We went in mid July. We have always liked hamburgers and we had never seen so many flies in the place, we decided not to buy anything and get out of there.

Honestly terrible. My wife ordered a teen burger combo and a grampa burger combo, both with onions rings, which is what the receipt says. We got 1 fry and 1 rings, and two teen burgers. Neither of those orders are correct. When she showed them the fries they asked to see the receipt for proof, and then RETURNED THE FRIES TO THE HEATER. She was giving the rings, but didn’t think to check that they had messed up both orders not one, and we had returned to the highway by the time we noticed. They could not have possibly looked at the order at all, and honestly if I could give them fewer stars I would.

Great food, but they get my order wrong all the time. They assume I want cheese on everything. If I want cheese, I'll ask for it!

Worst service ever wait 20 mins for your food and if it's chilly out and you have to keep you car running with the price of gas it's ridiculous not happy with the service

Kaylee (our server), was nothing but kind and helpful getting my food on time. Overall, great experience, will be going back for sure: D

Yesterday I ordered & paid for extra bacon & brown toast with my eggs. Got no extra bacon and white toast. Complained and waited 10 minutes more for no extra bacon or brown toast. The manager told me my next meal was on them. Today I tried to collect that meal & was told no go by another manager. Went to Eddie's Sports Bar and had a great breakfast with a huge amount of bacon for the same money. Bye bye A&W.

Not too impressed as i was waiting for my order in drive through i was watching one of the employees playing with the fork she gave me with her hand and rubbing it under her nails i was disgusted thank god i was coming home to eat and there coke taste moldy i won’t be going to that location again

Franchise owner doesn't seem to care about skip the dishes non deliveries. Uber and Eddies or Glorias for order in.

I love anw but this locations quality I find out of ever anw must be the lowest, onion rings are cooked and sitting waiting 4 sure, because there awful. Burger must of been same thing because Bunn and sauce was in bun indicating it was topped and also sitting way ahead of time. I tossed my meal and enjoyed the best most expensive Beer, Root that is. I'll never return again.

Onion rings were all clumped together. DISAPOINTED but the double cheese, double bacon mama burger was great.

Takes over 20 minutes if you order in lobby.

I placed an order at this location. I first waited almost 30 minutes between being able to place an order and receiving it. I finally got my order and once I got home I realized my order was not correct. There was no receipt with my order. I submitted a complaint and heard back from the branch manager, Marissa. She asked me to provide her with the order number on the receipt and time of purchase. I explained to her that I did not receive a receipt in the bag. She did not respond to my email. I also wrote two follow-up emails which she never responded too. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this A&W location.

Waited 12 minutes inside before even being recognized, food took forever to get to me and it was a small order and the customer service is hot garbage.won't be going back

To treat myself with an outing I have 3 times in the last month ordered at the long lake store in Sudbury. Always ask for condiments and for the third time they were not in the bag. My meal ruined. I am done with A and W. I swear owners are trying to save money believing customers won’t check until they are away and then customer will not come back?

Painfully slow service, their drive thru regularly takes 5-10 minutes per vehicle. Food quality is good, what you’d expect from A&W.

Nice location. Only fast food really thats a quick stop off the trans canada highway between 69 south from Perry Sound, to about Espanola on Highway 17 west, and I'm not to sure, but a fair distance heading 17 east.

The South End location is swift in their service, and everyone working there is pleasant and helpful. The current specialty burger is very good, too!

Our 7-year old grandson wanted to come here for supper & have his favourite - onion rings! We ordered Teen Burgers & 1 Chubby Chicken burger, fries & onion rings. True, the onion rings are excellent as were the burgers & fries, all served hot & very tasty. The root beer taste just as good now as when I was younger, many years ago & still served cold in a big glass A & W mug. The restaurant is clean & well-maintained, and tables are cleared quickly by friendly wait staff.

Great place to get hamburgers, but a bit pricier for fast food. I never eat fast food but A&W is the exception to that. Drive through is fast and fresh and rarely have I had an order incorrect.

Their beyond meat burger is fantastic. It's great that they offer this as a vegetarian or vegan option. Even meat lovers like it. Of course the root beer is great and they make one of the best poutines

My order was incorrect three times. I still never received my son's beverage. No receipt provided, I'm not sure what I paid for.

I don't eat fast food very often anymore but when I did I would go here. We also pass by from time to time for Chicken Strips or a burger for the little one before a long car ride. Never let us down, always great.

I came on a Sunday at 11: 15. Wanted a burger but they were still on breakfast.

Didn't realize they did breakfast. They are busy and despite there being a lot of staff working it was a bit chaotic. They really need to work on team work. There was definitely no set jobs for people, which would have made it better. Ie.one person take orders, one person do beverages, etc. It was every person for themselves.

It took a bit for my Goods to come out but the food was really good. Cudos for a terrific breakfast. I'll definitely be back.

Friendly and courteous staff at this location. Quick service times usually and good quality burgers.

This location doesn't practice quality control very well. If you are going through the drive through, take the extra time at the window to make sure you receive what you order. I should have double checked, but instead I overpaid for burger I didn't order which was also poorly assembled.

The food is great and doesn't leave me feeling gross like most fast food. This location in particular the employees are very friendly and get the order right everytime, unfortunately the wait time is a bit long. We waited in the drive through for roughly 15 minutes, that would be my only complaint. As for inside the restaurant the service is also great and the area is kept nice and clean.
