I love axia restaurant we do quite a bit of take out from there we especially love their spicy shrimp and chicken drypot, red chicken and shrimp curry shanghai noodles and yen chow fried rice it's a great dine in place as well

Found this gem quite randomly and went here on New Year's Eve.
The ambience is really good and so is their food. The order does take slightly longer than usual to come but it's definitely worth it.
They have less options if you are a vegetarian
I ordered the eggplant sizzler, vegetable chowmein and korean dimsums and everything was fantastic.
I can visit them almost daily just for their teas.:)

We visited the place recently to try the sushi. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially in recommending dishes. The chicken is halal. We tried a few dishes such as california roll, spicy shrimp roll sushi, vegetarian springs rolls, and Korean vegetarian springs (Mandu). The atmosphere is great and the place is clean and neat.

Food is good.dishes have enough portion sizes. The seating needs to be improved though. Some chairs dont have cushions at all. But overall good experience.

Was greeted promptly and courteously. The food was exactly to my liking and service could not have been better. Would highly highly recommend this restaurant. You can’t go wrong.

Great ambiance, friendly service and amazing food. From check-in where the attendant checked our vaccine passports the interior decor and food everything was superb. Very few customers meant we could choose our table. Choice of food was nice and varied with mild and hot dishes. The spring rolls were superb with thin crispy pastry and well stuffed. The General Tsao Chicken and Stir fied garlic vegetables were nice and crispy with delectable favors.

Loved the Ambiance, and the Food was Excellent! The Vegetable Chow mein was Delicious! Will definitely be coming back, to try the other dishes:)

Today I had a dinner party for my best friend and the food is really delicious for a cheap price. Loved the interior of the restaurant, pretty chill and fun. Our server was also great and really sweet, she made the party even more fun and was very polite. Overall loved it and enjoyed lots, they even let us keep the cake in the fridge and brought it to us later when we asked. It was also very clean and overall I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I don’t usually give reviews but the restaurant was so amazing that I just had to give a great review, totally recommend! One of my top favourite restaurants now:)

I used to order delivery but dined in for the first time recently and ended up going back the next night too cause there was too much I wanted to try. The food is incredible. The staff are friendly and kind. The atmosphere is relaxing. I will go back again and again.

Edit: a manager called and apologized for the mistakes in the order. They offered to refund us the order and were very nice about it. We appreciated the customer service and effort put in to contact us and explain what happened.

My family has ordered from here before, in person and online but today was a disaster. When we received the food, it was not according to the online menu. When we called to understand what went wrong, because people make mistakes, we were told by two different people that the online menu was wrong and that they couldn't do anything about it.

Very beautiful and big restaurant.
It's more like a Asian and Japanese fusion.
They do not have many Vegetarian options. We tried some of their vegetarian options and enjoyed it.
Eggplant sizzler was tasty and delicious.
Sushi was average.
The restaurant is big and tables are spaced out nicely creating a beautiful ambiance.
Decor is pretty.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Ordered takeout, food was of the same quality however I was waiting for 30 minutes to get my order and it was not busy at all on a Monday evening. When I arrived there was no mention that my order had not even been started on and I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my takeout order.

Response to owner: I ordered on your website, as you mentioned, at 545 for a 615 pickup and when I got there at 615 my order had not been started on. Maybe your website needs some work.

Amazing variety, beautiful presentation and excellent quality sushi. Was worried about a large menu but every dish was very well prepared. Good sashimi portions, calamari was great, good sake selection. Only let down was the mango berry cheesecake was a bit frozen.

Great food. Sat inside in a booth. Staff was very helpful we forgot to specify Halal and they were able to modify later.

Had dinner here. Cute little restaurant. She bought my main course before my appitizers and before my dates food. So, my dinner was cold by the time he got his.

55 minute wait for Skip pickup order?

I placed a Skip pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 5: 54. I get to the counter at 6 and they tell me it's being packed and will bring it out to my car. I go out and wait.and wait.and wait. I get back in the line at 6: 20. The person doesn't ask me my name but says they will bring out my order. So now I wait outside the doors. Still no order. I get back in line to ask about my order for a third time. Now it's 6: 50! My order was ready all along, waiting on the counter with my car name written on the receipt. I got an "I'm sooooo sorry" as she handed me the order.

It took two hours for takeout that was ordered at 415 pm. When I called they said "the delivery driver is on the way! ". I understand if your busy but 2 hours and not even an apology. I pre paid, maybe that's why they didn't care!

The food was good however I found it expensive Frankly Speaking for that kind of money you would have expected Maki rolls that were of higher quality

I ordered sushi and was given the wrong order, a cheaper one. When I brought it up I was asked if I was okay with just having what I was given. I said yes as long as I got a refund for the difference. They asked if I was okay with waiting to have the correct order, but I didnt have time to wait since I've already waited 30-40 mins. They refunded me for the sushi I ordered instead of my original request of just the difference. I even tipped for a takeout order.

Very dishonest! After cancelling an order immediately, after ordering it, still charged us for the order and didn’t even send the food. We are talking about a matter of a few minutes. This was through Uber Eats, which did not help to resolve this. Very dishonest and desperate for business!

I take my family to this great restaurant quite often! This is my favorite place to have a bite. I visit this spot at least once a month. The food is fantastic, the workers are helpful and the charge is good. I enjoy being in this restaurant to have a decent lunch.

I always rate this place: Great! This is my go-to after my errands. Tried new food on the menu this time and the rice wrapped in leaves is excellent! Omg I'm craving it now for breaky. I ordered a build your own Bento box and it was yummy as usual, for my 2018 Thanksgiving meal. I give the highest rating always. Great customer service as well. The people that work here are caring and wonderful!

I used to come to this restaurant once a week and I stopped about 2-3 months ago and I went today. They increase the prices but the service is not as good as before. I asked for Pad thai mild and they gave me super hot. I can’t eat it and it was to-go, so I just won’t eat today. Bad choice. It used to be very good. I don’t think I will go back again.

They recently changed their menu. The new add on are delicious. The waitresses are always soo friendly and personable.

We love their chicken red curry. Both my wife and I can eat for under $20. We just order an extra side of rice. Their spicy tuna roll is to die for!

Quite disappointed with the overall experience. Tried the set menu with charcoal skewer, miso soup, Korean dumplings and red bean ice cream. The quality of meat was sub par, and server forgot to bring our appetizers.
Also tried spicy beef Thai curry. The beef quality was really poor and frankly didn't taste like beef. Wouldn't recommend.

Called inquiring about the late night menu and was told it starts at 9.got to the store only to find out it starts at 9: 30.rude and unprofessional.tell you one thing and do another.

When they first opened, the food was great. A selection of varied asian cuisines. The food is still good however, their delivery services leave much to be desired. If you'd like to partake in this restaurant, best to show up in person, and forgoe the delivery.

Best Asian food spot in Mississauga. They are consistent, never disappoint and always fresh. I have never ever had one complaint or bad experience. We have been coming here since it opened. The half price menu is GENIUS! I hope they add other options to the mains. Less items that are spicy, or make it so we can ask for no spice.

Axia is a great restaurant for anyone looking for top notch Asian food. The customer service is great and even on busy days, the food comes out very quick. Something to point out is that the portions are VERY good in size. Love this restaurant. I'll be back for sure.

We drive 40 minutes out of our way at least once a month for their wonton soup alone. Everything is always freshly made and well crafted, and the price isn't bad for what you're getting. They've mastered quite a lot over the decades they've been open, and I'm sure that won't change any time soon.

Great service, the lady who served us really took care of us! Food was prepared so quickly it reminded me of fast food restaurants. Great ambiance though.

Overall food was good, rice was a little bit dry/hard. Nice atmosphere and interesting marketplace design and layout. Service was good and quick. Servers were polite. A bit expensive.

Large cosy dining, with intimate dim lighting. Very generous portions, appetizers sushi skewers and meals. Iam surprised how few people were eating, considering they are having a 50% off after 930pm. We ate like kings. I would definitely return.

Hands down the best chinese takeout iv ever had, wish I knew about this place before. Ordered from skip the dishes, food comes fresh and tastes beyond amazing. Highly highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to see what the dine in experience is like.

Favourite order is the General Tsao

Food was good but we had to wait up to 10 mins to be given water even though the restaurant was less than a quarter full. Service was very slow and the waitress didn't know how to pour beer (almost 3/4 was foam and then it overflowed), I could've done it myself.

This place has a broad asian cuissine offer, price on average, great atmosphere. The only point that I didn't enjoy was the employee in charge to guide the customer to the table, he wasn't friendly.

The staff here is pretty good and super friendly. The food is ready very quick.

I think the variety of asian styles makes for pleasing a large group of people with different tastes, but it also must be a lot of work to manage so many different menu items.

The food is decent and when something has been wrong with my order, they always fix it promptly and without question.

That said, the thai curry we had was very thick like starch was added and only had sauce and chicken. It was a lot, and it did taste good, but I expected a loose curry with some amount of vegetables.

The crispy noodles were good. They packed the noodles separate so they wouldn't get soggy. This had lots of veggies, however I do find it weird to have baby carrots in a dish like this. Still, it was a decent dish.

I have mixed feeling about this place because I don't think the food is bad. I think the service is quite good. But for the amount we paid for it all, I still feel like it misses the mark.

I'll still try them again, but not often. Not quite a 4 star for me. (A 5 is only for outstanding).

This place is great! I just moved into the area and was looking for a variety of restaurants. Axia is a bunch in the one! Japanese, Korean, Chinese and South East Asia. The menu is really deep to cover each culture. The desert menu has a wide variety of unique treats! Deep fried tempura Mars bar, Tempura cheese cake, etc. The decor of this place is beautiful! It looks like a street with a bunch of little houses. There's even a huge tree and bamboo everywhere. They give out free chicken BBQ sticks if you order a beer. If you give them your phone number, you can get free ice cream at every visit. One more thing, the portions are pretty big which I love. Have fun ordering!

We were assigned a table right beside the entrance door, while there were a few inner tables available. It was a windy and chilly day, every time the door was opened the chilly wind blew right on me. I had to keep my coat on all during the dining time.

This gem in Mississauga has been here for a little while. I went there tonight because they are offering a limited time special of part of their menu for half price. The food is tasty and is a good deal at the regular price, never mind it being half off. The location is good and has a lot of parking. The facility has some.interesting decor. There are a few private rooms if that's your thing. Staff were very friendly. Our server finished her shift and still checked in on us when she was walking out to make sure we had everything we needed. So nice! Will come back.

Just came back from Axia. Despite us ordering a simple easy meal from their pre-set option, it took about 1.15 hours for everything to arrive. They should really hire more staff when It's as busy as it was today. Lots of people and I saw 2 old men working the tables, one guy making tons of sushi orders, one girl working inside. So naturally it was going to take super long to have someone take our order, and especially long to bring our main sizzler meal. I got tired of waiting and almost wanted to just pay and leave. I've been here before and didn't have this issue but every time I've been it's been more and more busy so they should hire more people now. You can go here and enjoy the variety and prices of food, just be willing to wait long even if it's a Tuesday night.

Really good service and portion sizes but we were disappointed with the food. It was bland and the shrimp and salmon sashimi had a weird taste that comes from not fresh or out of the freezer ingredients.

Awesome place. Good atmosphere. Staff was wonderful. Food was great and portions were a little bigger than I expected. Dessert was incredible. Totally recommend this place.

Set menus are always big and filling very delicious. However their green tea milkshakes dont rely taste like green tea more like a milk tea. But the food is very good. I never have the sushi because I can get more for less at all you can eat so stick to the set menus because you get your money's worth and it always good.

Asian fusion (sushi and Thai etc). Good family restaurant with longer tables and ample space for strollers and high chairs. Menu is extensive and varied and the service is prompt. Good is served hot and in short order. Prices are reasonable.we go there in Friday's with kids after the work week is done. Not exactly upscale but fun non the less:)

Second visit after 2 years, Saturday evening!
Ordered beef n broccoli chow mein and lychee bubble tea.
Bubble tea was shocking poor quality, sour n extraordinarily sweet.
Beef chowmein was good, matched expectations!
3/5 because bubble tea shock burst n server was unhappy serving. Lack is positivity @ the place.

Server also wanted to know how much I am tipping, I don't like pressure to tip!
Work on to exceed customer service.

IT may be a good idea to pack food from this place

I am so disappointed in this place. I am a frequent customer of this place and made an online order last night through the website at 8: 48pm and paid via credit card. I recieved a confirmation that the order was confirmed and food would be delivered by 9: 25pm. At 9: 35pm I called the restaurant and inquired about my order and was told that deliveries were not being made. I didnt recieved any contact through phone or email that my order wouldn't be fulfilled and delivered even after I paid! What is insane is that the person on the phone said we could pick it up or have it refunded and that there was no type of reimbursement for our inconvience. I ended up getting my husband to pick up the food because at this point extremely hungry and did not want to go through the hassle and follow up with credit card refunds. This was poorly handled by your establishment and shows awful character in customer service. Lost a loyal customer over poor customer service on a very obvious mistake by your restaurant.
