I was nervous about this rating but so far I've had a great experience! Dr Patel is lovely and really listened to me. I transferred over from a previous doctor and it's a world of difference. You do have to communicate thru Medeo but they are fairly responsive and so far I've received a prescription, requisition and other info via the platform without issue.

I went to the clinic today and I believe my doctor was Dr Patel (unfortunately I can’t remember for sure). I had my IUD inserted at a different Toronto clinic about 2 years ago and I am still suffering from this traumatic experience. Today I went to to this clinic to get my IUD removed. I can’t explain how comfortable I felt around this doctor. Even while I was acting like a crazy person crying shaking and so afraid about this procedure this doctor was so kind to me, so gentle, so understanding. Honestly I finally believed in medicine again.

Avoid this clinic if you can. Doctors are just their to clock in for their job. They don't care about your problems and it seems like listening to you is a waste of their time. Thought it would be different with a female doctor, turns out it is just as bad.

Got a referral here and was told it is walk ins only by the referring doctor. Additionally the website and phone number for axis clinic state they are walk in only. I just paid 20$ flat rate for parking, only to get to the clinic for them to tell me they are only accepting patients with appointments. So I just lit 20$ on fire for nothing. Additionally, they said they will call to follow up next week but didn’t give me a time or date. Doubt I’ll ever hear from them. Horrible experience.

Rude receptionist. I found it hard to find the clinic, and in the clinic I had to wait for 30 minutes. When I was done I was unable to find the exit so I followed the exact sign, and the receptionist was so rude to ask me "what were you doing inside! " I really felt uncomfortable!

I went to Axis back in August and can say they were lovely! The procedure wasn't fun but the service from reception to Doctor was very quick and efficient and I will be going back in the future if the need ever comes up!

Incompetent! Their story changes every time. I was told over the phone to come in at 1: 15 (2 weeks prior!), and then when I arrive, was told i had a phone conference at 12: 45, which i never recieved! So I was turned away, because they cannot get their act together!

Called to ask a question. No one returned my voicemail. Wanted to go Dec 28 but wasn’t sure if they’d be open. No info on the website. Voicemail contains inaccurate info. Came all the way downtown only to discover it closed. Such disregard for people’s time and money.

Very friendly receptionist, who was super helpful and personable. My experience with one of the female gynecologists was excellent, she was really friendly, warm, patient and extremely knowledge - she really knew her stuff. They take a few days to get back to you, likely because of how swamped they are plus added pressures of COVID - but once they did, the entire process was very smooth. Very thankful for this clinic.

Been here twice. The receptionist is very nice and so are the gynecologists. Everyone is so helpful and sweet. The gynecologists make sure to take their time with each client, explaining everything in detail and answers any questions and/or concerns you may have. They also make sure to follow up with you by appointment to see how you are doing and if there are any problems in between that time. Higly recommend this place if you want a good and comfortable experience. I felt reassured and very comfortable with both the female gynecologists. They did not make my situation awkward or concerning, I was able to have a normal conversation without feeling shy or awkward.
