We had a quick repair with AWIN and it was a wonderful experience. Everything is well explained and processed on time. Our vehicle was handed back perfectly as promised. Love the environment and work ethics.

Important is when in time of frustration that you were inconvenienced by another. You find comfort and assurance thru a company who will "make it better". I will not wish to come back for a "repair" however will always recomment AWIN as they get the job done. Thank you guys!

Absolutely pleasant professionals at Awin. I live in Pickering, and I could have chosen a body shop closer to home.but I was willing to drive 45 minutes to Dufferin and Finch for service at Awin Advanced Body Shop. THE team at Awin made sure my BMW was looking brand new. Alice at the front desk was especially friendly and courteous. Thank you so much!

Not a great experience to start off. Typing this as I'm waiting for my appointment which was scheduled 20 minutes ago.
While booking the rep on the phone tried to make me feel guilty because their hours show they close at 6 and when I said I needed an appointment for 5, she said I but I'll have to ask someone to stay late. Arrived here and that's no signs or direction of where to go. I drove into the shop and was asked to reverse to the front where the gate is. I came into the office and the lady was rude asking what am I here for, I said appointment, and she responded for what? And listed a few things with a condescending tone. After coming back from telling someone their appointment was here she told me to turn my engine off, we're indoors and I should have parked to the right not infront of the gate. No signs or directions, no one greeted at entrance, was just told to reverse, rude staff and appointment finally came half an hour late

Let me start by saying that nothing is worse than having an accident a couple of weeks before Christmas.
I contacted AWIN based on Volvo's recommendation. Alice kindly tried to help me as much as possible right away. Just talking to her was a big relief and I have to appreciate her consideration and professionalism.
Saadman was assigned as the advisor for the repair of my car. He is skillful, knowledgeable, and greatly experienced. He kept me informed about the repair process and supervised the job to be done in a timely manner (despite the off days because of the Christmas holidays).
Thank you Alice and Saadman! You both are great.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received at this shop and I highly recommend them.

I booked an appointment for an estimate for repair and when I reached had to deal with Allan who is not interested in doing his job. The first thing he said was that I have to book another appointment for them to give me an estimate which will be charged. Why did they even call me for the first appointment? Allan says he is a doctor and now is sending me for diagnosis. Seriously. Terrible experience.

Someone had rear ended my car and I used their services for repair. The staff especially Alice, Stent and Sandman were amazing. Quality of work done is excellent. Completed on time. The process of getting the rental car was also seamless. When I got the car from it was completely cleaned and washed which was wonderful.
Would strongly recommend their services.

I will strictly not recommend taking it to AWIN Advanced Auto Body. I have a 2016 BMW X5, and in an accident, someone hit on driver's side door. They have my car, and they fixed only the body/paintwork and didn't inspect the door that was not aligned. I call them, and I have to drive back to the shop. The body shop didn't thoroughly inspect the door and missed the alignment. Now, the soft-close intermediate is not working after they align the door. Even the advisor checked there is an issue with soft close. They want me to take the car back to the Endras BMW Dealership and do the inspection and pay from my pocket.
I emailed Manager (Allan), and he didn't check my email for four days. Finally, reception forwarded the call to the manager, and he said I was busy and one day was off. This is the first manager I have seen not looking into the customer complaints. I was not even happy talking to the Manager, and I wanted to send this complaint to upper management. I asked him can I Director or VP's email address so I could forward my complaint. The manager said you have to go through me, and he will forward that email to upper management. How can I trust him? He didn't even check my complaint. I have to follow up multiple times. After arguing, he said he covered the soft-close inspection cost and sounded like he was doing me a favour. If the report says it is unrelated to an accident, they will not fix it.

The issue started after the technician aligned my door.
It's a zero-star rating service they provided.

My BMW came to AWIN as a result of an unfortunate accident. I knew of their excellent technical work from a previous accident (with another vehicle) and this motivated me to come here again
This time around, due to delays from the insurance carrier and a delay in getting parts, it was a total of 2 months from the date of the accident until I got my car back.
During this time Saadman and Alice were wonderful about answering my enquiries and keeping me posted with updates.
You will not be disappointed by having your repairs completed at AWIN!

My vehicle was unfortuantely rear ended while I was waiting at a stop sign while driving to dinner in late March and after calling around and looking at different body shops I came across Awin Advanced Auto Body.

I phoned to receive a quote and Alice guided me through the entire process and gave me advice in such a professional and friendly way that I felt like I should drop by and see them in person. I dropped off my vehicle for a replacement rear tailgate (2018 BMW X3 M40i) and they got it for me within a few days. The repair was quick, painless and I was guided through the entire process. They provided me with a loaner vehicle that went above and beyond my expectations. Shant, who worked on my vehicle was informative, polite and kept my mind at ease, knowing my car was in great hands.

When I picked up the car it looked amazing. It was detailed and the interior was cleaned making me feel excited like I was picking up a new car.

Definitely had a great overall experience and would not hesitate to recommend to any friends or family who are going through a stressful car accident or repair situation and are looking for a fantastic body shop.

I never expected that I'd have to send my car back for additional two inspections after the collision repair. A certified body shop should get the job done more professionally. Being a customer, I'm not capable of finding all malfunctions of the car after a collision. What I can rely on is the skills and knowledge from the body shop. However, I have to bring up my concerns about the malfunctions over and over after the repair. The advisor even advised me that the malfunction may not exist. Instead, it's my way of taking photos that makes it look like there is a problem. Customer service is not good and not helpful. Be well prepared to use your observation skills to find out the remaining problems of the car if you get your repair done here.

We traveled from Victoria, BC to Toronto on our new VW Tiguan and suffered a dent on our vehicle. Visited AWIN for a quick fix. Alice received us extremely well and serviced our vehicle through Shant. We were delighted by the wonderful customer service of Alice and Shant. Thanks a lot. Had a door ding repaired here (covered by insurance). Service was excellent and they finished the job on time. They fixed the ding back to its original condition and even detailed the interior of the car before returning to me.

I was not looking forward to going and having to have body repair work done. I am sure we all feel the same way. At least you hope that it won't be too painful. Well my very recent experience at AWIN Body took most of the apprehension and pain away. I dealt with Saadman and Alice, who were incredible. The greeting, quote process, scheduling and follow-up were 5 stars! They also arranged for a rental from Enterprise down the street who were also awesome. The top off, was that they suggested that I drop my rental at AWIN so that I would not have to deal with the inconvenience of dropping the rental and then have to get to the shop to pick up my car. GREAT service and customer appreciation!

Chose this place to send my Audi Q5 in because they are an Audi certified collision centre. When we went to pick up our car, we were amazed by the beautiful work that they have done. On top of that, we appreciate the complimentary cleaning/car wash. Overall, we find this place professional, honest, friendly and on time. Highly recommend this body shop!

1 month into owning my 2020 BMW M2 Competition i was in a car accident in the rain which should have totaled my vehicle.

Due to some miscalculations of the original damage my insurance company refused to write off the vehicle and thought it could be repaired for around $10,000. The cost of the repairs ended up being near the cost of the brand new vehicle's value. As soon as I realized the insurance company would not write off the vehicle I contacted Durham BMW where I had purchased the vehicle directly to ask for their guidance in taking care of this.

Durham BMW looked after any mechanical repairs while working alongside AWIN (an authorized BMW collision repair centre) to have all of the required OEM parts ordered and have the vehicle repaired/restored. Unfortunately due to COVID and delays to the required production of the parts from BMW in Germany it took a significant amount of time for all repairs to be made but this was to no fault of AWIN. When i finally had the vehicle returned I was more than impressed with the quality of work. The paint was matched perfectly for the replacement parts and had no imperfections to my eye alignment was flawless and the car drove exactly as it did prior to the accident. On top of that since the front bumper needed to be replaced they went the extra mile to ensure that the front license plate was not drilled in by my request, which I was extremely pleased with/thankful for.

Thanks so much to AWIN and Durham BMW for their fantastic work and as much as I do not want to have my vehicle require any repairs it is nice to know that if anything happens to my car I can certainly trust them to have the highest standard & quality of repairs done.

Additional note, big thank you to Chelsea Greco, the body shop coordinator from Durham BMW who coordinated everything and kept me up to date with the status of all repairs throughout the 6 months that it took. She is even going the extra mile to assist me with getting some reimbursement through BMW Canada due to the part production delays which caused me not to have the car back for far longer than was anticipated. (During which time I continued to make monthly payments).

Got in my M3 to AWIN for an accident repair, this is the second time I come through a misfortune of an accident, I was happy the first time I went there, Good quality workmanship, But I was extremely happy this time, Starting with Alice at the reception, she went out of her way to take care of me, the minute I step into the shop, and then dealing with Alexander who, you can immediately see that you are dealing with a true professional, who understands the brand and passionate about the work he does, Alexander navigated dealing with the insurance rep, getting the correct and best parts quickly, and also went above and beyond keeping me promptly updated with the progress, giving me the various options and advising what the best would be and also making sure I was happy and informed, the car was ready before the specified date, excellent workmanship, excellent quality of work, and excellent team at AWIN

This is a horrible body shop. Very uncoordinated. They do lie occasionally by giving you false updates and not provide you with the correct status, you talk to 3 people there, they will give you three different stories. My car was in the shop for over month and at no point i felt i had the right status update from the shop. You have to chase these people down.

He got the car back to me much quicker than he had originally advised. These guys/gals know what customer service is all about. This is the only place you should bring your car! Overpriced estimation compares to other OEM dealership. Refuse to take OEM parts from the customer for painting work, they must "order for you" so that they can make a profit from it. One of technician called Ricardo Wong need some people skills and some better English lesson.

This is by far the best paint job shop I have ever dealt with. My BMW dealer recommended Awin to fix some scratches. I dealt with Tullio at Awin. They were professional and efficient. They use top notch materials.
The job they did was absolutely perfect. The price was very reasonable.
I would not hesitate recommending them if you want perfection.

One of the worst experiences of my life made significantly worse by crooked and greedy mechanics.

Had a rear-end collision, sustained minor damage and was able to drive away (3 hour drive from home) without any problems. Called Volvo dealership for help but they referred me to AWIN. MORE LIKE A-LOSE.

The minor repairs to front bumper, cost over $16,000! My s60 was bought used for just over that amount! Almost a write off for an accident I drove away from? ! Disgusting. They kept adding on superfluous charges, AC fan, coil, windshield washer line repair. To add insult to injury they took a month LONGER THAN quoted, and my insurance (high end coverage) stopped paying for my rental vehicle because it had taken the losers at AWIN so long to get the repairs done.

Finally, the hood latch sensor sporadically trips, alarming of “open hood”. Just a terrible auto body repair shop, Bill shock alone. Take your vehicles elsewhere.

Highly recommend, prices on par with smaller shopes, but very professional and they did great job and even touched a few minor spots they noticed that I never had to asj them to do. Tulio was very professional and had vehicle ready as promissed.

Extremely professional business. I brought my 2015 Subaru STi to this shop for body work, after being referred by the WIllowdale Subaru dealership. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed and very impressed with the overall cleanliness. The British lady at the front desk is readily available to answer any questions and connects you to appropriate staff members; corresponding to the type of repair. I met with Shant - a true professional in every aspect; friendly, knowledgable and pleasant. He assessed the damage on my vehicle, took pictures and completed a printed quotation within 5 minutes. I was immediately sold on the high level of customer service. A few days later, I brought the vehicle in for repairs. I was provided with a rental vehicle, which had already been prepared and good to go. Just the usual few signatures/initials and again, dealt with another pleasant individual for the rental. I returned 2 days later to pick up the vehicle (a day earlier than originally estimated). The communication was also great, regarding updates on the repair, thanks to the solid British lady at reception. The final product of the repair, reflected outstanding/excellent work that was carefully/professionally executed. I even noticed a slight detail inside (vacuumed mats) and outside (tire & wheel shine). No doubt that I would be rather impressed again. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for handling auto body work; whether it be on a basic, premium or high end type vehicle. They use modern equipment to yield the utmost mint result. They are true professionals, who know how to guarantee positive customer satisfaction.

I had my Velar fixed at this location. Alexander Litvin dealt with all the repairs from start to end flawlessly and Alice at the front desk is amazing. I really appreciated how clearly and consistently they communicated updates along the process. You were never left in the dark per se. Alice and Alexander both are true professionals, friendly and makes scenarios as such not so bad. Quite honestly AWIN kept me more updated than my insurance adjustor which is quite disappointing. Overall amazing experience here and will be my go to repair shop. My car came back as the stunner it is after going through all that physical trauma! Thank you guys and stay safe.

I just wanted to thank Alex and his team for absolutely outstanding service. I brought my almost completely crushed Land Rover in that needed so many parts. I want to share the excellent experience I had with AWIN in repairing body damages to my Range Rover. Alex Litvin went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the quality and extensiveness of the repairs. The vehicle was returned to me as good as new. I had an accident caused by another driver. My son recommended that I take the car to this Awin shop because a friend of his had work done there and he was very happy with the job. I am the kind of person that I want to know at all times what is going on with my car and the repairs. This shop did not mind and kept me informed with what was going on with the repairs. I don't normally write reviews, but this place deserves it. Brought my Jaguar here for front-end damage because it's the bodyshop Jaguar dealerships use, and is obviously certified by them. They repaired it to brand new factory condition, and the entire process was great beginning to end. The ladies at the main desk were outstanding, and my rep Alex went out of his way to accommodate me, which I'm really not used to when it comes to car repair places. They inspected and explained everything, making sure it was done right and I was kept updated throughout. I've had previous bodyshop experiences and none have ever come close to this place

AWIN fixed my 2013 Subaru Impreza twice. Three years ago and recently. The first time It was significant body damage due to a road accident (my kids are driving the car). I was pleasantly surprised by the very kind service. Both associates (I remember Ricardo) that I was dealing with made me feel very comfortable. Second time was smaller damage and I did not involve my insurance (car hit a pole in a parking lot). They made efforts to keep the cost down by looking for salvaged and refurbished parts while being transparent about the different options. I was very happy with the quality of body work, paint, and timeline. Planning to take my wife’s Chevrolet SUV with a small dent to be fixed there. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. SLOW, EXPENSIVE, RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
Wish there's zero star for review. I have fixed my 2017 Tiguan.
They delayed pick up date for 4 times and I had to call the insurance company 3 times about extension of rent while it was their responsibility.
After a month, it is showing EPC light on my dashboard and they are not responding to my email claiming about the issue although they guaranteed lifetime warranty.

I took my Pilot to these guys after a referral from the Honda downtown dealership. I rear ended a car at a decent enough speed to dent my fender bumper, hood and knock out one headlamp (my airbag didnt go off, so we didnt think that it was that bad). The dropoff went smoothly and I was told that i would have an estimate within 48 hours because they wanted to make sure that there wasn't any less-visible damage.

Within a day they called and told me that there was also some minor damage to some wiring, gave me a price for everything and asked for approval to do the work. They estimated that I would get my car back in 5-7 days, which was spot on.

The price was right, they met my expectations and the car was ready when they said that it was. I would recommend this shop to friends and family.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. The only thing I regret more than taking my car to this repair shop is not reading the reviews beforehand.

They estimated 1.5weeks to fix the bumper of my VW Jetta - it has been over a month and they DIDN'T EVEN START working on my car yet! They don't even have the decency to call me and come up with a lame excuse, as to why they haven't done anything (it took them a month to get the parts? !). I had to call myself multiple times and ask if there has been any progress on my car and when talking with Tulio all he can reply to me was "yes, I understand". I understand that you understand but what am I supposed to do without a car for a month? !

If you estimate a week and a half then I can work around it and figure out a way to get to work, but I made plans for the labour day weekend and I can't cancel them now because I assumed the car will not take 2 months to fix!

If you got to the bottom of this review, just save yourself the headache and frustration and find another reputable shop and read their reviews beforehand.
