It was the worst fast food place I have ever been to by far. Sloppy and soggy food. They get your order wrong. An absolute disgrace.

Keep giving them chance after chance, but they can never get my order right when I said something the last time I was told I was wrong, and thats not what I ordered! Will not be going back!

Absolute rip off! Got a burger that was suppose to have chicken and bacon on it and it didn’t. This burger alone was nearly 15$ also they were extremely slow and lazy. Awful place. I recommend you don’t go here

A group of friends and I were on our way to Ottawa and decided to stop by for a light dinner.

The chicken was quite wet, buns a little hard, beef too salty and generally very unappetizing dishes.

Needless to say, I do not recommend to eat here if you would like to be satisfied with what you are for 3 more hours of driving

Gross burgers took bit and gave it a toss never had a bad teen burger like that before very un happy

Staff very polite and professional each time. Certain delays with getting your food, but that means it's cooked on the spot, so it's a good sign.

Great burger. Wanted to dine in, I'm not showing my personal information To eat a hamburger. We took our burgers and left. We will not be back.

Awful service from the one lady think she’s the manager horrible attitude hard time if you have coupons.

The other day I stood there for almost 10 minutes in line and nobody even looked at me they were avoiding looking at me I was able to walk out get into my truck drive around the building and go through the lineup in the drive-through faster than they were serving people inside horrible horrible place only due to the one lady who’s been there for ever

Did a mobile order with a ton of detail and the team here got it perfect even while dealing with tons of people. Food was great and perfect to allow us to get back on the road fast.

Ordered a Ranch Chicken Wrap. Asked for no cheese but add tomatoe. The whole wrap was quite hot including the lettuce and tomato. They must have microwaved it. Usually the only thing hot in this wrap is the meat. It was disgusting with hot lettuce and tomatoe.

The drive Thru took over 10 minutes with one car ahead of me. You’re off of the 401. Speed is the name of the game. Yikes

Worst a&w location ever, these guys always keep on serving drive-thru and in-store customers stupidly waiting, even though today i was only customer in store they made me wait 20 mins. I requested not to add bacon in my burger, pepsi as a drink, well the poor customer service gave me bacon in my burger and root beer in drink.

Love the Uncle burger. Just the right amount of beef.
Friend enjoyed Mozza burger meal with very hot onion rings. Could melt the cheese about though

Ordered the kids meal for my child. They ran out of one of the items and didn't bother to tell us or even offer a discount or something to replace the misskng item.

Staff extremely friendly. Orders are always correct. Ask for 4 ketchup and 2 pepper etc. That is exactly what you will find in your bag. Worth the drive to go to this truck stop.

SOOOOO slow. And no this review isn’t based off a one time experience, this is every.single.time. Unless you’re lucky enough to be the only person in line, don’t go here expecting a fast food experience, you’ll need to plan your day around it. Today was the last straw. There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive through. I ordered just a coffee. Cars were moving at a pace of 5 min per order. After waiting through 2 cars and 10 minutes waiting, I had to back out of line and carry on. I could have gone to buy coffee beans, ground my own and brewed it while making breakfast for the other 4 cars in line and would still have saved time.
Maybe this is just the morning staff because every time has been in the morning. I’ve tried it half a dozen times now and I just can’t do it. Food is good and coffee is good, but just make sure you’re able to plan your day around it.

Like the fast food restaurant its good but it says 24hrs and is not. Definitely should have that changed since it is not open 24hrs.

The workers who works there very nice and polite and they want you to come more and more. You can have good experience of good and fast food with very beautiful smile on their faces!

I would like to give 4 stars, a&w is my favorite fast food restaurant for burgers.
I've gone to all of them for years, they used to be great.
Now I would say they are okay.last year or 2 they've gotten really sloppy I find.
As well it just doesn't taste the same, different beef supplier or something? Not sure but I've definitely went there alot less due to it.

Service was slow and unorganized. Had to tell the cashier twice the oder was to go and still received it on a tray after her looking me dead in the eyes and saying okay.

Its nice having more than one fast food option after working late into the night. Here the employees are courteous and kind everytime. Better yet, cheddar bacon uncle burger with poutine is like my favourite option here and the staff at night always take the time to make it right. Thank you! Well. There are three registers. Two of them said closed and i did not realize there were 3 until my mother in law pointed it out. There was a cashier standing at the one kinda hidden in the corner, by machines. We stood there for about 6 or 7 minutes, waiting for a cashier. He didn't tell us which register and it was hard to see the one on the far left because we were standing on the right. Finally ordered and the fella got the order wrong, but i was able to correct it. I ordered a lettuce wrap. I love a&w because of them, but this one was hardly wrapped and was doused in so much sauce that i could barely eat it. The wrap fell apart in my hands, which made it very hard to eat. The meat wasn't very warm. Bad, bad experience.

I wanted to try your new cod burger but I was very disappointed since I felt cheated as I did not receive a cod filet burger but two cod sticks on a bun with tasteless tartar sauce and overwhelming coleslaw. I will advise all of my friends on social media not to buy the cod burger since it is disappointing and a waste if money. Keep doing what you do best - hamburgers and don't try something new unless you are going to do a great job. You certainly failed with the cod burger and I will continue to get my fish burger at Burger King.
I also want to suggest that you bring back the coney sauce since I think it enhances the French fries and/or onion rings that it is layered on.

Went through the drive thru. Beyond meat breakfast combo. So filling and yummy. Friendly staff at drive thru.

Great customer service and fresh and hot food. I find it best place to take a driving break.
The gas was cheaper than on route and not as busy as on route.

Wow.what a surprise to find amazing bbq at this location. We shared a full rack of ribs with an add on beef brisket, starter salad, baked potato and beans. The starter salad was larger than expected. Fresh snd tasty with cilantro dressing. The beef brisket was tender and flavorful. The "loaded" baked potato was lightly loaded with cheese onions and sour cream with just the right amount. Cornbread was the perfect compliment. The ribs were phenomenal! Best ever IMHO! Just the right amount is smoke withe the Texas bold sauce.

SUPER friendly staff, clean facility, and good food (minus "Beyond Meat" products of course)

Good drive thru service, order was right, food was delicious and we had great service. Overall great stop, especially considering the Odessa OnRoute was packed.

My partner had a severe gluten allergy and the person there made certain to individually package each item and keep them all cross contaminated. Thank you! That literally made our day. Usually it's so hard to get a quick bite to eat that is safe for him to eat.

Bacon was not cooked. Said 3 pieces but gave 2. Scrambled eggs were not cooked properly either.

Great customer service. They were very accommodating with my request to dress a grandpa burger like an uncle burger. The service was quick and courteous. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was really clean. You can't ask for more.

Twice now I come here and not only get attitude in the drive thru, but they mess up my order both times, putting cheese on my vegan burger and mayonnaise another time. So not impressed with this location or the older staff who seems to be completely rude. As well instead of letting me give the sandwiches to my dad, they just throw them in the trash So wasteful and not progressive

Slowest place I have ever ordered from. I placed my order while on break. Two women walked in placed their order. A quarter way through placing their order, my meal was done. I never got it till the two women got their order, before mine. Waste of time and money! Avoid at all costs. Apparently there were maggots in a women's coffee. Watch as they look in your cup before pouring. I believe it now.

Service late in the evening/night is awful.
They turn off their UberEats all the time. I wonder of the top managers know this.
They also never answer their phones!

$15 for a breakfast wrap that came with bacon (not the sausage I asked for)
Ordered an orange juice and got apple juice with the second order.

Typical A&W. The place is clean with lots of seating and access to washrooms. Staff are friendly and service is prompt. I absolutely love that I can get perfectly chilled Diet A&W Rootbeer and highly recommend thier Buddy Burgers with Cheese. Overall, love A&W.

Right off the bat i want people to know that this review is solely to describe the customer service at this location and not the food or wait times.
I used to think that all A&W’s are the same. No big differences across the assortment of Kingston area stores. One night I was returning from work late at night and I pulled into the drive thru of this A&W.
I ordered a couple of chicken wraps and root beer. I had 2 cars ahead of me. I waited in the drive thru for approximately 15 minutes and none of the cars ahead of me moved. So I reversed my vehicle out of the drive through and entered the store. The car directly ahead of me backed out as well as they were tired of waiting as well. Unlike the other car though i had the decency to go inside the restaurant. Once inside, I told the staff member that I understand the car at the window must have had a large order so I came in the store to pick up my order. The staff member rudely told me “you backed out of the drive through so I F@&$! * threw it in the garbage.
That was the first time in my life I walked out of a restaurant.
