh you can tell the difference they don't rush to put together your food

Beef patties aren't hot! Onion rings overcooked and oily. A bit of disappointment! At least the root beer float is good.

Only fast food place we visit. Service is always great and friendly. The quality always is consistent

I love A&W - this location was okay. We ordered onion rings and sweet potato fries. We used the drive thru and were asked to pull to the front of the store to wait for the food. The food was extremely hot. The wait was a little longer than the normal drive thru, but was no large concern. Giving less stars because I found the onion rings a little over cooked and the batter taste was a little off due to this.

The same girl messed up my order twice in one week charged me extra for items I did not receive. Waited 15 minutes for a poutine just to find a hair in the middle layer! I am very disappointed in this location will not be returning again it is absolutely ridiculous.

You should add more staff. Girl was working very hard. Excellent service from her side but company should take care of employee

Will never ever be returning again! I came here on Friday to be given burnt food I waited a total of 20 minutes just to get it this is unacceptable.

Waited 20 minutes for my meal I only got a mama burger and fries slow service very disappointed.

Worst a & w I have ever been to in my life cold gravy cheese didn't even melt. Pattys on burger were burnt and my soft drink didn't even have enough syrup like legit every single thing was bad I would give zero stars if it were possible

I went to order a combo today and I pulled up to the window and the guy that was making my order was using his hands like its covid you can't put on gloves to make my food disscusted then the lady told me how much it was 14.00 for a combo not for nothing but I left and went elsewhere and it was half the price for a combo very disscusted and grossed out like I could have bought a hole box of burgers for the same price that I payed for one meal. A&W is ripping people off it's not rite don't care how good the food is not worth it anymore you just lost a valued customer

Food is good but the drive thru is never a drive thru, you always have to wait out front for them to bring out your order.

Burgers are great for a fast food place. Get sweet potato fries and onion rings. It's a nice quick meal!

Teen burger combo was good however no onion rings were available. Drive thru times were good and the staff at the window were friendly.

Came here twice and waiting 45 minutes and now 25 and counting.

Would not come back to this location again

Also the lady who touches the money uses her same dirty hands with no gloves to make the burgers

Had to wait 35 minutes for my order which was just a chicken sandwich.they think we can wait whole day because we got nothing else to do in life. Extremely disappointed very slow and unprofessional staff.

They done gave me a whole like half of a lettuce on my burger but at least the fries were crispy because n o one comes here

I like this spot! They prepare high quality food, their menu is varied, The cook in that restaurant is very experienced, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always of high class, the service towards the customers is agreeable. I go often to this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

I always enjoy A&W hamburgers they remind me of my youth. The burgers are always served up hot and fresh. Great Job.

From the first moment you enter this restaurant they give you a pleasant feeling. Very friendly stuff, it is a kind place to pass time with your friends or with your date. Great cuisine, qualified chef, comfortable cost and attentive service. Highly recommended.

I was told that A&W will not wear gloves as a store policy even when dealing with cash.i asked for a refund and was declined.

On top of it all the order was wrong (not that I ate it)

This was a new location for me. Beyond meat burger tastes so good. Store was clean and service was nice. Surprisingly busy, kind of an odd location.

Had a nice and cheap breakfast. Got a coupon for it. Staff was very friendly. Food was good. Coffee was okay. Hashbrown was very good. Overall, a good experience.

Newly renovated restaurant. Looks refreshing and good to visit with a refreshed look, good food and great service.

Worst performance of A&W franchise location ever. Not only I had to pull over and wait for 10 additional minutes for my order, but I also found out that the order is messed up with other one. There was a time I liked you, guys! Not anymore.

Bolton was extremely happy to have an A&W open up, it was a nice change from McDonalds. The establishment is fast, clean and reliable, never had an issue. Plus the staff are extremely friendly and the open late feature is the best when you need a late night snack.

Breakfast was very good, the eggs were cooked perfectly. The bacon was a bit greasy but still good.

Very nice food.better than all other fast food places nearby. Onion rings and root beer are amazing. The burgers and fries are always nice here. I have never had a problem with my order.

Cashier was friendly and accommodated my preferences. Food was quick and came the way I wanted it. All staff were friendly despite how busy they were.

Will be happy once that construction is done. It was a strange plaza to get into and I ended up turning a driveway too early to the terrible TD bank parking lot.

For some reason it's never been my "goto" fast food place. But it's been growing on me. The burgers taste like actual burgers.which is great.

They were nice to give me a different coupon when my coupon didn't work. Then when my food took a few minutes extra they gave me a free apple pie. And the food is always really good!

Found a string floss in the burger.it dosnt come apart so i know its string.told the manager but they didnt seemed bothered and tried tellimg me this is a onion! Horrible location.they dont listen to your order and give u wrong things

I'm not too sure what happened but since new staff came in a while ago, any time I'm there (drive thru - typically sat.morning) the service is sub par. Half the time I'm waiting 10+ min for coffee, they take my order twice then ask about it again at the window, they're slow, no napkins given, they don't inform about price and just shove a machine out the window, etc. I gave up going as often when the didn't have any meatless burgers (months!), and now I'm debating not going at all as this service is habit.

Great tasting food that is made with natural ingredients. Love the beyond meat burger. Its very hard to find decent vegetarian fast food

The food is still great but the facilities could be kept better. Full garbage cans, unswept floors and a large stack of trays isn't too appealing

Never again will I go here. I ordered a couple chicken wraps, not thinking of it I took a bite, I then look down and noticed the chicken was RAW.

Friendly staff. Good food for the price. We did have issues with our food, however upon letting the staff know they compensated our order. Root beer is served in chilled glasses, which is a great novelty.
