I have been a patient for 26 years consistently, never been to any other dentist in my life besides axis dental. Back in August Jas called me saying that I had an overpayment of $89, and they said the would credit it to my credit card. Today October 17th she called me and told me they made a mistake and I need to repay them and they asked me for my credit card details. This is their mistake not mine, I shouldn’t be inconvenienced over this. I am a dental assistant at another clinic! I could easily go there for dental work and I stayed loyal to Axis dental! No apologies for the mix up just asking me for $$. They should just accept the loss as it is their mistake, and they make tons of money. Why should this be my problem? I think that I will no longer go there anymore as I don’t think this is fair.

Edit; now Debbie is calling me demanding the $89, I expressed my concerns with her. Very condescending behaviours and very rude. Doesn’t care that I am a long term patient. From a business stand point I feel like it’s unprofessional to come after a patient for their own mistake. Debbie was clear she didn’t care that I will take my business elsewhere. My family is also disappointed in this type of behaviour and is going to switch if this can’t be resolved.

These people have been welcoming to my family and I. From the first day during my pregnancy they were sweet and warm. I don’t even have a specific name to acknowledge because all the team are just so so amazing! They even assisted me with the care of my boys (6 years and 3 months old) while I got my teeth cleaned. Keep it up! You people are rare and a blessings! I 100% recommend them. Very convenient. Thank you once again for taking such great care of my family smiles! We feel the love!

Deceiving add in their website.
We came from 35 KM away to have tooth implant which is 1200 CAD in wrbsite but the actual cost is 3800 in total.
I have called and asked for the cost. They said we cannot say the cost at this time. Please come here we will let you know but when are here they said the cost is 3800 box.

There is a cheating in website add.
We had very bad experience here. We came from Toronto with 35 KM distance, as per add in website the coat of tooth implant is 1200 CAD, but the actual cost is 3200 and additional cost of 600 box.
I am not sure why this people deceiving others.

I would highly recommend Dr. Yale, he is so caring, understanding and explains the process and procedure to you and takes his time before the procedure and after. I have recommended Dr. Yale to my friends and family. Thank you again Dr. Yale and Axis Dental for all that you do!

Dentist was nice but they failed to inform me that I couldn't get a prescription after my wisdom tooth extraction without identification

I just finished my treatment for an implant supported locator denture and I'm so happy with the results. Now I can eat with confidence again. I want to thank the whole Team at Axis involved in my treatment that helped make this experience a pleasant one from start to finish. Like many people I am scared of going to the dentist and was very nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed but every time I’ve come to this dental office all my hesitation is gone! Everyone is so kind and comforting. Special shout-out to Dr. Papneja, Kiran, Crystal and Elvira who made my last few visits so great!

The cleaning is fine. It's expensive. It was something like >$125 for the 45 minute cleaning session, I don't know what the average for cleanings are, so I can't say if this is high.
They wouldn't let me skip the cleaning to just pay for the oral check up part after the confirmed there weren't any issues, which is fine since it was scheduled.

The annoying this is that they will not stop bothering you to book another appointment. I have gotten 5 automated texts and 6 emails from them since my appointment 6 months ago requesting me to book another check up and cleaning with them despite telling them no.

I would like to say what an amazing dental office this is. My son had a number of cavities that needed to be filled and had multiple appointments for these cavities. On November 5 we went in to see Dr. Paul for our first appointment. Dr. Paul ended up completing all filings that day so that we wouldn’t have to travel back to Brampton for two more visits. It was a lot of work that he had to do in one visit, but my son and I were both thrilled that we did not have to come back two more times. The hygienist that was working with Dr. Paul was also very friendly, courteous, and professional. I’m truly happy to be a patient at this office. You won’t find a better dental office anywhere. Thanks Dr. Paul!

$1200? No. Try $5400+! They'll xray your brain for free, then tell you it's $5400 for 1 implant! I wish I never wasted my time going there.

My late dad was a patient of Axis Dental and I began to attend his appts with him over the last few months. I immediately noticed how clean and efficient the clinic is while I sat in the waiting room for him. When he started to experience pain and called them, they would call within two hours and even scheduled him in the same day to see a specialist/dentist. This happened on a few occasions and I was impressed at how quickly they are able to respond and schedule a visit with a specialist in comparison to other clinics. During my dad’s last emergency visit with the specialist, he said to me on the way home “that dentist was the nicest doctor I have ever met, she treated me so nicely. I wish all doctors could be this way”. I immediately felt such gratitude for their compassionate care towards my elderly father. When he passed away, they followed up with us right away after they had learned of his passing to advise us that he had a credit - I honestly thought we would just lose the money because he was scheduled to have his dentures in just days after his passing and they were custom made. But, they didn’t hesitate to do the right thing and operate with integrity. They genuinely care about their patients and have top notch equipment, staff and dentists. I plan to start booking my dental appts with them now based on their customer service, quality of service efficiency and more importantly, integrity. Thank you so much Axis!

Web page is misleading. I contacted them to make an appointment for teeth extractions that they advertise and got an answer that I need 300 dollars exam first.

I’ve been going to this place for years and unfortunately it has seriously gone downhill since they’ve expanded. Now it seems to be all about money and hiring a ton of people to get more customers in. Not to mention that they harass you with phone calls and text messages every couple days the moment you are due for a cleaning. This is the second time I’ve gone where I’ve had an aggressive hygienist clean my teeth with attitude and no patience. The first one left me with anxiety to ever go back to another dentist. This one was so impatient and annoyed that I refused numbing cream that she cut my appointment 30min early barely polished my teeth if you can call it that and literally walked me to the door. Without any paperwork or anything basically get out. Seriously considering never going back.

They gave me a prescription that pharmacies are not accepting because it has missing information on it.

I am really upset with my experience of getting my wisdom teeth removed. I suffer from anxiety and specifically asked not to have laughing gas because I had a bad reaction in the past to that drug. I even wrote it down on the forms before surgery. I was originally informed that I was receiving general anesthesia ONLY for my surgery then, the day of my surgery the doctor responsible for my anesthesia tells me that he is going to give me the laughing gas despite my bad reaction to the drug. What was the point of laughing gas if I was under anesthesia? I'm very upset because it has been over a month and I still have anxiety attacks that interfere with my daily life and all of this could've been avoided if the doctor put his ego aside and listened to me when I explained that I had bad reaction in the past. Will not be coming here again.

My experience with Axis Dental has been great to date, but today I had a procedure done with Dr. Paul Faerman, and he was fantastic. He was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and very sympathetic throughout. One of the best I've had so far.
The entire staff is great and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Extremely unprofessional service! They book you right away for the initial consultation so that they can charge you for a visit and make quick money. But they won’t call you back to schedule a follow up visit. Apparently they have only one assistant who can book appointments and she seems to be always on leave, so they will just leave the patient hanging in pain. And if you give them a call, they will try to book another consultation visit 3 months out which is ridiculous. DON’T GO THERE!

Apart from Trang (5 stars for her), the very skilled, experienced, patient, understanding, helpful, kind, and informative registered dental hygenist; this is the worst dental office I have ever been to in my life (im 40). I suffer from anxiety, and the chaotic, impersonal and detatched setting of this place increases my anxiety to the point where they refused service and turned me away many times due to my increased high blood pressure. They will ask you to fill out a form stating your issues, but will not accomodate mental health. I DO NOT RECOMMEND visiting Axis if you suffer from anxiety or any other mental health issues as the office will enhance these effects. If you do have to go, request Trang as she is the best! The dentists will do their best to oversell products rather than accommodate solutions. I received much better solutions, personalized service, understanding, genuine care for their patients from very skilled Dr. Ebrahim Aminsalehi and his team at Pearl Dental Group in North York. Thank you and good luck with your choice.

I was recommend to Axis a while back but I didn’t get a chance to try them out until recently. My dental hygienist Kiran was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable during the cleaning. She was communicative and thorough with every step. The tv in the ceiling surely helped keep me calm and distracted. Check them out!

100% Recommend Axis dental! Today is the second time that I have had to go to Axis for Emergencies for myself and my daughter. They took us both times within hours of me calling and have done a great job. My daughter chipped off half her tooth last night and now, less than 24hrs later, she has a full tooth again! Just like it never happened. The staff and doctors are all friendly and take the time to explain what they are doing, break down of costs, etc. If you are looking for a dentist, Axis is the place to go:)

I went into Axis for the first time with my dad today. The inside of the dentist is very clean and big. Everyone was super nice and i didnt have to wait a long time to be seen. My dentist was Anna she was very professional and nice to my dad and I. She did an xray of my teeth and then gave us information about me removing my wisdom teeth. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and was very informative and kind. I also like how they dont charge you to get an xray for the first time like other dentists do. This place is very professional. I would highly reccommend coming here if your having any issues with your teeth:)

We visited the Axis dental clinic located near Bramlea city center end of May 2021. I was very mych impressed to see the proper Covid regulations, hygiene and all the precautions taken by each and every staff by the clinic.
The details explained by Dr. Papneja and team is minute and extraordinary.

Dr Mike Di Santo is fantastic. I have seen him a few times for routine procedures. He is professional, gentle in his approach and his technique is fantastic from what I can tell. Going to the dentist is not enjoyable for anyone but he makes it so much easier. I highly recommend seeing Dr Mike at Axis Dental

So this is a long one. I am terrified of the dentist. It has been longer than I would like to admit but I was experiencing some concerns regarding my teeth for a little while so I was referred here and I could not be happier. Everyone here from the reception, billing, dental hygienists, Dr Millie and her assistant are wonderful and have helped ease my anxiety. Everyone has been so calm and patient (Im basically like a child going to the dentist for the first time lol) I cannot thank them enough for answering all of my questions and making sure that I am aware of what is going on during the appointments so there is no shocks or surprises. They were able to book me in earlier so that my cavity didn't turn into a root canal which I am extremely thankful for! I am sorry that I cannot remember certain names however the ladies who did my new patient check up and cleaning were wonderful and patient with me and I cannot begin to describe how wonderful Dr. Millie and her assistant are. They both were very calming in the way they spoke to me and very attentive during the procedure. Dr. Millie's attention to detail when filling my tooth and perfecting it is greatly appreciated and I feel like I can go back confident to complete the treatments.
Thank you to all of those who have helped me through this process and I look forward to continuing my treatments! Words cannot describe how happy I am that I am able to take care of issues that were concerning me for so long and that I've had nothing but good experiences with you all.

Genuinely the best dental clinic I have ever visited. I got my Wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Papneja and I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone who is looking to do dental procedures. I personally was very scared and found this dental clinic after reading positive reviews about it but the reviews were an understatement of how smoothly everything went. From being welcomed by all staff throughout my consultation to post surgery I felt more than comfortable in their hands. Not only that the procedure was done before I even knew it and they made sure I had everything I needed as well. Highly recommend this clinic they really will not disappoint.

Harpreet is the best dental hygienist I have ever seen. She is so kind, professional, and informative. I will never see another dental hygienist other than her again. This office had been recommended. But after reading the reviews and seeing the "Owner" responding to negative reviews and disclosing personal information in their responses that absolutely was not included in the original reviews- I would be wary if you're at all concerned about your information. If not, go with the positive reviews!

Just had bone graft surgery 3 days ago, I have to tell you I was pretty nervous as I can't recall ever being to a dentist without pain involved.
I don't know if I was just lucky or what, but absolutely no pain, a slight discomfort and some natural swelling. I am truly amazed and highly recommend this place to anyone. Great work ladies and gentlemen at Axis

This is a SCAM. Called for an emergency appointment, went in for the diagnostic, at which point the appointment ended. There was no treatment. There was nothing done but an X-ray to charge more to the appointment. Save your time and go see a QUALIFIED dentist that will actually solve the problem.

I'm a senior went to axis for dentures not happy dentures don't fit I can't use the bottom I remove top to eat they won't fix the problem said they would get back to me two weeks ago still waiting seniors beware

I had implants done and Dr. Papneja, and his colleagues went above and beyond their roles. This was a lengthy process, and they walked me through it every step of the way. They even went as far as covering an unexpected bone graft. I 100% recommend them for implants. I can upload pictures if there is interest

This dental clinic is very professional and reliable. I always get my teeth cleaned here. I had 2 experiences with Stef (Steffy) who was extremely friendly and patient with my teeth cleaning. She made me feel comfortable getting my teeth cleaned. Because of her I enjoy smiling more. I would definitely recommend this place.

The office staff are great and the location is very clean. I do have to say that the dentist himself is not the most kind individual, and he dosent have the best "bedside manner". I was offered medication for dental anxiety however by the time I was actually seen for my appointment (almost an hour late) the medication had worn off. I was not impressed with this dentist general. If your at all afraid of the dentist / dental surgery, I wouldent seeing recommend Dr. P

Hello, I have a implanted tooth in the lower jaw and I did orthodontic problem The implanted tooth does not change and at the same time the remaining teeth do not interfere because of the implanted tooth. What is the solution please?

Doctors and Assistants are good. Management is very poor. Went for appointment in december. They took all the Xrays and the bill was over $400. I have coverage for 80%. Hence paid the remaining amount. Did the check up. Have asked for GA which was sent for approval. It was approved and emailed the estimate to Doctor. Called 2-3 times. No Response. Lady advise that treatment coordinator will call me. Been over two months now and looks like they aren't interested.or may be they are too much busy. Just the wastage of money on my Xrays which is only available once in two years. Dont go with them if you really care for your money. They will take the Xrays and send you home for estimate approval. Wastage of time.

Dental work is decent but there always seems to be one issue or another.
I called in the other day to get a tooth checked out as I was having pain, and the receptionist told me I could get my scaling done as well on the same day even though it is before my six month check up.since I am covered for it under my benefits.up to 12 scaling units per year.so I drove all the way from Toronto expecting to get my tooth looked at and have my scaling done and when I get there they told me they don’t have time for scaling, & that I wasn’t booked in for it. So why did the receptionist tell me that I can do it and I agreed but yet she didn’t book me in for it?

What a waste of time coming here. I am not pleased at all. The people at the desk where they fill out the insurance information are no help either.they just said “sorry you’re not booked and there’s nothing I can do. ”
They couldn’t come up with a solution or fit me in quickly.nothing at all.they just wanted me to come back another day. Meanwhile, that was not my issue/my error. Why do I have to waste my day coming back here again for a second time when it should have been done in the first appointment?

and that every single time you visit you have a new dental hygienist working on you. ALWAYS having to explain everything over and over again to the new person, it gets quite irritating. I’ve been here since I was born and I’m 21 now. I have not yet once had the same dental hygenist, it’s always a new one.

Call me once you have a real solution/compensation for lost time.

Any concerns you have they take every effort to solve and resolve the issues your having. Theresa was very knowledgeable and polite, she really educated me during my last cleaning appointment going into great detail and I really appreciated that so I could understand everything she was saying. He got to know me at a personal level and he listened to my concerns. Dr. Yale recommend the treatment I needed. This has helped me tremendously! In December 2018 I had a bridge done at Mississauga Smiles Dentist at the Sussex Centre. I had weeks of issues. In the end they could not relieve me of my pain, decided to do a root canal and hit a nerve when they froze me. I decided to part ways with this place and sought out a new dentist. I was recommended to go to Axis Dental in Brampton by a good friend that I trusted. I was nervous, in pain and super frustrated when I arrived on their doorstep. They were so professional. They did everything they could to fix my bridge and managed to relieve the pain and fix the absess I got from the previous dentist. They sent me to a specialist to help me with the nerve damage I got from Mississauga Smiles and then proceeded to treat me with amazing cleanings and follow ups. I am so happy with Axis dental that I felt the need to express it here. If your looking for a good dentist, this place is full of them. I even chipped my front tooth and they got me in and out within 24 hours! I have seen several different dentists, the girls at the front desk are professional and the service I get here is amazing. I am super nervous. They keep me calm and have explained to me everything I need to know about my teeth. I am super happy!

Professional, fast service, clean and excellent quality work with North American-made implants. I had an extraction, bone graft and implant and they also offered interest-free, 12-month instalment payments that made the expense (and procedure) less painful.

On November 7th I had 34 teeth removed and top and bottom dentures put in on the same day. I had severe infections in my mouth and gums. From when the Doctor put me to sleep to when I came back to my first appointment for realigning of the dentures, Dr Raj, Dr Paul, Mandy, and all the other dental Assistants including Julie the Coordinator, who put everything through for me financially and was so patient with us and to the Receptionists, Olga with helping us feel at home with coffee and water.an amazing Team! I am forever grateful and so lucky to have my smile back - THANK YOU AXIS!

I have never had a good experience going to a dental office until I went to Axis Dental. I am not a fan of the dentist and get quite anxious even thinking about going to see the dentist, but I was experiencing some pain in my mouth and needed to get it looked at. I came to Axis Dental and seen Dr. Yale he was very particular and talked me through all my options and what I would expect from each so there was zero surprises. I ended up needing a tooth pulled and Dr. Yale and his assistant Celine were absolutely fantastic! Dr. Yale worked his magic where I felt next to no pain throughout my procedure and Celine was a nice calm and supportive voice throughout the whole thing. I cant thank them enough for how gentle and patient they were with me. The following day I received a call seeing how I was feeling and that I had no concerns this was very nice to receive and shows that this office truly cares about their patients. I will definitely be back and this time ill have a smile on my face!

This is the 1st dental facility who i have been to and have a great experience. They really make it personalised by sending bday cards n follow up calls to make sure the patient is doing ok. That is something we are missing from majority. No doubt why you guys are growing even after 30 years.

I traveled from Richmond Hill to Brampton just to get my dental implant and it was worth every penny. When you compare prices this was the lowest I found with top-quality and Julie was a pleasure to deal with

Please don't go in this dental clinic they will rip you off they'll give you one price but when the job is done asking for more money and the dentist Dr yale farache isn't even dentists I don't know if he is farmer or butcher
